If you like YouTube, you'll love YouTube Premium. Hi, I'm Sean Evans from Hot Ones and I want to tell you about YouTube Premium. It has offline downloads, so you can watch without Wi-Fi. Trial eligibility varies, terms apply, cancel anytime. This is Matt Rogers from Los Cultures, this is with Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang. This is Bowen Yang from Los Cultures, this is Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang. You know when people try a new food and suddenly it's like, okay, hold on, I got a new favorite food. That's the reaction a lot of people are having when they first try Cupid Mayon. Yeah, it's the one with the red cap and the little baby on the bottle. You've probably seen it at the grocery store. And this mayo is different. Most mayonnaise uses whole eggs. Cupid only uses egg yolks, which gives it this rich umami flavor. It's smoother, deeper, almost buttery.
Once people try it, they start putting it on everything. Egg sandwiches, fries, burgers, chefs use it, restaurants use it, people who really care about flavor use it, put it on just about anything. Then you'll understand Cupid, the original Japanese mayonnaise. What's up guys, Friday October 2nd, 2020, 6 to 3 35 PM Eastern Times. Thank you everybody for joining the Patreon. So aside from being sick and gay and and and retarded, I have to try to, as I've said, the blood work on Saturday and on Sunday, it says some advisor bugs as a parasite or it's autoimmune. I'm going to say I have to a fecal test and then I got those results back today. And they said that they didn't like the results. They didn't say they were an accurate. They said they didn't like the results. So they want me to come in again tomorrow. Now I probably shouldn't be saying that I don't know, I guess it's Biden medical definition, it's similar to the fuck I want.
So I'm going back in tomorrow for blood tests and another fecal test. So I'm guessing it's a parasite or an infection in my intestine. Because by now it was bacterial viral that would have given me an antibacterial. I'm not exactly psyched that they want me to come back in. And I'm not exactly psyched and I know it's in my head, but I'm not exactly psyched of them talking about saying your white blood cell cancer going up and down. So that all being said, I was going to take today, Friday and Saturday off just because it's been a long week kind of bum rushing through the whole Patreon thing, which again, I appreciate all you guys. This shows you can be funded for two years now. I decided to take Sunday off.
I just want to go spend time with my family. I might take Monday and Tuesday off. I might take a week off. I don't know. But this thing isn't going away. And it's started as 72 hour periods of feeling like kind of sick. Or maybe I wouldn't go to the gym, but I would still do the podcast. I'd do a light gym and one podcast. Or I'd make sure I was doing podcasts with podcasts panels where I maybe didn't have to be as involved. And then I would go through these periods of waking up after three hours of sleep. Where I was literally fetal position in the shower, body temperature fluctuations. I'm freezing, so I turn on boiling. And then I can't get hot enough.
And I have the shower door closed with the fan off just to get the humidity to getting out of there. And then freeze. And then overheating. And getting back in a freezing cold shower. And you might be like, we're going hot to cold hot to cold. Well, sometimes we're last for an hour. So I'd be sitting there and I had a sweatshirt and a car heart jacket with a bathrobe and a fleece blanket. And even that nose, we know that I, I mean, I'll turn on the air conditioner and main in the winter. I'll go from that to like with the heater on to like sitting in boxes in front of a fan. And I'll be sweating and throwing up and having diarrhea for like two or three hours. Or cancel my shows. And then over the course of like 20 minutes of it, I'll just go away. I would just feel normal. I mean, I'd be like, I'd be tired because I didn't sleep enough, but I would just,
I just, it just felt like a nightmare. You didn't get enough sleep. And so I'd risk out to my, and not only just risk out to my shows, I would go like crush the jam. I would go just fucking like legit, go just crush the jam. I would go to the gym. Normal diet, normal, you know, steak, rice, cauliflower, do the podcast, audiobook, meditate, you know, praying, getting sunlight, making sure to walk around. Unsuccessfully, talk to him and on hinge. Do the games dream, go to bed early, sleep fine. And be fine the next day. And then like the following day, I'd have like another three hour period of death. And then that would go away. And then that whole like day online, sometimes it would happen multiple days in a row. And then it would, and then for like a week it would stop and it would go back to just like the 72 hours of like kind of sick.
Where I would do one show, maybe I'd be a little, you know, not not not just, but you know, I'd have the air conditioner on and you know, I would maybe be a little less talkative. I know people in the comments are always like, probably talks too much. It's called Tommy's podcast. If you don't like the show, fuck off and unsubscribe. And I truly mean that as somebody who taught myself bodybuilding and was told you're gonna hurt yourself and not you're gonna mess up every muscle. And I'm fine. Fuck off. As people that told me that you need tutors, have to have a plan to get in a medical school. I never want to campus. I studied on my own. I literally didn't meet my professors. I would go to campus four times a year for each class. And it was to take the exams. And I would literally score number one out of 300 students. Fuck off. They said you had to take MCAT courses. Fuck off. I scored in the 95th point six percentile. When I started the podcast, I had people tell me you can't be swearing. You can't be doing this. You can't be doing that. You got to have thumbnails.
