For a junk drawer to officially qualify as a junk drawer, what’s the one item that absolutely has to be inside? This week on Ask Roz & Mocha, the gang also debates their favourite jingles from the show, whether tucking in your shirt without a belt is a fashion disaster, which wrist a watch should really be worn on, and faces the ultimate zombie apocalypse question: if your significant other gets infected, do you wait and see if they turn... or take action immediately?

Ask Ross and Mocha. Always a popular, popular podcast episode where we go through all the questions that you've thrown at us on Instagram at Kiss 925, by the way, gives a follow and we'll invite you to join us on the show to kick things off. Here we go. Dorissa, it's your boyfriend's Ross and Mocha. How you doing? Hey, good, how are you? Amazing. We've had you on the show before, right? Because your name looks familiar. Yes, many times. Okay, well, welcome back. Why are you here today? What's going on? Okay, so my question that I have is for a junk drawer to legally qualify as a junk drawer, what is one mandatory item it must include? Oh, easy. For a junk drawer to legally qualify as a junk drawer, it needs to have definitely without question. Take out chopsticks still in the white packaging. Yes. Can I throw a suggestion? Yes, batteries. Yeah, like double A batteries. Like loose batteries that are not in the package. Yeah, I would say elastic bands.

Sure, rubber bands, yeah. Yeah, or a flashlight. Yeah, yeah, sure. Extra, extra phone chargers. No, see, I keep, like for me, my junk drawer is junk, right? Stamps, right? Stamps. That's in the confetti. Are you worried? No, like the junk drawer is where you'll find like that one picture frame hook with that tiny little nail. Oh, sure. Just like loose in the bottom. The junk drawer is when you would buy things and if you're done using the thing, right? But you have like a couple extra leftover, right? Like that goes in the junk drawer. Oh, yeah. Allen key. Yeah, where you're like, I'm not going to throw, I'm not going to throw that away. Like the chopsticks or the one picture hanger, the frame hanger. My junk drawer has chocolate coins from Hanukkah five years ago. Okay. Yes. Like a glue stick. Sure. Right? Old pennies, like old change that this randomly has been there. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Doris, what's in your junk drawer? So I actually had two.

So one was used birthday candles. Yeah. Good one. And the second one was something that stops the drawer from opening or closing properly. Yes. See to me. Okay. So I'm going to tell you my junk drawer. So the junk drawer at home, in itself, doesn't have a hard time opening or closing. Every now and then, this is great for a junk drawer. Every now and then, one of the adapters that you bring with you if you go to Europe. Oh, okay. Sure. Wow. It sticks up and it's got those huge prongs on it. And so sometimes that chance. But for me, it's not the junk drawer that gets jammed underneath the junk drawer. The one drawer down is where all the hats and mitts are. Oh, in your house. Right? So that's the, it's the puffy drawer that winds up sticking because you jam mitts in there. And my kid would open it like two inches and jam it a pair of mitts. And then it gets stuck on the drawer. So there was one point. Maybe it was like three months ago where we have three drawers stacked.

Okay. And the bottom one has papers. So those three drawers were one solid unit for about a month because nobody in the house decided to investigate to find what was happening. So if you grabbed one drawer, all three opened. Oh my God. So you couldn't access anything other than the top drawer. The bottom drawers were just dead to us, completely dead to us. And how long did it take to fix? Or until somebody looked at it, you looked at it. The reason it got fixed was because they got, the drawers got too heavy and then there was no closing them. So you would close them and then all three throughout a day would slowly make the way, make the way all the way open again. Yeah. So that's what I would say is is I love a junk drawer. There you go, Derisa. You're forgetting, you're forgetting when laws and jizz laws and no, I don't keep. No, I don't keep my bathroom. Like a, like a tape measure, treasure. Great. Yeah. One screwdriver or like extra screws that like you just found later on the house. You're like, this belongs to something. I'm going to figure it out one day in a junk drawer close. Oh, and also something that broke that you said you were going to fix.

