About this episode

“The choice of lawyers an important decision and should not be based solely on advertisements. When it's time to call it who you're calling on. If you've been hurt, don't wait, don't stop. Brown and crew been stuck when you proud.”From the transcript

Rafe might have allergies. Or a cold. Or he might simply be preparing for pharmaceutical Armageddon.

Either way, he arrives with enough medication spread across the desk to make the studio look like a Walgreens with microphones.

That’s how this episode begins, and somehow things get significantly less sanitary from there.

Rafe is determined not to get sick, so he’s armed with cold remedies, allergy treatments, mystery medicine from Devon and, naturally, cheese-filled salami wraps. Rizz recommends the traditional cure of chicken soup — AKA “Jewish penicillin” — while everyone tries to determine whether there’s actually something magical happening in the broth.

This daily podcast then becomes a support group for adults who wake up injured despite accomplishing absolutely nothing.

Rizz’s hand mysteriously hurts. Lern wakes up with a completely numb hand after falling asleep on the chaise lounge. Rafe routinely loses feeling in entire arms while sleeping. That launches everybody into an extremely detailed comparison of sleeping positions, dead limbs, stomach sleeping, coffin sleeping, restless legs and the bizarre little rituals our bodies apparently demand before allowing us eight hours of unconsciousness.

Moon sleeps like a vampire.

Lern has an elaborate pelvic-hand configuration.

Rafe rubs his feet together like a human cricket.

Everybody is doing great.

Lern also shares her surprise Mary Kay makeover from a listener, which sends the room down memory lane with pink Cadillacs, parents getting involved with Mary Kay, Tupperware parties and the strange world of home-sales businesses.

Naturally, Rafe has a related story.

Early in his comedy career, he and another comedian performed at an event and discovered part of their compensation involved a swag bag filled with adult products.

Money disappears.

Possessions come and go.

But apparently a bag of novelty merchandise is forever.

From there, Rizz gets into the supposed magic of 10,000 steps a day and explains that the famous number traces back to pedometer marketing rather than some sacred scientific commandment. The crew discusses walking pace, Moon’s extremely active 83-year-old mother and the general importance of staying mobile as you get older.

Then we meet Hyrox.

Imagine running five miles while repeatedly stopping to punish yourself with sled pushes, sled pulls, burpee broad jumps, rowing, kettlebell carries, sandbag lunges and wall balls.

Sounds fun!

It gets better.

The show discusses a 22-year-old competitor who won a Hyrox event despite suffering an absolutely catastrophic bathroom emergency during the race.

She kept going.

And won.

Normally, that would be an inspirational sports story about perseverance.

Unfortunately, Hyrox involves shared workout equipment.

Now we have a biohazard.

The crew debates whether finishing the race was admirable, horrifying or both, especially after learning the incident reportedly happened early enough that the competitor still had multiple shared stations ahead of her.

The event ultimately changed its rules for future incidents, but her victory remained intact.

A win is a win.

Apparently.

You might think one poop story is enough for a daily podcast.

That would indicate you have never listened to The Rizzuto Show.

Welcome to Poopy Tuesday.

The next story involves an alleged affair, neighboring units in a Miami-area mobile home park and a woman accused of preparing an entire bucket of human waste specifically to throw in her neighbor’s face.

That sentence somehow gets worse when the crew learns she reportedly told someone beforehand what she was planning.

Nothing says “healthy conflict resolution” quite like collecting ammunition yourself.

Crime news continues with authorities reportedly searching for an older Chevy Tahoe bearing the words “Fat Chicks Only” after a burglary. Witnesses allegedly describe two large bearded men, meaning police received perhaps the most specific and simultaneously useless suspect description imaginable.

Then Vegas enters the chat.

A man meets two women at a nightclub, drinks with them, hits the hot tub and brings them back to his hotel room. He later wakes up to discover cash missing along with tens of thousands of dollars in allegedly unauthorized transactions.

The crew immediately begins investigating the most important unanswered question:

Did the poor guy at least have a good night first?

We may never know.

Things eventually move to air travel, where Rizz recalls sitting near a passenger who suffered a seizure before takeoff and was ultimately removed from the flight because of the medical risk.

Then comes another flight story involving a passenger who reportedly got completely naked and began engaging in inappropriate behavior in front of neighboring passengers.

The pilots apparently decide they’re still going to Miami.

Honestly, at that point, everybody deserves the vacation.

Moon also unloads on airline entertainment systems that constantly interrupt movies with announcements, lengthy videos and pilots who sound approximately 40 years older over the intercom than they looked while boarding.

Then Rizz destroys airplane dining forever.

According to a flight attendant story discussed on the show, some passengers have changed babies on tray tables.

Yes.

Those tray tables.

The same tray tables where you put your pretzels.

Moon says he wipes down his tray, screen and armrests whenever he flies.

Suddenly that no longer sounds obsessive.

It sounds like basic survival.

And because apparently the gastrointestinal theme had not been explored thoroughly enough, the crew circles back to diarrhea for a discussion about a reported cyclospora outbreak tied to shredded iceberg lettuce being declared over.

Lettuce is back, baby.

The long national nightmare has ended.

Finally, the crew gets into one of St. Louis’ favorite shared hobbies: complaining about Lambert.

Airport pickup congestion, Uber confusion, departures versus arrivals, construction, terminal access and the increasingly chaotic experience of simply trying to collect another human being from the airport all get their turn.

For years, one of St. Louis’ greatest airport flexes was convenience.

Now?

Welcome to Thunderdome. Please locate your Uber somewhere in this general zip code.

So yes, this episode has allergies, mysterious body pain, bizarre sleeping positions, Mary Kay, unconventional comedy compensation, fitness trends, competitive bathroom disasters, weaponized feces, Vegas mistakes, naked airline passengers, contaminated tray tables, lettuce recalls and St. Louis airport rage.

Exactly what you expect from a daily podcast that begins by recommending chicken soup and somehow ends up making you afraid of gyms, airplanes, mobile homes, lettuce and your own digestive system.

Feel better, everybody.

And maybe disinfect that tray table.

Vizuto. Vizuto. Vizuto. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Rafe's got a Walgreens set up in front of him. Yep, what do you got there? You got, uh, what do you got there? Mucinets. What you want, dude? I got Mucinets. Kickstart. Stop. Mucinets. Kickstart. I got a new. Is that a new brand of Mucinets? Probably. No, it was in one of them like, uh, two packs. It's got the nighttime daytime. I got some zy cam. Short and cold squirted up your nose gear. I have no doubt that I've been put it. I've been put it somewhere else. Rapid melt. Yeah, I did both just in case I put it in a P hole. Oh, oh, oh, you should put it in every orifice. Yeah. Listen, you don't think like I do. When you're in a pinch and you got things going on, just shove it up there. Oh my god. Let it dissolve everywhere. No, it's not a solitary. It's a sound. Like Moon said, zy cam, it's the sound of healing. Oh, yes, what that little thing a hole is for. You put it.

You just don't want to want to put your nose. No, I've been using it wrong the whole time. How you cure a UTI? You know that. Yes. I've got to hear for your, uh, zy cam rep and my health tips. Devon gave me a red packet of something called Hong-Som-Won. Devon does you sure medicine? I say you get that at the gas station. I'm pretty sure it's Chinese. That's the thing. Next to the Jinsing and the scroll of your horoscope. And then of course, the secret weapon that only you and I know about the cure cold. I have two cheese filled, uh, penino wraps of hearts. I have parts of Hong-Som-Won. Not from Volpy, I see, huh? Not. Oh, yes. The Dynasty. Feed a cold. Starva fever. A. When Volpy, uh, Volpy needs. Volpy gets in the medicine game. Volpy gets in the risotto game. We'll talk. Volpy had their choice. And risotto. You're not feeling well. I'm assuming. I think I have allergies. I got my allergy shots yesterday, but... Well, then where is the Benadryl, my friend? I got a big... Oh, a Benadryl, put you out.

