ArmaniTalks Podcast — p1- Thoughts on Candles as a Man podcast. Machine-transcribed; use the interactive transcript above to jump the player to any line.
Thoughts on candles as a man. I should think candles were a waste of money. I was wrong. Men love useful gifts. If a guy breaks his TV remote and you buy him a new one, he's happy. If you give him a good book, he'll read it. Most people think candles are just for women, but they're actually one of the most useful things you can own as a man. It's a clone for the house. A while ago, someone deep cleaned up my house. The cleaner used chemicals that left a nasty bleach smell everywhere. At the second I walked through the door, the odor gave me a headache. Luckily, I had a few candles sitting around. I lit all of them. Within an hour, the bad smell was gone. The candles cleared the air and the whole house smelled fresh again. Nowadays, I treat candles like cologne for my home. A good cologne makes you smell sharp and a good candle does the same thing for your living space. If your room ever smells stuffy, light a candle once a week for a couple of hours. When your room smells clean, your mind feels clear. Our money talks.