Oh, yes. Right. Something like something like that. Derisa, always a pleasure having you on the show. Thank you so much for listening and participating today between Rosamokha. Who is your favorite? It's always hands down, hands down, Rob. Congratulations on your anniversary. Oh, thanks, girl. I love you. Love you. Bye. I just picture more. You're having a one loose laws in jinnijeroar. Not even in the package. Free socks. Free socks. Yeah. Cara says here, who out of the five of you would a kidnapper? Oh my God. Would a kidnapper return? I'm going to save Mori because he would annoy the hell out of him. See? So sometimes being annoying wins. So a kidnapper, like you're, so I think though a kidnapper, like let's say it's for ransom, right? Okay. Let's say that there, there's a ransom involved and who's most likely to have people in their lives who would not pay the ransom? Oh, sham.

To not pay. Yeah. Your parents would be like, you're not gonna have no money on you. You don't hear? I must feel. You have to remind me right. Yeah. I'm what you do right. Yeah. Your parents would be like, yo, you know what? You probably did something to yourself. Kid now to make them get when you make them. How you kidnapped him? I'm big team. Big troll. Yeah. You all right. Shem for sure. All right, man. You all the enough. So I think I think Shem would probably get returned to send her. Yeah. Right. Like, yeah, I think I think you'd get returned. Marked fragile. Yeah. Damn it, Mori. I think if he's going to get returned because I think Mori would just, you would pay my ransom. Me hell. No, I wouldn't. You'd feel sorry. No, no, I would not pay your ransom. No, no chance. You got, you got a lot of people in your life before you get to me asking for money. I feel like more you would not get returned. Mori would get recruited. No, like, Mori would, Mori would fall in love with the guy by this kidnap.

Yeah, no, he would fall in love with them. Stockholm. Yeah, he would fall in love with them, right? Do you need me to help you kidnap anybody else? You know, right? I need the guy in the streets for you. Yeah, like what you need me to do? What do you need me to do? Here, hit me with your car. They're going to come over to help me. Edward said, if you tucked your shirt into your pants, but you're not wearing a belt, is that a fashion faux pas? Depends on the kind of pants. Depends on the kind of shirt and the kind of pants. Actually, don't know what that means. Can someone explain this? What's a faux pas? What do you think a faux pas means? Like a fashion, like, no, no. Yeah. Okay. Okay. I would say khakis. You don't need a belt. I think there's belt people and there's not belt people, right? I'm always a belt guy. Yeah. I grew up with belts. Even when I would wear tight jeans, where there could, three guys could come up and try and pants me and they're never coming down. Right? I got to know why I said guys. Those specifics. It's very weird. Like, it's happened before? No. Like multiple times? No, it's three grown men.

One of them heavily tattooed, could try and pants me and those, those jeans are never coming down. And I would still wear a belt. Yeah. I always wear a belt. I'm a belt guy. I feel weird if I don't wear a belt. I don't wear a belt with linen. No, God, no. No. I mean, I have. I, I, I was that the rule you're not supposed to wear a belt. I mean, I don't, I don't. I think it's weird. I don't know if there's a, if there's a rule. But like, I have a linen suit that I wear a belt with. Okay, that's different. Yeah. Yeah, for sure. So what other pants do you not wear a belt like if you're tucking your shirt in? For girls, it's different. Like a lot of girls don't wear belts. No, no. But is the belt like treated as the wear belt? I don't know. I don't know what I mean. If you are wearing a belt, what do you mean? Like, it's there to, yes, they're to access rise. It's not there to amplify everything else. Yes. To go with the whole outfit. Yeah, it's not there for actual. No, no. And most belts that you'll see a woman wearing, it's a, it's a, it's an accessory as opposed to something that goes through the loops that's utilitarian, right? It's an accessory. It like wraps around you kind of throw off to the side, whatever.

