Psalm 48: The Beauty and Glory of Zion. Starts, "Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised." This psalm is a celebration of the security of Zion, which is a synechdoche of Jerusalem. You thought you were coming here for the Bible, but in reality you get the grammar. Have a Coke and simmer down.

Psalm 49: The Folly of Trusting in Riches. Starts, "Hear this, all ye people." This psalm teaches that the purpose of one's life on earth is to enhance spiritual development and stay poor and pay no attention to the man behind the curtain because that man is rich and he wants you to stay poor Real Bad.

Psalm 50: God Is the Judge. Starts, "The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken." God hollers at his followers that he doesn't need all those goat testicles so they can stop sacrificing them if they aren't gonna live that life. It Don't Mean a Thing, If It Ain't Got That Swing.

Also sidenote: Wife confused Korah with some other poor sap that got smote. Achan was stoned to death for stealing the spoils of the fall of Jericho. And now you know. Again. Sorry.