I know. Let's have that experience. I just don't want to be. I am so busy. I cannot be sick right now. So at the very first tinge, last time I didn't do anything about it, my problem is my body fights it. So cold comes on slow for me and last long. I'm always jealous when people get a cold and they're over it and like a nap. And I'm like, I just either want to get it or I want to shorten it. It says shortens colds. I don't know if it's true or not. I think you need a little Jewish penicillin. What's that? Chicken soup. I love chicken soup, too. Is that doing anything? It's called Jewish penicillin. Does that do anything? I don't know. Who calls it that? I don't know. I got a big mug. So it's like an oversized mug. And it says Jewish penicillin. And it's where you're supposed to put your soup so you can sip it. I don't know that. I don't know. There's something in the chicken. I got some soup at home. Dude, make yourself some soup. Something in the broth. Maybe. Yeah, do a little bone broth. Yeah, you'll feel better in no time.

All right. I don't know. So I was just telling Moon like, we're at the phases of our life where you wake up and just something new hurts. Yeah. Like I woke up this morning and my hand hurts. My left hand hurts. What happened? No idea. You slept on it wrong. No idea. Like my, like the side of my left hand hurts. Why? I didn't do anything yesterday. I didn't when necessitated hurting this morning. Just to relate, I don't have that problem yet. But I did fall asleep on my chase lounge last night. We're watching the chiefs game, you know? And when I woke up to walk to bed, one of my hands was completely numb. Oh, yeah. And I couldn't grip anything. And I was like, I don't know what this is. And I don't know if my big ass was just like laying on it, but I woke up and I'm like, it's fun to try to, it's fun to try to hold things. I can't. I'm not going to sleep at night. I go to the bathroom and this is TMI, but I'm like, you know, doing my paperwork in there. And I'm like, I can't even do this for myself. And now your legs and I'm, because you sat there too long. You just slept your scoot, good. I tell you I was like, just tamp your scoot and just go to sleep.

You had to throw your dead arm down there. I was like, I can't get this. What are you doing in there? It sounds like you're, no, I woke up. I woke up this morning and I go, why? Why? Why does my left hand hurt? Right. That's it every night. Why? It's like it just goes around. I'm so big that like if I lay on either side, I'll eventually wake up with a dead arm. Yeah. It's every night. I guess it's, it never changes like I'll wake up and be like, oh man, my whole left arm is just gone. Shoulder all the way to the fingertips. And you know what's weird? Like I don't know if you guys have sleeping positions that you know, it wants you settle into in bed. Like you know, it lights out. But I'm a stomach sleeper, but I have to have my right hand kind of underneath my pelvis on my right side. It's the weirdest thing. It's almost like I'm leveling out my pelvic zone because our beds all fluffy. So I'm like, I don't know. And then I try to do that. I'm like, damn, this is going to break my whole arm off. Like you switch your arm behind your back. No, like I lay down and I have to have my like hand on my pelvis.

Like it's a weird underneath. Underneath. Like yeah. I'm like, I'm going to hang out my pelvic bones. You got one leg underneath. So behind like this. Kind of. Yeah. No, no, no, no, I'm on my stomach. Oh, that's not you on your stomach. Yeah, you have a leg up. Oh, you're a stomach sleeper. I'm a stomach sleeper first. I use flip. Right arm under your right pelvis. Yeah, I'm like, I got this. I got my right leg kind of shifted. But I got my hand under my pelvis on my right side. And then like the other ones underneath the pillow. I'm. I look like the letter. A lowercase cursive K. So basically you still like this. I'm like, just go. I'm a little teapot. That's actually I'm face down. I'm going to sleep. I don't know. I see my side. Sit on my side with my arm underneath the pillow. Okay. Always the same side though. No, I toss and turn. I just go both hands. Cup the balls with both hands and then roll over onto my face. Then I know I'm protected all night long. I'm a car. I'm a vampire. I'm a coughener. On your back. That's a surprise. As a kid, I used to sleep with like I was on a beach.

I put my hands behind my head like this and I would cross my ankles and I'd sleep like this. My parents thought it was the weirdest thing. That's how I slept at night. That's how I slept during the day. And since then I basically just. I'm not kidding. I cross my ass. I'm not sure. Yes. I lay straight like this and then I tilt my head to the left. And then when you get up, you just rise. Yes. And then he comes off the bed like Sigourney Weaver and Ghostbusters. You stand the like. You just bend from the way. I really do. Like I take the blanket. I take it up. I take it up. What the arms over? Well, we're all trying to. We're all just trying to survive here. And last night, I'm going to go rub their feet together. I'm running. I'll put my toes through my toes. I'm going to sit me too. I'm going to tell her what. I'm going to rub your feet together. I go my little toe through all the other toes. What? My other foot. Yeah. I'll put that out both sides a couple of times. Yeah. It's almost like I'm doing biscuits like a cat or something weird. Like a clean of them? Yeah. You're stepping up the feet. It's not like I push the ball out.

I push the balls out. Yeah. But look up to see what that means. You're probably a lesbian or something which I'm cool with. Looking it up. I don't even have a foot thing but that's weird. Means you're a lesbian. I'm super. You're like, I lost my lesbian and I do this. This is my feet. I was sleeping with a gal one time and she goes. What the hell is that noise? Right, you're just. I don't know what you're talking about. What are youa crickit? I guess I'm going to sleep. Yeah. I'm Jiminy Crickett with my feet. It's like I rubbed my little like this. The end steps of my feet just like I rubbed him. Here's Rafe sleeping. The sound machine. Who are you calling? That's actually Rafe making sounds. Devon, you got any weirdness when you sleep, bro? I was actually the call fan sleeper when I was younger. I still do it sometimes. That's metal, dude. You are a metalhead. You're metal through and through. I'm mostly a stomach sleeper with my leg up, but I got to have a sheet at all times. Yeah, she'll set aside down on the closet before trolling, just holding onto the rod. I'll throw a leg out too. I'll throw a leg over the bed. Roll a leg out. We'll hitchhike to your dreams.

Yeah. Man. What's that, girl? I have to roll so many times. I can never. I'll go left side, arm asleep, wake it up, and then I flop that left dead arm over so I can get a little blood circulation back, and I'll sleep on my back for a while when both arms go dead. There's small windows at the night that I can only defend myself by kicking someone, because both my arms from the shoulders are dead. I run in my sleep too, like I like the constant foot. Oh, yeah. I'm just a useless leg syndrome. Oh, yeah. Oh, God. I couldn't sleep for almost a cast word. I couldn't sleep for nothing last night, because I kept dreaming that Melissa, who's coming in tomorrow? Oh, that's right. What's coming in today and was blowing my phone up about coming to get her in the parking lot. And I was like, I'll come get you. And I'm like, she's got us both now, dude. Melissa, who paid five grand to come in, and it's a birthday. I know. I'll get that. What game does she want to play? I don't know. I don't know. Donated. That you want to play a specific game. But make sure to do it, bitch, you're doing it. Donate it.