But I think now I've been seeing a lot of guys lately tucking in their polo shirts. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Like into khakis and stuff like that. Like I see a lot of guys because I've just never been a tucked in guy. Yeah. Right. Ever is just not my, not anything. With a belt or no belt, sometimes belt, sometimes. No belt, but I've never really thought about whether it looks weird. I always think it looks weird. Like if a guy has a shirt tucked into his jeans with no belt, to me, that looks weird. Oh, that looks weird. I agree. To me, it looks weird. My husband, Tuxen, is t-shirt into his pajamas. Oh. And it was pajamas. Yeah, like his sleep shirt, he tucks it into his pajamas. That is, that is aggression more. That is like that is a, that is a flag to be like, there's no way you were getting in. Yeah. Right. It's only to make like, like difficult. That's protection. To keep you out, man. Yes. Yes. Right. Edward has another question here. Says, is your watch worn on the wrist of your non-dominant hand or are you a weirdo and wear it on the wrist of your dominant hand? Why don't you? Anybody here?

Where's a watch? What I used to, because I wore like, I was so obsessed about wearing a watch that I never took it off. And I wore my watch on my right hand, which is my dominant hand, which is unusual for people. And any time I went to a restaurant, whatever, or any time I did anything, I would always take my watch off and put it in front of me and sort of folded over onto itself. So I had like a little clock on the table. Why would you do that? I always just took it off. Like I, yeah, if I ever did anything, I would always take my watch off and put it beside me to have me and then put my watch. I'm sorry. Can't eat that way, right? Look at all the diamonds on this deck. No, no, I would never, I would never, even if I could afford like some super expensive, ridiculous watch, I would never buy one. To me, watches are like sunglasses, like I would never pay a ton of money for a watch because I used to wear mine. My watches were always loose, right?

I hated, I couldn't have a tight watch. So my watches were always metal bands and loose, right? So I could flick my arm around and the whole thing would rotate, right? My watch and I can't tell you the amount of times I broke a watch by walking up a flight of stairs and grabbing the railing with my hand and the watch face was on the underside of my arm and hit the railing and shattered and cracked, right? I used to burn through watches. That's why you don't wear your Richard Millie to work. My what? Richard Millie. What is that? Come on. You know, I don't know what a Richard Millie is. Is it a fancy watch? Sure is. Is it like Rolex? Better. Better than Rolex. Yes. Better than swatch. Even better than Casio. Are you sure? I, I, I've always been told and it's just habit now that you are supposed to wear your watch on the opposite of your dominant hand. So I'm left handed. So I work my watch on my right hand. I didn't know that was a thing at all. Oh my God. These watches look like they're for duishes. What? The Richard Millie? Yes.

Oh God. Right up your alley then. Only if you Google it's if you Google Richard M I L L E watches and just go on images. These things are horrific. They look like Easter eggs. Oh God. What? What? Over the top. Do she are guys impressed by this when they see somebody wearing one of these fire? Like if you see somebody wearing one of these watches, you're like, oh my God. That's impressive. Like eyes are turned on by these. Oh my God. There's one here that I'm looking at. It's cost three hundred and twelve thousand nine hundred and twenty seven dollars. Like I'm sure the the craftsmanship is incredible in them. But the aesthetic. That's a douche watch. Then why are you clicking by? Or two. Yeah. They look like miniature W. W. E. title belts. Yeah. That's fire. That's wicked. Let's get back to the phone. You want. Yo, Jody, how are you?

It's Rosamoka. I'm good. How are you guys? Amazing. What's going on today, girl? Oh, just working. Oh, live in the dream. Yeah. All right. Well, take some time away from whatever it is you do for a living and hang out on the show. What's going on? You got a question? I do. I do. So I've been listening to the podcast and a live show in the history and the history of Rosamoka. Yes. Absolutely. Yeah. I've done that one about four times now. Oh, nice. Yeah. Perfect. But I love all the jingles, like all the little songs that you have for all the games. I was wondering, like, what each of your favorite would be? Like what, which one you like the best? Oh, like the songs get the songs getting into stuff that we do. Yeah. Like, for example, my favorite, well, it's the date. I really, really love Mouserade. Yeah. I love Mouserade. But then I also love Shem's very hard things. That's a good one. Oh, that's a good one. Yeah. My favorite is Easy Money.

