The polling is not looking good for Magda. Thank God. I mean, they are out having to defend safe, red states, very safe like Trump plus 20 districts. It is a blood bath. But Donald Trump loves to cheat. He loves it. He, you know, bankrupts, casinos, cheats on his taxes, cheats on his wife started an insurrection that tried to kill his vice president, cheater, loser, cheater. The Time Magazine interviewed him and Trump was asked in the interview if he will invoke the insurrection act ahead of the midterms pop this up. Time, would you rule out declaring a state of emergency in the lead up to the midterms unless there's widespread violence in the streets? Trump. I don't rule anything out or in. We'll see. You mean the insurrection act? Time says, yeah. Trump says, no, I've never used it. I could use it. A lot of people think I should use it sometimes.

That's always such a tell with everybody says and a lot of people. Josh, what do you think if he tried to use this, what do you think the Supreme Court would do? Well, number one, what is he going to use it for? I mean, do we know? Is there an articulated reason that he would invoke the Insurrection Act? I think that's why I didn't last time is because there's no legitimate basis for it. You know, what would the Supreme Court do? I mean, I hate to be put in that position of having any faith that they would try to restore some sense of order to this country, some sense of decency to this democracy or what's left of this democracy. So I don't know. I think, Clarence Thomas is wife. Wasn't she a one-sixer? Yeah, planner, an organizer. Yeah. So I mean, I don't have a lot of faith over there. Could we maybe get six of them? In our favor, maybe just to keep the country going to just from sheer tyranny and destruction.

I mean, I would think, but shit, I don't know. These guys are so crazy that maybe that's what they want. Maybe everybody wants this thing just to blow up because I mean, that's where the tension in this thing is headed, right? Because there is a blue tsunami coming. It's everybody knows it. Even on the Republican side, they know it. You have Kim Paxton talking about, you know, Trump comes here and my poll number, you know, get away, get away, get away. And so it's coming. The question is, what are they going to do? They're going to accept their loss, accept their ass kicking, or they're going to cheat. Like you suggested, is Donald Trump going to cheat? Is he going to be a whiner, a baby? Of course. And five in cheat. And that's what I suspect they're going to do. So we need to be ready. All right. So this has just turned out what the clip I'm about to play for you. This has turned out to be a Wednesday in America. We used to have presidents on both sides, Republican and Democratic, that used words about war and nuclear destruction very scarcely.

Donald Trump, it's just a Wednesday. And then tonight on True Social, there could be a bunch of shit about it. He and the bunny boiler cook up, but let's play the clip. Now I have to make a decision. Now he decides a very fair deal or they won't exist any longer. Thank you very much. All right. Here's what scares me about this. This is about the seventh time that he has threatened nuclear holocaust on Iran. And Trump often times starts broadcasting what he's thinking about doing. And I think he's dying to do something crazy like this. I do. I think he knows he can do it. He knows he has the power to do it. And I think he's kind of been a fuck it era. And I think you've got Benjamin Netanyahu over here that just chopping at the bit for him to do something like this. And shame on that Republicans. Shame on Mike Johnson for sending Congress home when they were going to impeach Pete

Hankseth. Shame on these people for putting everybody in the hands of this unhinged madman who threatens nuclear war once or twice a week. And how does this happen? You couldn't write a script to where every other responsible person who's supposed to create some check on this president, on this man has wholly failed their responsibilities and their duties. I mean, how many men can be complicit? How many members of Congress have sent it? How many people that are corrupt can you confirm over and over based on his word? How many? You just see this cycle over and over the Supreme Court all of it together. And it just reminds me of what that lawyer said, one of Trump's former lawyers said that the Constitution just simply wasn't created with someone as depraved as Donald Trump in mind. It just wasn't. And he's right.

He's truthful about that. Well, let's shift gears a bit here and we can't forget all of the people that this government, this regime, is murdering. And one of whom we all saw, unfortunately live on television, were naked. Pop this up. Whenever fall comes back around, it always feels like a fresh start. This year, I've been layering in some styles from the new Louis Lumin fall drop because the weather is shifting and I find I have to be ready for the entire day and not just one part of it. Louis Lumin's fall line has some really versatile transitional pieces so I can just wake up, throw on a matching set, add a jacket or a fleece and head out, knowing that I'll feel comfortable enough to go wherever the day takes me. Check out the new fall arrivals in store and online now at LouisLumin.com. Just in Renee Good's partner and family have filed two lawsuits stemming from her death, one aimed at ICE agent who shot her and several senior Trump administration officials, the

other aimed at the federal government itself, Kylie Puppet the next slide. And in this lawsuit, the plaintiffs name Jonathan Ross, Stephen Miller, Kristi Nome, Corey Lewandowski, Tom Homan, Todd Lyons, Greg Bavino and John Doe, federal agents. They named them individually as well. Josh unpack this for the laymen. Tell us what's going on with this lawsuit. So there are two different lawsuits that were filed. The first one was brought by the estate of Renee Good, which is her brother. And it's Ganger versus United States. And I believe her partner, Becca Good, has also filed several claims. And it's an action against the federal government for various torts that they alleged were committed upon Renee's murder on that particular day.