Donate it. Donate it. Donated. Donated five grand to the Ronald B'thorne House charities. Yeah. But we don't want to put the wrong information out there. Speaking of Melissa's, I had a woman a listener who listens to Keishi and the Richow. Reach out to me a couple of weeks ago, and she's like, listen. I'm a merry-kate specialist. And my mom just fell merry-kate. Don't get involved. I don't know, I know nothing. And she goes, I just do this thing where I interview people and I wanna come interview you and we wanna like, we'll do the makeup. And I was like, yes. So yesterday in the K-She studio, listener Melissa, different Melissa came in, we watched my face, we applied a very cool amount of Mary K products to my face. I got myself a little mid-makeover through my mid-day show yesterday. And it was tight. She came over and she did a makeover. She did. She walked me through it and interviewed me and then she does like a little, did you say something on the air? No, I'm saying it now. I said you just gave her free advertising. I did give her free advertising. Dude, Mary K, my mom used to sell Mary K in the 90s,

but it wasn't because she was any good at that. It's because she loved the product so much. She wanted the pink Cadillac. She wanted the pink Cadillac. And this took had one of those Mary K cars downstairs, which was sweet. Dang. My mom fell for this. And I was like, yeah, I mean, I see ultimate pyramid scheme. It is. My mom had a brief case full of Mary K that eventually she would sell none of. And it would all of a sudden every female and the family's stocking stuffers. At Christmas, my mom would just give away all the Mary K. She was now stuck with. Because you buy it up front. Our good buddy Dan Cummins, his last week's time suck was about Mary K. Oh, I need to listen to it then. It fascinating. Yes. He goes into the whole thing. Yes. And I knew, like I told her upfront, I was like, listen, lady, like I know they have a great product because I was raised on them, but I haven't had it in so long because it really was like an 80s and 90s thing that's when the height of it was, but they're still out there doing it. And I'll be going. Oh, I see the pink cars every once in a while. Dude, some of the products yesterday, I was like, I am going to spend some money. And I would say like out loud,

wow, I guess we're still doing this, huh? Oh, it's great. Mary K is still a thing. And she does the great, she had her husband, they lose. I'm sure she's very nice. She was very sweet. And I told her, I go, you know what, the ball's on this lady to go, can I come in studio? Her name is Melissa. Hey, is that a name that's five from Melissa? Yeah, she trust me. I'll be doing a share for her, you know, five Mary K from Melissa. Let's get her. She already got a pink Cadillac. No, she's got like a black one with like the pink. Let's get her a pink one. Let's get her a pink one. Get her that escalade. That song makes me think of Mary K. Pink Cadillac. Pink Cadillac. Crush, village, jeez. I think any time I hit her. Is that originally Bruce Springsteen or is that Tina Turner? I don't know. I thought it was the pointer sisters. I have no clue. Oh, I was thinking, little pink house is Melling Camp for a second. There's a pink Cadillac song. What have you been burning that Peters? Oh, I think Bruce Springsteen does a version of it when I'm not sure who originally did. Anyway, anyway, I think of Mary K. And I feel like it was always the woman who was good at it growing up.

It was like the queen bee of the neighborhood because she could strong arm all the other moms into buying from her. That or Tupperware, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, I went to so many of those parties too. And now they have like the sex toy ones. Yes, been to those. Yeah, I got paid. I got paid by a lady did a chili cook off and she was a pure romance sales person. Your romance. That's the commonance. And she's like, I'll pay this early in my career. We're just happy to like be doing comedy anyway. Say you come do this party. Me and Bobby J Cox went down there and did a party together. Oh, would you do a tight 30? We did it each did a tight 30. That's tight. Yeah. Did the ladies at the sex party, the sex the sex toy party. It was a chili cook off. It was like it wasn't a sex toy party per se. Chili cook off slash. I didn't I didn't wasn't there for any of your romance. We found out at the end of the party that that was our payment. What do you mean that was your payment? She's like, I'll pay you guys, you know, all in Deldo's? Yes, you paid us in like, we got a sack full. I got a bag of dogs.

I literally like I paid in a bag of dicks. That's a true story. And I was at the time I was like, what is this? She's like, it's your payment. I gave you guys swag bags. I was just there's like six or seven big hogs in each one. A couple bullets. So a couple of, you know, all I think of is what is it? In old school, Andy Dick's character. Who's hungry? Who's hungry? hilarious. You get this. That's a whole another thing. I know it is. Early in your comedy career and late, to be honest, you get this respected in life. Well done boys. Sack of dogs for you and you. Here you go. Spend them all in one place. What? Mostly new. Mostly top rack dishwash or safe guys. But you got the floor models, I'm sure. Oh, the testers. Yeah, they're so there's so many. Oh, we've got those before too. Like the trishes would give us, you know, all all stuff. And it would say the bots would take tester. Yes. What is that? Oh, I I loved it. Emma's. I don't know if it's a bottle of Cologne bad. He'd go into Matthew Chambers who's our marketing director at the point and you go into his office and at any given time,

there would be like a shelf of just. Yeah, out. It was hilarious. And then my bachelor at party, the station actually donated a ton of stuff. They're like, hey, we need to get rid of some of this stuff. So just take this on the bus. We have so much. We do these ladies. Nice events. Yeah. Yeah. Just so much. We would do events and we would start, you know, figuring out all the prizes that we had. And Matthew would always start with. Well, we have a lot of sex toys you can give. I like 45. What do you mean? Yeah, I remember one time we were about to do a giveaway. It was something and we said, like how much like a box and he goes, no, a pool. We have a pool. Yeah. What do you mean a pool? And he goes, no, we actually have a pool filled with sex toys. And we need to give all of them out. Yes. Remember our couple ratio lives ago, we had the sex toy pool. Yeah. Yeah. And we threw those out. Everybody left the pageant with a new toy. It was great. Ladies showed up at my comedy show. I was like Oprah, April with the, it was some kind of like breast pump.

I don't even know what it was, man. It was like some kind of contraption to slap on your jugs. And she's like, you threw this at me at the, all the way up in the balcony at the British Hill party and I caught it. She wanted you to sign it. Yeah. I was an expert. Cool. Cool thing anyone's ever asked me to sign besides her. Babe, nice. Well, I will say this about, I don't want to be spurched in the name of Lisa who paid me in sex toys because in comedy. Every money, every dime I've ever made is coming gone. But that bag of dicks has prevailed. It is still, it has made the move with me. It has happened to closet. So you know what? What? That's my 401k. I don't know what street value is, but I could, if I can resell it, just set, yeah. You got those dogs in your back pocket, physical media. That's for a good point for a rainy day. That's right. That's your rainy day fund. Just the, just the box of dogs. That's right. So, I'm going to get one of those in an Amaran envelope and send that in. They'll keep her power on depending on who's opening the envelope.

You're right. You're right. I do want to talk about, last night was a lovely evening. It's going to be hot and swampy again today. So we decided to take the dogs out for a walk, which was, you know, put the, you know, put the harnesses on and meals and I took the dogs out. It was lovely. I hope you all spent some time outside because it's going to be hot and swampy again. 99 degrees today. Yeah, man. 105 heating decks tomorrow, 102, following the 102 next week's looking lovely though. Weekends hot. The weekend is pretty darn hot. Yeah, if we got Friday, a high 95 Saturday, high 94. Yeah. I'll pass one of the neighbors yesterday. Oh, just get my steps in. Just get my steps in. What does that mean? Getting to 10,000, 10,000. Is that just a number we just made up? Yes. Three miles, right? I don't know. If you're constantly stressing about hitting that magical 10,000 step goal on your smart watch, you know, there's a new study that says, uh, really 10,000 steps really doesn't mean much.

