The Book of Proverbs is a collection of collections, the first of which (Proverbs 1 - 9) are referred to as the Didactic Discourses. Its theological foundation is that "the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom." Big Sky-Daddy demands your supplication, while Cloud-Mommy recommends brains.

Proverb 1: Prologue: Purpose and Theme / Exhortations to Embrace Wisdom (Warning Against Enticement / Warning Against Rejecting Wisdom). The Value of Proverbs / Wisdom's Warning. Wisdom is personified as a woman, which is super shocking but equally satisfying.

Proverb 2: Exhortations to Embrace Wisdom (Moral Benefits of Wisdom). The Reward of Seeking Wisdom. "Adulterous woman" could mean foreigner, but no, it means exactly what you think it means. Because men are not responsible for their actions when a temptress is afoot.

Proverb 3: Exhortations to Embrace Wisdom (Further Benefits of Wisdom). Exhortations to Obedience. But the shocking part is what we learn about In-N-Out Burger!