You got to be editing. You got to have intro music. You can't be called Tommy's podcast. It's got to be called, uh, you know, breaking news. You got to focus it on, on just Trump or just murder mysteries or just delta force or just, and I said, fuck off to all of you. And, um, you know, I still get people in comments that go, you talk too much. You talk too much, which you don't see as before the show is hanging out with the guests. Them saying that they love that I talk. They love listening to me. And there's a reason they keep coming back on. And so, you know, for a while, I used to, I would look at comments and I would not like, and I would argue with people. And then I went through the stage where I would look at comments and just not address them, but I would think about them. And then I just went through this period of not looking at comments. And now I'm at a point where occasionally I'll look at comments by accident. And I've reached a point of almost like enlightenment, where I view comments the same way you view like when a bug hits your windshield.
You go, ah, you spray and wipe it off. Every accomplishment I've ever had in my life has not only been doubted, but been told I've done it the wrong way. And I'm 36 years old. I've been told, essentially retired doing whatever I want. So, fuck off. But don't stop commenting because you are driving the algorithm and giving me money. Don't stop thumbs downing it because you are driving the algorithm and giving me money. Don't stop arguing me. Everyone's in a while. I'll drop a comment. I'd be like, hey, go fuck yourself unsubscribe. Just to set off a firestorm. Because they'll drive the algorithm and put money in my pocket. So, you know, this edge you can't get sober without, you know, six months of,
you know, inpatient thing. I did 10 days and then just hard and knuckled it for a year. You got sober and I've been sober for almost three years now. They said that, you know, after 10 years of yo-yo dieting, you really can't lose that much fat. And I did it out of pure hatred because I would flirt with women and I'd flirt with chicks who liked the show. So, I was already had a leg up. They liked the show. They liked me. They're conservative. And I would start talking to them and flirt and you could realize that they were not interested because I had a way, I had a double chin. I didn't have a jawbone. And so, I had a pure hatred from myself. I died. And they said you shouldn't die up below 500 calories a day. So, if I burn 3,250 calories a day, which I do through the TDE, your total daily energy expenditure, the catch MacGardle formula, which is the most accurate to date. They said you should enter 500 or you lose muscle. For 18 months, I ate 1,100 calories a day while building muscle.
Out of pure hatred. And so, now I have 6 pack of abs. I'm going to keep doing whatever the fuck I'm doing. But I don't want you to stop commenting how much you hate me. Because that puts money in my pocket. So, every time you comment something about Tommy talks too much or I'm ready to unsubscribe. Here's another thing. When I'm finished with a podcast and I don't like the direction it goes, I unsubscribe and I exit out. But I'm listening to an EDM playlist that I'm working out and I don't like the song. I hit next. I don't tell anybody. So, when people say, well, I'm about done with Tommy, please keep doing that because you're actually putting money in my pocket. And, furthermore, if you're at a point where you're getting into deep discussions about whether or not Tommy's talking too much, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that your physique is not
where you want it. That your wife doesn't look you in the eyes with the same sexual passion that she used to. She'll lie to you and say she does. You quietly accept that life is maybe not as glamorous as you thought it could be as an adult, even though it could be. You're just a failure. And that your wife is also, she's realized that you guys have kids and at this point, it would be more of a hassle to divorce you and she's not hot enough to go in the market. Social stay with you. If you're putting energy into comments sections about whether or not the host talks too much, with guests who beforehand openly tell me they love the rants. I don't pay them. They come back on on their own free will.
They invite me on their shows on their own free will. And multiple independent people worth hundreds of millions of dollars have funded my show. So I'm going to keep doing what I want to do. So I'm saying that because last night, I glanced to some comments and I realized that just how lonely and fatty and people were. If you took any of that energy, you maybe you could work out or diet or clean your house or get a better job, but you won't because you're a fat in cell. But don't stop getting angry at me because that puts money in my pocket. So keep interacting with me. That all being said, I'm probably going to think of week off because I don't know what's going on on my body. And after seven weeks of this, I feel like I kind of got to figure it out. So I meant to say I meant to put this video out as like a, you know, I'm taking care of myself,
but I also really want to drive home the point that the people that leave negative comments, it's raining right now, but not raining heavily. It's raining just enough that you can, you know, you see like, you know, when you know when rain hits the window sideways, not head on, but sideways, and you go, oh, it's raining. That's how I view your comments. I go, oh, this thing's happening. But I actually view it more positively than that because I go, oh, the rain's hitting the window. That's going to drive my window algorithm and put money in my pocket and pay for that 90-inch TV behind me and do whatever I wanted age 36. So I'm going to take care of my health to the rest of you that leave positive comments and you
guys email me, love you to death. It really means the world to me. I love those emails where you guys tell me about, you know, how this helped you with your dad or helped you reconnect with your brother or helped you, you know, you know, talk about your own depression and that I don't respond to those in the comments are because I just avoid comments because they're all negative. Or when you see negative ones, you get caught in those. You miss, there can be a hundred comments. 99 of them can be glowing. Some of them are just simple, like awesome show and some of them are like, hey, man, I love this. This reminds me of my mom and like those mean the world to me. I don't look at the comments because everyone's from all you have someone that just says something negative. And it used to be that it would stay in my mind and affect me negatively. That doesn't happen anymore. What happens is I start typing out comments.
That I'm not sure will or will not get me banned from YouTube. And so I got to stop that because I like where I'm at right now financially. So, but so that's the guys that leave positive comments. Love you to death. I love the emails. You guys mean the world to me. To the rest of you guys, you are rain drops on the side of my window that are actually dollar bills dropping in my bank account. So keep it up. Your wife doesn't love you. Peace. The sleek busy, the adventurous busy, woodland or the sporty CHR. But don't wait. These special savings won't last. We make it easy.