Like the study looked at both daily steps in a person's peak 30 minute cadence. Mm-hmm. Basically, your average walking speed during your fastest half hour movement are we today. So walking at a pace of 90 to 100 steps per minute was strongly linked to lower mortality risk. So it's, it's your pace of speed. Yes. And I saw this. You're a face of the walker. If you're a fast, because I'm a fast walker, you live longer. I remember. That's what this is. Yes. My mother's going to live forever. Is she a fast walker? Uh, no, it's, it's an average pace, but it is four hours a day. Mm-hmm. She has two, two hour runs, not, not runs. Uh, I call them nuts. Uh, you know, lap, um, walking sessions. Sometimes she's just listening to our podcast. Sometimes she's on the phone. Right. Sometimes she's taking care of business. Mm-hmm. But either way, she's moving. Mobility is key. Of course, for, for the older folks out there. Well, she's been doing us her whole life. Well, and she's in great shape for an 80 year old. Yeah. She's 83 and she wakes up every day. And every time I ask her how she's doing, she's like zero aches and pains.

You're talking about your hand hurting and all these things. I know. You're hurting and my mother's not. I know. You need to walk. The whole 10,000 steps a day thing didn't come from any scientific research. Came from Fitbit. It was a marketing campaign from a, from a Japanese company that were making pedometers back in the 1960s. That's it. It's, it's also like, you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Yeah, that would be great. Who came up with that? A cereal company. Yes, all of it. Asterisk. And we just glomed onto it. Oh, yeah. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. 10,000 steps. That's the magic number. No, if you don't have time for that, just pick up the pace. Now have you heard of this new, and I've never heard of this. I asked him what about this earlier. He's never heard of this. Maybe a Devon and learned of heard of this. If you've, if you've seen people talking about high rocks online, how do you spell this? H-Y-R-O-X. And you have no idea what this is.

I'm about to tell you. Okay. So high rocks. Have you heard of this? So Devon, if you heard of this, high rocks. Rave. No. Learn what have you heard of this? Well, I just heard that this was like a, either like a workout company or some sort of like active company. High rocks. I don't know much about it. H-Y-R-O-X. So... Is it like, um... It's a mashup between a 5K road race and a heavy duty gym workout. Okay. Yeah, yeah, like the, like there's some sort of like using your body weight or something with it. Yeah, so, so this was founded in Germany back in 2017. High rocks is currently built as the fastest growing fitness sport in the world. Oh, okay. I see what this is. So it was built to give everyday gym goers a concrete event to train for. This is the new, um... Crossfit? Yes, this is the new crossfit. What they say is without requiring the complex gymnastics or heavy, elliptic lifting, you'd see in Crossfit. Oh, sure. Well, go on. Okay, so I'm going to explain what this is.

Yes, they don't require much. Yeah, yeah. Because there was an incident that happened at one of these events. I'm looking at the eight stations that you have to do. Right. Oh, yeah. You mentioned the eight stations, huh? So every single high rocks event across the globe uses the exact same standardized setup. Oh, they've turned it into a competition? Yes. Okay, so Crossfit. Crossfit, yes. Held inside massive indoor convention centers. Oh, okay. Crossfit. But it's not Crossfit. All right, right. They want to make sure that you know it's not Crossfit. Right. This, well, this means, you know, whether somebody's racing in Chicago or London or Beijing, their finish times can be compared directly on a global leaderboard. A leaderboard. Does Crossfit do that? I believe so, yes. Because there's like standards. I believe so. So the race follows a strict repeating sequence. Run one kilometer, complete one workout station, repeat eight times. And by the time an athlete crosses the finish line, they've run a full eight case of five miles and tackled eight grueling physical challenges.

Dang. You do this a couple of times away. You're going to get a ride. Oh, yeah. So the workout stations number one is pulling, pulling on an indoor ski machine. Then you got to push a heavily weighted sled across a track. Then you got to drag the same heavy sled backwards using rope. Then you got to do a burpee broad jumps. I'm sorry. Do you say this is the same for every time this happens? Yes. Okay. So it's different than Crossfit because that's like workout of the day and it changes every day. It's a set. Got it. So burpee broad jumps doing the burpee leaping forward and repeating for 80 meters. A 1000 meter row, you're standard indoor rowing machine work. Then you got a farmer's carry walking 200 meters carrying two heavy kettlebells by your sides. Then the sandbag lunges, walking 100 meters while lunging with heavy sandbags across your shoulders. And then wall balls squatting and throwing medicine balls at a high wall target. Yeah. 100 times. 100 total. 100 meters. The sandbag lunges, gee, with and you're supposed to run. Wait, wait, you run a kilometer.

You run a kilometer. You complete one of the workouts and repeat eight times. That's a lot. And repeat eight times. So you've run a full eight K. So five miles and tackled eight grueling physical challenges. Okay. So you run a kilometer, do one of the stations, run a kilometer, do one of the stations. Yeah, man, I'm curious. See, don't, and I'm going to Instagram post it. That seems like that'd be like at least 30. Yeah. You got to say you try pot up. No, no, no, you have a, you have a personal appetite. Oh, you do? Because you, if you're going to afford to have all this crap. So they say, you know, why people hooked on this, you don't need to know how to do a snatch or a muscle up. The movements are simple, functional exercises that almost anyone in the gym already knows how to do. Events feature different divisions from solo open and pro categories to doubles where you split the workout reps with your partner. There's even four person relays and, um, if you got the time and the resources for something like this, I bet you, you get them better.

Oh, there's ever seen somebody doing something so wrong at the gym that you feel morally obligated to intercede, but you just don't say anything. Because you're saying these like simple exercises, because sometimes I think people are, I see people trying to figure out machine, even sometimes I'll walk up to a machine and be like, I'm not even sure I know how to do this. Right. I'm out. A lot of pulleys. There's a lot of positions. And I'll be like, I'm not sure I know what this exercise is for. Yeah, there's a picture of a body with some highlighted muscles. I'm so not 100% that I'm not being punked right now. I walk away. Some people dive right in. I've seen some pretty things where I'm like, they may as go hurt himself. I don't say anything though, because I'm like, I don't want to, well, I think if that's the gym's job to kind of police all that stuff. Yeah. I don't like you that. Unless somebody's going to like, unless you see somebody in like dire trouble, I think most people like with a weight, you know, they collapse and the weights on their neck. Yeah. Most people in that community though will help you out. Yeah, they will.

They will. I'm just, I've had people come up to me. I was just asking if you guys have ever seen that. Oh, yeah. I feel like that people come up to me before once a week. I'll see somebody that I'm like, Oh, man, I think he's on that thing backwards. And he's not a neck machine. That is a, that's a squat rack. Well, it'll be just like some old guy would go, yeah, this is how it's like. How I use it. I know. And sometimes I'm like, I feel like the guy, I'll look at the clothes they're wearing and the energy they're giving off. And I'm like, I don't think this guy wants to do it right. He just wants to be. And I will be totally honest with you. I see these, these Instagram videos and YouTube videos of women complaining the guys are hitting on them. Uh, and I'll be hesitant to walk off to a woman. That's how I'd even consider that. Most of those are rage bait though. I know. A lot of them. That's all. That's all. Look at this guy staring at me. You have your tripods set up and a great and a crazy crowded gym. Yeah, that's what you think. That's all engagement stuff. He's going to look to see, oh, somebody's recording. He's not checking you out. You narcissist. Anyway, I mean, some guys are some guys.

