It is fake specifically an AI generated image. This exact claim or very similar versions of the photo was fact checks by snopes in early February 2026. Shortly after a large release of Epstein related files by the Department of Justice in late January 26th sparked renewed online circulation of such images. Snopes rated it fake noting clear signs of AI generation including anatomical anomalies.