I love that one. Me too. Easy Money is my favorite. Yeah. Easy Money is up there. I do love, you're right. I do love very hard things. That was a fun one to do when we started doing that one. Yeah. But Easy Money is still, I think Easy Money is my favorite. I love the metal versions of Vented Moments. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I think those are funny years ago when, because if you listen to the Docu series, years ago, we used to have a guy named Trevor who used to do all our stuff for us. Oh, I love all of them. And Bedtime with the Damace was a funny one. Uh-huh. But yeah, I would say right now, definitely Easy Money and... It's a great song. And very hard things. Yeah. Yeah, I would say that. Also, we did a game not that long ago, which was Heads Up that Shendid. Yes. I love that one too. Yeah.

But I'm with you. There's a lot of great ones. And matchy matchy when we played that game too. That was a really, really fun song, fun jingle. Kids were singing it. Yeah. Crazy. Does anybody else have a favorite? Mine's always Bedtime with. Bedtime with the Damace. That's a fun one. Yeah. Um, I, yeah, Easy Money is sort of the easy one to, to sort of say for sure, because I really like it. But I also love the, um, Rosé and Mocha. Vitya Mama. Vitya Mama. You're welcome. Yeah. Yeah. It's such a classic. Oh, that was a classic. Chloe, you're almost a year on the Rosé Mocha show. Do you have a favorite? Just you? Easy Money. Yeah. Easy Money. Yeah. All right. It was great talking to Jody. Thank you so much. You're welcome anytime. It's your favorite. Oh, it's got to be rise. All right, girl. Hey, Jody, is there anything we do on the show that doesn't currently have a song that you think could use a song? I don't know. We've got vented moments and I'm just trying to think. I have a suggestion, which is what? Have you? Do you have to fix my life? Yeah.

Have a song? No. No, no, it doesn't. I don't know if we need a song for fix my life, though. You could find that. Yeah. Well, because I think that some FMLs are funny, but some are not fun. Which makes it funny. Or if you have a tingle. Oh, no, that's sensitive. There you go, Jody. You're the best. Thanks for joining us on the podcast today. Anytime. Have a good day. You too. Bye. Bye. What else we got here? Nancy says, after 17 years of doing the show, you've become such a meaningful part of so many listeners' lives. How do you think you've impacted your fans over the years? And on the other side of that, how has 17 years of doing the show impacted your own personal lives? Oh, immensely. I would say there's so many ways the fans have impacted my life. Like it's crazy. I don't, but I don't really think about whether something that we do is impactful.

I always am shocked when we hear from fans and find out that something that we did was impactful. And then it sort of puts things in a perspective a little bit. But I don't think that I come in every day looking to be impactful or looking to do something that is a lasting impression. I think that we just come in that day to make that day a little bit easier and a little bit funnier and a little bit whatever, right? I just like the connection that we have with fans, whether they're on the show or they DM us or anything like that, they text in and you get to know these people, right? And then as soon as they say their name, they're like, oh, yeah, you're so and so, you live here. And then this for a living, I know you have this many kids. How are they? You know, they've just become so much a part of the show, become a part of our lives. I like, I really, really like that. Yeah. And also, you know, when we talk to people who grew up with the show, I think that that's always the biggest one is that when somebody started listening in high school and now they, you know, they have families of their own with three kids and everything else. And now they listen with their kids on the way to like, they care and they like grades

of school. That's always that that's always the best. Does anybody else have any? Yeah, I was going to say that for me, you know, this, there's something about this job that feels fulfilling and doesn't feel like empty. You know what I mean? And a lot of that is because of the messages that we get from fans when you see them in person, via social media, it feels like what we're doing is, it feels good. I don't know. It just feels wholesome. It feels it doesn't feel empty. Like we just punch in, punch out. It feels like we're like we're making an impact. So that for me is pretty meaningful. Yeah. And, you know, what I would say, it's always, it's always surprising to me like you guys mentioned when people will come up to you and they'll recognize you and you hear how much they've that this show has had an impact on their lives, especially during COVID. Like I find that a lot of people have come up to me and have said, you know, you guys literally helped me through COVID because you were this sort of constant and you were normal and really appreciate that. So I, those messages are always, I find very touching.