So I told you about high rocks. Okay. There is a headline here. A win as a win, 22 year old high rocks, world champion sparks outrage. After soiling herself to win race. Oh, that's what that was. Yeah. And there's, oh, there is. I've seen it everywhere. Everywhere. And it is. I didn't know that that was the competition. It is everywhere. Hey, and it correct me if I'm wrong, but the due to gal one. She did. She's the champion. That's what it takes. And she says a win. What it takes. So the story here goes to this woman's from Australia. Her name is Joanna. She's 22 years old. She won the high rocks Beijing race in one hour, one minute and 23 seconds. Last week. However, she is facing widespread backlash after continuing to compete and hit shared workout stations despite suffering a severe blowout.

We'll say, Hey, man. You know what? This gives me like, gives me hope in some way. What do you mean? Like you can crap yourself and still win and still be a champion. And still be a champion. You guys like for all of us like nervous belly people, where you feel like you're going to poo yourself. Just power through. Yeah, but here is the, oh, look at it's bad. Call me the champion of the Chinese buffet and fairview heights. But here's the here's the controversy is. Yes, she sold herself fine. And we've seen pictures of of marathon runners, but you don't share workouts to lay a quick match. It's against the rules. True. Yeah. Okay, that sucks. Sit in against the rules. I mean, but she didn't do it. Well, you know, if she did it on purpose, that's what it's. I mean, so I miss. So do you run first and then complete all the other things you run in between all of the stations? Run again. Do one of the stations. So now she's got other people also doing the same stations. Right. And they don't want to touch her. Kaka. Kaka. Yeah. This girl seeing it in the photo.

To the ref. She's like, oh, it goes step over the line running down her legs. It's. I keep duken. I'll step over the line. How do you? I'm never, I guess I've not gone on. I've never had to run to the restroom and then not made it. So I guess it's just like lava. Like it's just happening. It's happening. It's like the bridesmaids part of the movie where Melissa McCarthy just goes in the sink and then also you're in the middle of you're going to crap in the street. Well, so just you know, she celebrates her win with a hospital bed selfie claiming a win as a win and fellow competitors and fans and health experts are calling out both her and the race organizers after this is a biohazard safety. Sure. It's human waste. So photos and videos are circulating online and you could and you could see it for yourself. Showed visible fecal matter on her legs as she moved through. And I'm going to say it again, shared workout stations, sled pushes, burpee broad jumps,

wall balls. All balls. Ah, man. So smelly wall balls in the exertion of the grant on the wall balls had to be like a squared every time. Oh, it wasn't on her hands. Got that going for you. Yeah, it's all over the floor. But it's all but she's on the ground and surely surely she did it towards the end though. And what's what's the? No, no, she did it while she was running. So that was at the beginning. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, there's a run in between. You run in between every day. So you run a kilometer every station. Yeah. So the first one, the rowing one, you got to sit. Hopefully she did it post rowing. Wall ball. At least she's not touching the ball with her legs. Uh, what what else is there? The burpee legs are right. There's that standing. Yeah, but the burpee, the burpee. Oh, you got to be on a rowing machine. What the, but the rowing is early. I just said that. The rowing machine, the rowing is early. She pooped post row. Mostly. Are you sure? Cause rowing is five, I think. Oh, shoot. I had it number one or number two. Number two is a sled push. Oh, then the slide pole.

Okay. Brought jump, 1000 meter row, fireman, uh, farmers carry sandbag lunges, wall balls. Oh, yeah, rowing is number five. Hmm. Hi. Uh, and you're sit, you're sitting on the thing. Uh, it says, okay, mid race and it's allowed to finish race. Um, I'm sure people competitors like, I want to refund. Like, you got to pay to get these competitions. I want my money back. Okay, that's, that's reasonable. I think so. Hmm. Nobody offered her a towel. You she in the middle of a race. True. No thanks. No time. No towel. No, yeah. Maybe she won because everybody want to stay away from her. Everybody, I'm not slowed down. I mean, okay. I'm proud of her for powering through her poos, but also like, know your own limits. Like, you did it. Maybe that was enough. I will get them next year. You know what I mean? Like, call it. Just call it. Oh my goodness. Okay. I think I have the information.

Continued racing despite visible fecal matter on her light socks and shoes. Baba, blah, blah, blah. It looks like the incident occurred during the second kilometer of the women's program. Oh, so this is kilometer two. So this is sled push. This is right after the push and she was. Oh, she was pushing. Pushing cloth. Am I right? Am I right? The poo saga was a salad. It was early. Six rounds or whatever. It was early. That sucks. Well, now this woman's getting death threats, which of course is. Oh, get out of here. This is from a who grow up planet. Other racers. Well, because the videos and the pictures are going around and people are outraged. Okay. Go harder, go home. You know what I'm saying? That's what she said, by the way. She said, go harder, go home. When is the win in all seriousness? Thanks for this point. And since this incident, the high rocks people have officially updated their rule. And they have a book that they will pull athletes that find themselves in similar situations.

All right. So that's good. Yeah, change in the rules. Change in the rules. But she is still champion. And other cock on news. Okay. Might as well. It's turned Tuesday, everybody. Just keep going, huh? Welcome to breakfast. Pupi Tuesday. Welcome to Pupi Tuesday. And you know, this will lead into some some crime news here. So this is a trailer park for you, Dan and Miami took a pretty weird turn after a woman confronted her neighbor over an alleged affair. So this woman's name is, how would you say this? Why I R S I Y R S I your see. Hercy. Yourcy. Why I R S I your see Riviera. I'm sorry, your see Rivera. Yourcy. Your sir. 50 years old. Yourcy. That's a cool name. Why I R S I your size. Yeah, your see. Your see. Sounds very game of thrones. So yourcy was arrested on severe felony charges, including burglary of an occupied dwelling and battery following this

Cate confrontation at the Royal Country Mobile Home Park. So police say yourcy marched over to the other side of a split trailer. She shares with her neighbor and started furiously banging on the door. So I'm trying to figure what this is at a split trailer. So it's at a double wide, but it's two dwellings. I'm not familiar with my trailer park boys. I never see I never seen a duplex trailer like that. Okay, single white trailer is built in one place and is narrower. A double wide trailer is built in two sections that are joined together. Different country. Well, no, this is Miami. So a split trailer. So she went to the other side of a split trailer. She shares with her neighbor and starts banging on the door. So the neighbor opens the door. I never heard of that, though. Yersey accused the neighbor of sleeping with her husband. She then forced her way inside and threw a full bucket of human feces directly in the woman's face

before running back to her own unit. Wow. And they describe it as a bucket full. Oh, my hello pink guy. Hello pink guy. Here's some pink guy. Poop, poo particles abound. Two trailers split long ways. Shmush together. That's what a split. So it's like down the middle. It's yeah, like if you take two trailers and put them back to back, that's what it looks like. Oh, okay. So it is a double wide just split down the middle to make single family units. Okay. So Yersey throws a full bucket of human feces directly in the woman's face before running back to her own trailer. According to the arrest report, Yersey allegedly bragged to a witness beforehand that she specifically quilt pooped in a bucket to throw in the victim's face. Hmm. However you've been up to this weekend. Well, I've been pooping in this bucket. Cool.

Right. You're not going to an enemy's list. Collect and deuces for the neighbor. So when officers arrived to question her, Yersey claimed that she was simply trying to quote, dispose of a bucket of and her words in her words, dispose of a bucket of. That's right. She used the word caca because her home toilet was broken. She did not breaking in a throwing anything claiming instead that her neighbor hit her over the head with a baseball bat during an argument about the smell. Hmm. So Yersey is right now being held in prison in the jail without bond and issued a strict stayaway order protecting the neighbor. What's in the bucket? Oh, Yersey. Oh, Yersey. That's it's in there. In other crime news, some men have a type like preferring women with, I would just say extra candy coating.

