In this episode of 15 Minutes Cafe, Angel and I discuss the cultural nuances of year-end celebrations, comparing practices in Taiwan with those in Western countries. We explore the Taiwanese "wei-ya" parties, characterized by elaborate gatherings and interactive entertainment, contrasting them with more subdued Western celebrations.

What is your company's year-end party like? Share your stories with us and we will give you a shout out!
