064: The Constitution of No Authority - Spooner with Ace_Archist

Joining the gang this episode is Ace_Archist of liberty Twitter fame to help make theory interesting with The Constitution, Lysander Spooner and his work: No Treason: The Constitution of No Authority (1867). An essay from an American Anarchist in the 1860’s that challenges the US Constitution’s very legal value, if it has any at all while dismantling the alleged power it holds with the knowledge of a legal theorist and practicing lawyer of the day. Ace helps us talk through his work as well as answer some listener questions on the Constitution and individual rights in the absence of the state and the not so Wild West.