Some women have a type like preferring men who are on the run from the cops. So this could be a love connection here. Authorities in Mississippi are asking the public for help identifying a vehicle with quote, fat chicks only written on it. It's a black older model Chevy Tahoe. Oh, not a white beamer. No, Rafe. Why would you say it's a white beamer? I just, here's the news report. And new X 10 apprentice county investigators are looking for a vehicle with facts chicks only written on it. It is all in connection with a recent a burglary that happened there WD to say that the family. He loved it to say that. That is so funny. With fat chicks only. I need a JT. More Tissus why you got it to do only written on it. It is all in connection with a recent a burglary that happened there WD to say that the family reported a black older model Chevrolet Tahoe.

The witness said the SUV had the words fat chicks only written on the rear glass. Now the vehicle was let go involved in a burglary that happened last Thursday and a witness says it was being driven by two large white men with long beards. But there's no further description. The sheriff said the men saw items from somebody's outbuilding and at other things stacked near a doorway of the home ready to be loaded in when the homeowner confronted them. They dropped everything and booked it. So if you know these men who exclusively desire fat chicks, please want you to calm down there Mississippi. All right. This next story and man. I feel really bad for this victim. Because man, I'm sure he had something in his mind. He was going to have the night of his life instead. He got robbed. So a man woke up in his Las Vegas hotel room to find $1,200 missing from his wallet and over $32,000 in unauthorized Apple Pay and Wells Fargo transactions after bringing two women to his hotel.

Oh, no. I know. And you know what? I'd be careful out there. Yeah, but I'm sure he was like, yes. This is awesome. Yes. Vegas, baby. Vegas. It's everything. It says it is. It's everything. I thought it would be. So the man and the women met at the Marquie Night Club at the Cosmopolitan. They drank together. They went in the hot tub together. They went in the hot tub. They went in the hot tub. They agreed to go back to his place. He has having the Vegas experience. Probably tell us his buddies. Hey, I'll see you guys tomorrow. Yeah, taking these two hoties. Yeah, take at least two hoties back to my place. Six wanted to do just me. Hmm. Hmm. Surveillance footage showed the women leaving the hotel property at 6.34 a.m. and received notifications of unauthorized transactions.

Did they, he was no harm be fell him? He wasn't like knocked out or it just says he woke up and woke up from what? From this just passing out, I guess so. Did they all have relations? It doesn't say. I hope they did. I feel like they would. I feel like they would and then they're like, well, it's time to get our check. And then they did. A lot of guys would pay that price. This article says he had about 10 mixed drinks before he got back to the hotel. Oh, no, no. Oh, no. Oh, no. What are you doing? Mixed drinks. I got. What if they're Red Bull vodka's? Well, I hope your heart is okay. Yeah. I don't know if any article you read did it say they he completed the. The challenge. Yeah. It does not specify. It says that he woke up and all of his ish was gone. I don't know, 1200 bucks and then 32,000 unauthorized apple pay and Wells Fargo transactions. 32K is pretty egregious.

1200 for a three sum. Victim was crime for a threesome. In my opinion, you know, I agree. If it was just a 1200 cash, it's probably a deal he forgot he made. I'd be like, I don't know man, 10 mixed drinks, two chicks, hot tub, your room, 1200 bucks seems like a pretty reasonable transaction. Are we assuming they're hot? I don't know. Either way. Oh, yeah, we do have pictures. Look up Linda Green and Brienne Sandusky. Oh, a Sandusky. Album and a class name. Linda Green and Brienne Sandusky. Or Brunei. Brunei. Never heard of that name before. Brunei Brown. Brunei Sandusky. Wonderful author and speaker. What if it was her? Who? Brunei Brown. Never heard of her. Oh, that is. She's a great speaker. She's helped me through a lot actually. Her gifts have been perfection. Great book. Oh, okay. Okay. We have photos, Air Moon.

No. Because it says police issued a flyer with surveillance images other woman. Maybe they're from afar. I mean, I have some photos here, but I don't think it's who we're looking for. Brunei Sandusky. Oh, anyway. That poor bastard. Probably ten mixed drinks probably didn't get his threesome. That's a bummer. Yeah, I probably just passed out. Last week we had the story about the guy that got duct taped. First class? Yes. Yes. Now we've all been on planes before taking many flights. Never an incident. Mid flight. I know. Where somebody was acting unruly. Luckily no. Luckily no. Moon. No, you've never had an incident where you've seen. I mean, somebody, I've attained or some really wacky behavior. I have seen people being, what do you call it, transported. Like a prisoner transport? Yes. I have seen that on my flights multiple times.

One time I didn't even know it was happening until the officer actually approached me and it happened to be my old high school cop. Oh. And I recognized him. I was like, oh my gosh. What's up, dude? What are you doing here? Well, I'm in the prisoner transport. Yeah, they try to keep that on the ground. And I said, oh yeah. Where you go? And he goes, where I have to. And I was like, oh, oh, oh. And he said, oh, my partner was over there with somebody and he was handcuffed to him, I think. So it was one of those. So I've seen that, but I've never, I don't think I've seen anybody. Or your old high school cop is a real kinky guy. He was his handcuffed. My partner's over there. I need transport a guy in a git mask. Yeah, that's standard protocol. It is amazing to see the face of somebody that you saw every day in the exact same uniform, not in that uniform. Yeah. This was like a holy crap. How do I know this? Surprise even recognizing him. Or you just knew him like, I know this guy from somewhere. I saw they got a guy for vaping. Remind them of a woman. That's not really unruly, but they did. Oh, no, it's that's we've got boarded and they had like police waiting for someone they caught vaping in the bathroom one time.

I don't know if they actually enforce that or not. Or if it's just a scare tactic, but they did come grab the person off the plane. The only incident I was witness to was when I was on my way out to go compete on beach as am. The guy next to me had a seizure. Oh boy. And he wouldn't get off the plane. Oh wow. And they were like, we're going to call the cops and he's like, I got off the plane. Just to make sure it was okay. Well, they're like, we can't have you having a seizure mid flight. He's like, he was on his way to the doctor out in LA. I had a seizure. Oh, this guy he was a man shape. Yeah, I can't imagine. And like we cannot chance you having a seizure mid flight. I can't imagine coming out of that and then being told certain things. Right. He's probably like, what? You know, it's probably hard to make decisions or comply super easily. Well, I was sitting on the window. There was a guy in between guy in the middle. And then there was the guy that had a seizure at the on the aisle seat. And the guy in the middle is like, this guy's having a seizure.

To you. Yeah. And we had not taken off yet. And he rang the flight attendant, you know, let's get the flight attendant over. And the guy by that time come to and they're like, you need to get off the plane. Sex if he was going to the doctor to maybe help with that. He was. And he can't get there. That's frustrating. And I get it. I get the flight group like we can't risk you over on, you know, we're up in the air. 30,000 feet. God forbid you have a seizure mid flight and you need a doctor. Yeah. So you got to get off the plane. And he did. Now, this is a flight here from Miami. Well, departed from Baltimore. Going to Miami, this is around nine o'clock Friday night. Running two hours behind schedule. This is an American Airlines flight, 1779. Departed Baltimore. Around nine o'clock Friday night. Running two hours behind heading south to Miami. Wall and route to Florida. Flight attendants alerted the cockpit crew to an escalating incident involving a passenger.