Yeah. COVID days were wild because we like, we still came in and did the show every single day. And we still did the same show, kept it fun. In the games, talk to people, we didn't like, you know, come in every day and talk about COVID numbers and like talk about everything that's going on. Like COVID heavy. We would mention some stories like if they were like big stories that people needed to know about. But other than that, we just kept the show the show. Also because, and that was a weird time because you know, I was saying last week that I, I rarely see Chloe and that I was shocked at how tall she was, right? Like the other day when she came in, I was like, wow, the girls really tall. Even though we do the show together because they sit in a different studio and oftentimes I'll just leave or there's meetings or whatever, whatever happens. But during that whole COVID run, Shem and Mori were in a studio together. Yeah. And how long would we go without seeing one another? Like physically seeing one another. Weeks. Weeks. Wow. Yeah. Like weeks. And allowed, right?

So like we would all come in different doors and at different times. And so it was in this room. It was me and Moka and in the other room. It was Mori and Shem. Yep. And we would go weeks without seeing each other. Yeah. McDonald's is putting value back on the menu. Whether you're craving a big Mac, McNuggets or sausage egg and cheese, McGrittle's, make it a meal and save. Your favorite is now your wallet's favorite too. Extra value meals are back. Get a big something extra with a big Mac or 10 piece McNuggets, fries and a medium coke all for just $9. Limited time only, promotion pricing may be lower than meal pricing. Ba da ba ba. Jody who is just on the phone with us also submitted a question for Ask Rasmoka. Someone you really wanted to see live and miss the chance but your partner would never go and see I miss a chance to see Celine Dion. My partner said he wouldn't cross the road to see her.

I said that wasn't nice. But then I wouldn't cross the road to see rush. Any bands you love but your partner hates? I mean, probably, but it would never prevent me from going to see somebody if I wanted to see her. Yeah. Yeah. You would just go on your own. Yeah. I did the funny that they mentioned rush. I did take Matthew to see rush and halfway into the first song. He's like, I can't. I'm out of here. Yeah. I was like, this guy, he's like, I getty Lee sounds like crap. Yeah. Yeah. Getty Lee from R. It's an acquired taste, right? The vocals. I agree with you on that. But no, I like, what kind of, what do you kind of, you can bleep this, right? Yeah. Kind of b**** you think I am. Yeah. Like Catherine says she doesn't want to go see something so I can't go. Yeah. That doesn't make sense. Yeah. Chloe, you have an answer for this? I mean, there's one that I can think of that lacks likes that I hate, which is funny, because I'm actually going to the concert tonight. Oh, who's that? Zach Bryan.

Okay. He's like a country artist. And you don't like him. You don't like him, though. Did you ask him if he wanted to go? So it was funny because I got tickets for him for his birthday. Yeah. And then he got tickets for himself. Oh, shoot. So I just sell my tickets, but then I ended up going with him anyways, because you couldn't find anyone else. And I'm just going to sit at this concert and like, hate my life for two hours. My brother Kyle's going, you can hang out with Kyle. Oh, I will. Wow. Wow. So you won't even like you won't even just try and like try and have fun. No. No. No. You've already like resigned to the fact that you are going to have a miserable time. Yeah. Yes. Okay. And you're going to fully let your boyfriend know every step of the way. Yes. Okay. But also you bought him tickets. Yes. Okay. Okay. And your plan was to not go with one of the tickets that you bought him. I didn't want to give them to maybe like go with a friend. Have fun. And then he tried to get a friend and couldn't find a friend. Yeah. What happened? They were all just busy. They didn't want to go. No one likes that Brian. Oh, sorry. What is he saying? What does he say?