So the suits brought underneath the wrongful death statute in the state of Minnesota under the Federal Torque Claims Act. Individuals can sue federal agents who commit torts against them using the Minnesota state law. She alleges assault and battery, false imprisonment. I believe Becca Good also claims various torts in the lawsuit. And you read this throughout the lawsuit. There's been no investigation about this case. In the family, you can just read the suffering that they're having to go through. They didn't even have the decency to order someone to investigate this case. So that's the first lawsuit. Let me try to unpack the second lawsuit. And it's about 150 pages. But it was brought under, as you mentioned, it named seven individuals and they're sued in their individual capacity. And it's again brought by Renee Goods estate, her brother, who was appointed trustee

at first aid. And it's brought ironically under the 1871 Ku Klux Klan Act. And they alleged a conspiracy in this case. In the conspiracy is against Ross, who was the shooter, who killed Renee Good, murdered her. Steven Miller, Christine Noem, Corey Lewandowski, Tom Homan, Todd Lines, and Greg Bavino. And it claims that the search that they talked about was built on a bunch of debunked stories about Somali fraud, including a viral YouTube video to target Somali and Latino Minnesotans. And so it's conspiracy, basically, alleging that these individuals conspired together to deny a group of equal rights under the law. And those that group would be the Somalis and the Latinos that are citizens of Minnesota. And it goes in depth further. It alleges against each one individually. It says that it alleges Miller ran daily calls.

He set arrest quotas and he ordered agents to force confrontations with people watching him protesting. And it says that Christine Noem set the policies that let agents wear masks and hide their license plates. It says that Lions was warned in writing about racial profiling a month before the shooting. And he did nothing. It says that Greg Bavino came to Minnesota, came to Minneapolis after a Chicago judge found he had been lying about his use of force. And according to the lawsuit, fewer than 3% of the people arrested were Somali. The family seeking punitive damages and a jury trial. And in their individual capacities, you can seek punitive damages. And like under the Federal Torque claims act. And they list that the lawsuit goes in great detail on list an enormous amount of statistics. For example, it says that according to the complaint, the arrest data showed that of the

3,500 people that were arrested in this search. In this matter in Minnesota during the month of December and January, that only 106 were Somali. And only two were deported to Somalia. Just think about that. It also says that Lewandowski as a private co-conspirator, the ledges that he ran operations past the legal time limit on his temporary federal role. And if you remember, he always had this weird title, you know, what did he do? He's like an assistant or something. Well, because he was banging Christine Noem. Exactly. These lawsuits are somewhat complex. This lawsuit that we're just talking about, it's 150 pages. I mean, it's thick. But it's interesting. I'll jump in and ask a couple of questions for the layman. Thank you for explaining all of that to us. So now that they're named individually, do they have to get private attorneys or since

they are government employees, will the United States government provide an attorney for the state? I think either or. I think either. And then as it pertains to Stephen Miller and all of the others listed, but let's just say hypothetically here, Stephen Miller. So he's going to be called in for subpoenas and all of these, I mean, deposition and things like that. Assuming they can prove the allegations set forth in the complaint and it moves forward. And trying to sue the federal government is very difficult. It is. You have a lot of barriers and a lot of hurdles that you have to meet. And the law is somewhat complex to do that. But assuming that this thing proceeded forward, that it didn't get kicked out on a motion for summary judgment or if it wasn't dismissed based on a 12 B6 motion, then at some point in time, he would be deposed that there would be a discovery phase of this proceeding and all the parties would be subject to having their deposition taken, having to respond to written discovery and erogatories, request for admissions, things like that.

So yes, they're all going to have to get lawyers. Some may be within the government. Some may be private counsel. Yeah, I would imagine those deposition when she gets to like Christiano and when Corey Lewandowski, you know, because they were, they're having in a fair or Christiano has been big, Titi Bryant. I mean, I mean, I don't want to make light because Renee Good, we also her murdered and what the officer called her a fucking bitch, a sweet, you know, good Samaritan doctor tried to offer her life saving assistance as she light, lie there on the freezing cold. And I swit and let them, and these people are monsters, they're animals, they're murderers. But, you know, the, yeah, well, the painful part of this and, and again, I said this earlier, but the family, can you imagine someone in your family executed, you know, just murder for the government? By your government and then they make you out to be a terrorist and then they decide that there should be no investigation of this. It doesn't even warrant an investigation and the loss that you would feel by this country

that we live in. I mean, you feel that when you read this lawsuit, how, how barbaric, how evil this government is and you hope that these lawyers can bring some justice to this family because the government's not going to give it to them. It's not. And that's the sad part to me for, for all of these people that are victims of the government. And I see it, you know, on a day and day out basis in court too. It's, it's tragic. It is so tragic. It is such, I mean, I, we're living in this moment in living history and we watched these murders, our government murder people and then call the murder victims. And we're trying to help immigrants, you know, who are doing like the kindest thing that you can do monitoring to make sure these people weren't abused. And they use their white privilege to get in the way and say, hey, don't, you know, don't mess with these people. But this is the Mike Pence lesson, the thing about these MAGA people, they're so depraved, they're first preference in people they like to bully or of course brown skinned people

and gay people. But white people are on the chopping block too. And I hope if there's any lesson in these horrific murders for the white community that elected Donald Trump, you know, Donald Trump wouldn't be president twice without white people. I mean, that's his base. Yeah. That this is a wake up call that, you know, Renee gets mother voted for Donald Trump and her daughter's dead because of Donald Trump. And there's a lot of people that are dead because of Donald Trump or because Donald Trump appointed Elon Musk to be the head of Doge. And you know, there's the Latinos for Trump, the lady who did the salsa dancing in my army. I will vote for Donald Trump and all our relatives start getting deported. Nobody is safe under this regime. And so this is, thank you for breaking that down. We need to keep an eye on this. But make sure you like and subscribe to our channel. Josh is going to keep an eye on all of this. I imagine that after the midterms, there's going to be a lot of legal, hopefully investigations

into all of these people. And I just want to say as far as ice goes, I want them removed, abolished and prosecuted. I want all of the people listed in this lawsuit civilly. I want them all prosecuted criminally. All right, that's all we have. Like, subscribe. We'll be back later with more news. When Fall comes back around, there's a sense of a reset.