Seated in and 9D. According to reports here. The elite flight attendant reported that the woman who was in 9D had completely gotten naked. And began quote, engaging in in decent acts. Cool. I'm just imagining last week's story about the home goods guy where he says, I'm sorry, I have to do this. It takes his clothes off. Like, what is the transition of like, okay, I'm on the plane. I have to start disrobing. She got completely naked. Put ketchup on her dog. Now it's nine double. And engaging in in decent acts right in front of neighboring passengers. My lord. On Friday of old days, dude. I'm not 11. I'm not 11. I'm 11. That's right. Maybe she did it in honor of. For the troops. Could be. Never forget. If we keep our clothes on, the terrorists win. Right? I just want to show you that.

I got nothing on me. I got nothing on me, guys. Yeah. Wow. Now the stripping naked. Okay, I could understand. Can you? But then engaging in in decent acts. Come on, ma'am. Yeah. This is not what we meant by light in the mood. This is American Airlines. Right. That's more of a spirit airline. Yeah. Well, spirit airlines is no longer, right? Ma'am, this is not a frontier airlines flight. We're American Airlines. Well, you know, a flight crew transmitted an emergency message to the American Airlines Integrated Operations Center requesting that police meet the aircraft immediately upon arrival in Miami. Despite the behavior out there in row nine, the pilots decided not to divert the aircraft day. We're like, hey, we're going to Miami regardless. They got to Miami two hours later. Taxi, taxi, directly to gate D2, in terminal N, in case you're wondering. Coffs are waiting.

Took the woman to custody. A fluid bunch over the weekend. Obviously, well, actually, this is the soul month, but shout out to United for having the first flights in months for me that were actually on time. Shout out to them. But I'm going to go ahead and take the shout out back. Okay. Because nobody does it perfect. And their entertainment system might be one of the most teasy, frustrating entertainment systems I've ever had. I'm united. So they got the TVs in the seats that not always, like the smaller ones don't. But when they do, what happens? You go in, you watch something, and then when an announcement comes on or they click the phone or whatever, it stops it. Yeah, it pauses. So you idiots have something to say when you're going to click the thing on. It's like they were deciding on what to say. And they click it and be like, oh, no, I'm not going to say that. They're going to pause the thing and they're going to pause the thing. And they have two or three videos. Oh, my God, I'm getting heated right now. They have two or three videos that are excessive over seven minutes long about security or

this or that or who knows what they're trying to sell you or something. And they're going to do the spiel. Oh, no, this, this spiel is so long, dude. It's a movie. And I've seen this movie a hundred times this is why you got to download stuff on your phone. I know. And that's exactly what it is at some point. I just stopped because they're incessant talking for nothing. They're saying nothing. Okay, we know you're going to come around in a few minutes. We know that seat belt sign is still on. We've got it all. And then the pilot will come on and be like, so we're 30,000, the vocal fry, the pilot fry. I just saw you. You're like 26 years old. You don't have this. I'm so fucking high right now. I'm doing. I'm doing. He's crying this. Oh, God, man. What's that? What's so fucking high right now, dude? And honestly, you know what I thought? I saw the pilot going in and this kid looked, he looked like he was 22. He's probably late 20s. But I, you know what, I saw him and I said, man, so many freaking buttons up here. I even going on. I thought, oh, a younger pilot. He's probably going to say less.

He's not going to be one of those older guys and sit there and vocal fry. They just kept on going. I just couldn't believe it. Half the flight was me waiting for announcements. The pilot speaking no cap. Oh, man. We just hit 30,000. 6,000. We just hit 6,000. We just hit. It's cruising altitude of 6 to 7,000. Anyway, yeah, they totally canceled that. All the great, greatness that they had going this weekend. Well, next time you fly, you might want to think twice before placing your snacks directly on your trade table. So a flight attendant recently went viral after sharing a nasty reality of flying. Apparently, some passengers changed their baby's diapers right there on the airplane trade tables. Oh, yeah. See, this happened. So she says, if you eat on the plane, she puts a trash bag over the trade table because that's the only way it's safe. Okay. No, no, no, no. They give you, that's the nice thing. Every airline gives you in the beginning. They have a little tray. Sometimes they'll tell you it's right there. You can grab the little white piece. Yeah. I've never, I've not seen that. Man, you're not paying attention to these little blue packs. You just, whoop, grab it.

Where are they? I don't know, but I wipe down, I wipe down my, my, my tray, my screen and my, my handles every time I've seen this. Oh, it's always right. I'm not a fan of text. What do you can ask for it? You know what? I'm so locked in just getting to my seat. I try not to look, make eye contact with anybody. Sometimes they're in the seat pocket. They'll like throw them in there. Okay. Please lock in. If you're going to, we won't be tolerating any unbehaved your behavior. I can see it. I can see it. This kid, this dude was a kid and I, it first I was like, oh man. What at that point? People have my age or flan. Flan. But, uh, no, he was, he was good. Kind of a cool landing. Oh good. Let's say it was a little video gamey. Hey, back to diarrhea for a second. Um, hey, we could all start breathing a sigh of relief. Uh, federal health officials have officially declared the nationwide, uh, cyclospor outbreak, you know, link to the contaminated shredded iceberg lettuce. It's over. Yay. It's over guys. We made it.

We made it. Long nationalite mayor's over. Blueberries too, right? Blueberries and uh, blueberries was, oh yeah. Oh, there's like a lot recalled lately. Like, meats and cheeses and everything. Well, this, blueberries were like killing people. Let us is safe again. Okay. A alert Tim. Okay, I'll call him. This was the, uh, this guy knows him was right. Tim was not eating lettuce. He's not, he was, yeah, he was removing the lettuce from everything that we would go out and be like, uh, uh, not in this plate. Like what? It's over. It's over. It's over guys. So the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed that the tainted lettuce sourced from Central Mexico by, uh, Taylor Farms has passed all best by dates and is completely out of grocery stores and restaurant kitchens. So the CDC confirmed 12,883 official cases across 21 states, 570 hospitalizations, two deaths. Because the reporting lags between initial illness and lab confirmation, uh, broader public

health estimates tracked nearly 20,000 cases and over 10,000, I'm sorry, and over 1,000 hospitalizations between man September. But we're good now. We are good. Good to go. Back to eat lettuce. Uh, and other, uh, food news. It's not that uncommon to ask, uh, ask the host at a restaurant for a table of one. Anybody, you know, go out to eat alone. Yeah, all the time. Did he yesterday? Yes. What do yayas? Oh, on top of it. I'm talking about myself. Get your yayas out. Would you get? Dude, their chicken there is incredible. Gotta be honest. I love, I had forgotten how much I loved it. Until I drove past it and I go, oh, there's a yayas. Mm-hmm. All right. Popped in there and had some of that. They got like, uh, they ever roasted chicken. They're like potatoes there. All right. I like how serious it is. You're really pushing this roast chicken. No, but I did chicken. Would you get? What mistake did you make? They make not get a chicken. They have like a blue cheese nokey.

That's on. I am. Sam blue cheese can suck it. Oh, no. What? You're dumb. Yeah. No, you're dumb. Uh, no, uh, you are. You're dumb. No. You got a whipped feta app. And then a, uh, let me just read it to you. Table for one. Table for one. Table for one. Table for the bar. Set the bar. Cause I got in there and he goes, he's sitting anywhere you want. I just brought the night shift on and I'm like, I don't want to make him sad. What time was it? Oh, what time was it? I was in a weird, great time, like three o'clock. Oh, in between lunch and dinner. Yeah, I was in between her. No one saw the sadness. I just sat at the bar. Talk to that guy. Hand rolled, herb potato nokey roasted chicken, Gorgonzola cream, spinach and spice flour. Okay. So it's Gorgonzola and I'm blue cheese. Even worse. Oh, it's awesome. Yeah. Gorgonzola is still a blue cheese. Yeti a man, brother. Well, in a new restaurant, trends report, our reservations for one are becoming more common with data showing there are twenty two percent over the, over the previous year. Makes sense.