They want songs? Oh, night. Revival. And it's like, it's like no a con-ish kind of music like Foki Country. But it sounds like you're the one. What else does he sing? What else does he sing? Like, oh, yeah. I still like song. I can't think about it. It's fun. You're going to have the best time ever, Foki. Let's get back to the phones. Yo, Sean, what's up, man? It's Rosamoka. Oh, good. How are you, buddy? I'm pretty good. How you guys doing? Amazing, man. Welcome to the podcast. What is your question, sir? So my question is a moral one. So it's going to be a toughy. If you're significant, other gets infected during a zombie apocalypse. Would you wait to see if they actually turn risking your own life or kill them in immediately before they can turn? Kill them immediately. Oh, damn. That was really quick. Oh, wow. Morgan doesn't even have to see if they can infect it. Zombie's bang. Matt, Matt, Matthew, we get a mosquito bite. I heard they carry it. I heard they carry it.

They. No, I'm going to wait to see if they zombify. Are they guaranteed to zombify though? No, they're not guaranteed, right? Of course they are. If they get infected. Yeah. They can actually turn. Hold on. So Sean, they are, are they guaranteed to turn? No, if they get bitten, you don't know. They don't know. Did it puncture the flesh? Right? So it's, it's the waiting game. Right. Oh, I'm waiting. Yeah. Matthew got it from sitting on a toilet seat. That's why I murdered Morgan. I didn't even check for bite marks. Okay. So the question is, but I also think in a zombie apocalypse, I think that you would set those ground rules with your significant other. Yeah. Like I would make sure Catherine understood that she would never have to be in that position where I would say to her, if I get bit, you, you kill me immediately. Yeah. Right? So that way she doesn't have to make that decision. Sure. And I think that she would maybe say the same. I don't want to speak for her, but like my heart of hearts, I would kill her immediately.

Rather than her turn because the last, if you wait, right? Like if it's a zombie apocalypse and you wait, you know, I either have to. I have to live with the fact that I, I didn't, I, I have to live with the fact that I, I killed her after she got bit, right? Or in my last dying moments, I regret not killing her. Like either way, it's a terrible end. Yeah. But listen, once you're a zombie though, but I don't want to be a zombie. You're just roaming around. You have no thoughts. I don't want to be like nothing anyway, right? In those moments when she's biting me after she turns, I'm going to be like, God, I should have killed her yesterday. But then like a few minutes later, you're going to be a zombie. So it doesn't even matter. I don't want to be a zombie. Do you want your body to just be like, no, I don't want to be a zombie. The goal is to not be a zombie. I guess. Well, I'm waiting. I'm waiting to see if you're waiting. Yeah. Yeah. You like chain her up somewhere? No. I'll just wait. And if I didn't even chain her up, no, and if I get bit, I get bit. And then we live the rest of our lives as zombies.

I'm not taking the chance. No chance at all. Mori's so much not taking the chances. He's going to go home today and we're going to ask you. We talked about zombies. I must kill you. Yes. Yes. What are you doing? What likes? Mori's going to be doing cold and cold and flu season. Exactly. He's not taking any chances. What are you going? I would have to ask him. Like, if this happens to you, do you want me to kill you immediately? So you never have to be a zombie? I'm saying. Or do you want me to wait? Well, I will be chaining you up. I will be putting you in a cage of some sorts that you don't kill me. Thank you. Hey, if Lex became a vampire, right? Yeah. And he was like, yo, Chloe, I want to turn you so you can live with me forever. Would you? Oh, forever. For ever. For ever. I think you get to wear a black eyeliner. This is like thousands of years. But also, but also vampire rules apply, right? Like, no going out during the day. All that other stuff. No, I would say no. You would say no. I can't live forever. If he got turned into a vampire, would you stay come through the heart?

Would you kill him? No. You wouldn't kill me, right? I know he would be. He would want to kill me. I don't know. I don't know. I was like your blood. Yeah. Yeah. So he would want to kill me. So I would just stay far away from him. So yeah. Okay. Well, then that means he's going like finding blood from some next thing. Yeah. That's true. Like he's like, you come back to the condo and he'd have a lot of things there. Okay. No. I changed my mind. I'm doing a vampire. You're going to allow him to turn you where you're going to kill him. No, he's going to turn me into vampires. I don't want him sucking a next thing. Wow. Wow. Unbelievable. You would you would you would resign to a life of vampire for thousands of years before you watched your vampire boyfriend. Suck another woman's neck. Suck on another woman's neck.