I mean, we're all kind of on our own these days. Hello. People aren't connecting as much. They're all on our phones. We want to be left alone. People are scary and when you got to general alone or got to eat alone, what do you do? Do you, Rodogga? Are you on your phone? No, I'm, it's sometimes I'll be reading something. I know I'm, I will talk to people that if like I'm at a bar and somebody sits down next to me and strikes up a conversation, I'll, I'm down to clown, you know? What did you do yesterday, Rave? You just talked to me on your phone? Uh, I, the guy at the bartender was kind of like doing prep by himself and he was kind of in front of me. So we chatted a little bit, but pretty much just chilled. Hmm. They got it out quick. I was eating my meal within five minutes and I was ending out. It was great. I did talk to some ladies on the way out. Gaggola, gaggola gals, couple of rods, couple of rods. One of them was, it was older ladies and one of them was bragging to her friends and she goes, I just, you guys know me. I, within 30 seconds, I know everything I need to know about someone. I'm really good at reading people and I had, I just don't, what's my whole deal then?

Oh, no. It's a three minutes with you. Oh, you won't need that much time. Go to the bathroom. I gave her one, I gave her a one minute interview and then she kind of nailed it. Because you're here alone. I go, well, yeah, you saw me. Wow. Yeah. Oh, sure, lock. Yeah, you've really started off well. You have an earring. Okay, you're just saying stuff on my face. You're very observant. You have a hat on it. In general, making reservations on Tuesdays is up 15%, which is the largest increase of any day of the week. Making breakfast reservations for the 9 a.m. hour is the most increasingly popular time slot up 19%. Dude, because of touring and my schedule usually I have probably had 400 breakfasts alone. I just had three of them over the weekend because nobody usually gets up early and I'm always like, ah, dude, you know, free breakfast. Right. It's hard. It is hard to deny a free breakfast, even if I don't have to get up by a certain time,

I'll go, what time does breakfast end? Oh, 9 30. Okay. Give me before that. That's right. So making breakfast reservations for 9 o'clock is the most increasingly popular time slot. The next largest increases are 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. for early bird dinner reservations. Hmm. Well, that, that's us now. Oh, yeah. I was telling someone the other day when your mom made us meet balls last week. God bless my future wife, Rose and Rosito. And the thing I was most stay away from my mother. The thing I was most grateful for was the time of dinner at 5 o'clock. She goes, be here by 5. No later dinner on the table at 5 and I go, oh, yeah, that's what I need that three hour run up. I can't lay down after meatballs. Not early dinner and not having to lay down at the bell. 5 o'clock. Imagine having tomato sauce like swimming in your belly and then going to sleep. The acid ideal. It's a long day. You have nightmares. Yeah, I should.

She's like, I don't want you to have the audita and I go, that's a woman. Who loves me. She's trying to keep you want heartburn. That's going on with you. Rose, yeah, nothing. Nothing. Is it still in town? No, she left. She left. She was leaving town. Is she at your house? She don't. I dropped her off of the airport and she took an Uber to raise house. She did. She's down with three. She's down with four. She kept insisting, now you're not going to walk in with me. Oh, God. Now you're not going to walk in with me. I'm good. Yeah, she was like, I got this. I was on the other side of the building and picked her up. She just went down the escalator down the below and I picked her up and you just, you just saw me just drive away and then you came right behind me. I'm telling you, by the way, the Southwest and Moon, it was right. The Southwest terminal at Lambert, the picking up arrivals is a friggin disaster. Bro, yeah, pick the one. Something's going on. I had this is a recent thing. Oh, I did. It's the pickup. It's disaster. It's disaster. It's disaster. They told me an Uber driver gave me this tip and it worked. I'm going to know what you're going to say.

You're taking off my side. Oh, my God. I threw you out. You have to stop this. Okay. No, I'm going to say it because I don't care. I want everybody to be off on the mountain. I've like, no, I want everybody to be happy. So Saturday, Saturday and I dropped my mother off. I had dropped my mother off at 8 p.m. I'm sorry, 8 a.m. Okay. On Saturday morning. And then I had to go pick meals up at 1 p.m. At 8 a.m. I could see the line for the arrivals was, I mean, the cars were backed up to the road. It was disastrous. Disastrous. So I told meals when she came in, go upstairs to the departures and I'll pick you up upstairs because there's no line to get up there. Pro tip. Pro tip. Oh, great. Now that's going to be a mess. Thanks. Is that what you're going to say? Yeah. Well, what's your pro tip? Well, I'll come on the roof. The Uber guys like just set your drop point at the departures.

And when you come in, it's like instead of just in the beginning, that crazy bottom part where everyone's like, he's out of that. He just, I said, well upstairs. Oh, I thought you said drop off up there. I thought you said the outside. No, no, no, no, no. When meals came in at 1 p.m. Oh, I'm dumb. I thought you were talking about dropping your mom off still. No, I dropped her off. No, I dropped her off at the departures. And when meals came in at 1 o'clock, a couple hours later, my second airport run of the day. Yeah. At 1 o'clock, it was crazy. Oh, dude. Yes. It's horrible Sunday nights. It's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's horrible. This was Saturday. It's Saturday. It's Saturday. It's Saturday. And the problem is, then you get Uber drivers with the finally get over there after a half an hour wait and they're pissed. So the same, yeah. And then they have awful security running the thing. So then everybody starts yelling at each other. I've been calving it. I'm back on cabs. Yeah, I did a cab a couple times. It's not, it's not bad. It's as long as they're already there. Right. But they're not always already. Uber did say just, yes, the same thing you said. Sorry. I was very confused about what you were saying. The whole thing is a disaster. Drop a pin upstairs and they'll come up there and grab you. That's what I do. I know it's not encouraged, but you got to do something to alleviate.

Welcome. That's why they're going to make the loop. Welcome to St. Louis. Say it's your first time here. Let's make you stand in the heat and humidity for 35 minutes. But what's changed? Who's 500 yards away? Because it never used to be that way. What's changed? I don't know. I don't know either. The shuttles, they move the shuttles to a different lane as well. And that's a disaster. We don't have like a train system that is efficient. Plus, I tried to see if they connected the two terminals, because I thought that they did. And I was like, I will just walk. No, right. I'll walk all the way there. And I walked all the way. And then there's a construction wall. And I was like, no, no. I know this sounds like we're just bitchin' this for a second. No, it is. I'm not that drunk. But like legitimately do that's our business card. People come to St. Louis and their first impression is our airport and its surrounding amenities. And it's disastrous. It is. Listen, I've stood to wait at JFK or LaGuardia or other airports. I'm just talking about for me the convenience of just going to pick people up.

There used to be a thing I would brag about. If you go to a New York City airport, you got to leave your house almost three hours early. What? Oh, yeah. Lambert, I'm leaving 45 minutes before a flight takes off. Oh yeah, and what did I say? I even said that. I said, man, we're so fortunate. With a bragging point. Yeah, with our airport situation is that you can get there in 20 minutes from anywhere. And it ain't gonna take you long to get a guy to go. That's all the benefit. Now you're ruined that. Now you're ruined that. Trong with you. It's not that hard, but it's not gonna change. Cause it's owned by the city. Well, that being said, scamber.
