It's going to be taking place over the next four or five days. And I'm here hanging out with Gina and we're see what kind of trouble we can get into. But we still got a video to put out. So got a lot of interesting comments to go over from Eric Burleson. You're going to want to hear this stuff. But first, we're going to start with a clip from a shock ballet on the big a low podcast actually. And this is fascinating. Jacques, you recently said something to that effect on stage at a public event where you said that there are experiments, a communication underway in labs and an unclassified setting. Can you elaborate on that at all? And have they have they worked? Well, I mentioned that in the book. I don't think I should go beyond what's in the book because the people involved

1:08had a project to disclose and to publish what they know. I've seen what they have. You know, it's much more detailed about the interaction that they were able to achieve. And the man I spoke to that I call Gilbert was in the presence of that entity in a very structured laboratory style environment. He was brought in because he had certain psychic abilities himself. That they wanted to add to add this earlier to the communication because they had trouble with the communication. Now I wasn't there. I cannot vouch for that. You know, I cannot, you know, stand before Congress or, you know, skip, you know, and talk about that because that's not my information. But I thought that was relevant, you know, to the whole discussion.

Now let's talk about these comments from Jacques Valet, which are super interesting. So first off, he mentions a guy named Gilbert, right? That's the guy he's talked to. That's the guy in the story. Many people are trying to figure out who that is as some people think they have. So put down in the comments. If you know anything about this, but essentially, you know, it's a story from his book, but somebody, a group of people have, right, captured evidence of communicating with NHI. And apparently according to Jacques here, they're going to publish that, you know, disclosure, they have a disclosure plan. So that's what he doesn't want to talk about because they're going to be coming out with their own story. So we'll have to wait and see. And apparently the guy that he's been talking to just so happens, he also has telepathic abilities. By chance. So I don't know.

3:14Super interesting. I love Jacques. I love hearing his stories. I love hearing what he's involved with. And if he thinks it's something interesting, I'm sure it'll be interesting. Will it be the smoking gun? I don't know. I'll have to wait and see. But apparently they're going to be releasing their stuff. So, you know, when is that going to be? Who knows? 5:18that did multiple operations actually picking up craft. I think that we'd all be, I don't think you're giving away the farm to say that, yes, that clearly exists. The question is the ladder part of what Jake said, which is two times he and his team, they picked up something that was, you know, otherworldly, I can't, I haven't yet to confirm that that's real. All right. So Eric Burleson went on Stephen Deeners podcast, UAP podcast, great show. I've been on it several times. Stephen is such a great guy. Such a great interviewer. And he did such a great job with this interview. Eric Burleson, he really got Eric Burleson to open up and reveal a lot of, you know, information to keep us in form. Such as the clip I just played to you. There's so many great nuggets in this. So I highly recommend going to listen to this entire interview. It's only an hour long, but I highly recommend listening to it.

6:20So link down below. But what do you think about these comments about Jake Barbara? So again, no proof. No proof of these big claims. Now Eric does go on to, you know, be quite complimentary of Jake Barbara after these comments. Right. They talk more about Jake Barbara. He's quite complimentary of them. But still at the end of the day, what you and I are here for, or at least what I'm here for. I don't know what you're here for. The free donuts and the coffee. I don't know catering. You're here to get what information. Right. I'm here to get the alien stuff. So they can't prove me that. Jake may be a nice guy, but there's no proof. Right. Even Eric Burlison has seen no proof of Jake Barbara's claims. What makes you think we're going to see it? Right. So anyway, let me know. Just think down the comments. Let's move on. You getting new reports, Eric. Are you having people coming to you still saying, hey, this is happening. That's happening. I mean, I know you guys just came back from recess, but I mean, as far as any, any briefings and things like that.

7:22Are you coming across new things that are making you scratch your head? Um, I think so since Trump has come out with the memo or the statement that the, that he'll wave, the NDAs and people can have a formal process of coming forward. Um, we got a little bit of pushback from some, some whistleblows who said, you know, I don't know if that's enough protection. So what we did in our office is create a mechanism for people to come forward, a formal mechanism. And I'll, I'll get that link to you so you can share it if you, if you'd like. Yeah. Um, it's, it's you just go to my off my formal website, my representative website, and you'll see that you can click the link there. All right. So these are some interesting comments from Eric Brothersson as well. So, uh, basically Stephen asking Eric, hey, man, anything new coming out that you, you know, got you scratching your head or you're, you know, and you knew people you're talking to. And Eric Brothersson basically pivots to the, uh, waving of the NDAs that Trump has, um,

8:22you know, I don't know, authorized as the right word. And, you know, that's where they're at. They're waiting for people to come in and it doesn't sound like he's got a bunch of people to come in. Right. Um, like nobody. And then he's mentioning that there's a site you can go to and, um, you know, on his website and sign up or whatever. So feel free to, to, to, to do that. I tried to find it. I couldn't find anything on his official website. So I don't know. But, um, what's interesting is he said some of the whistleblowers were pushing back on this. Right. Slightly. That's what he said. Right. Kind of like he made a scene like, yeah, they're kind of, there's some of them are pushing back a little, you know, that, now they're pushing back a lot. Dylan Borland, Matthew Brown. I think Jeff Newsletele, I don't want to put him in if he isn't. But there's a lot of people pushing back on this whistleblower wise. Just why nobody's coming in, I guess. I don't know. I don't know what they expect from this. So anyway, I thought that was interesting.

9:23And why he's sort of downplaying it. Right. Like, I guess they don't see it as a big deal. Eric Burleson doesn't see it as a big deal. Or he just doesn't want to vocalize that publicly. Right. He's probably frustrated like, hey, I set this up. But now you guys are complaining about it. Like, what am I supposed to do here? So anyway, let me know what you think about that. Let's move on. So I'm glad you mentioned David Grush actually, because that is an aim of one to bring up here. He had a pretty revealing interview. And I brought this up with Jordan Flowers from the Disgolager Foundation, not too long ago here on the show. And I want to bring it up to you as well, because David Grush, I thought it was, I thought actually not even probably, it was the most revealing interview he's done so far with Dr. Phil. And he spoke very candidly about like, okay, we've recovered, you know, at least, I forget the number. I think he said at least 10 different craft. He said we've spoken to, or we've communicated with extra terrestrials. Yeah. I'm sure you've seen those clips and everything. So you see some of that. You hear some of that. What is your reaction when you hear him talking about those things? It being so specific about the number of craft,

10:23the number of bodies, then how we've communicated with extra terrestrials. Look, I mean, I think that we've got to get, I've got to get my hands on that, on the same thing that David has seen and experienced. That requires White House approval, right? So a lot of what we're doing. And this was what he said this, he's speaking Dr. Phil. There's a level of personal connection with Donald Trump that Dr. Phil has that I don't even have, right? So it appears that Dr. Phil has got an inside connection to the president. And that's fantastic. I want, I want there to be reporters and people that are interested in this topic to get the attention of the president. But at the end of the day, you've got to get the president's approval to be able to go in and see those files, read the documents, see the craft for yourself. That's going to take. And when David said, I can take you there.

11:25I think that what the caveat of that statement was had to be preface by assuming the president gives you that level of access and assuming the president has set this up. So these are interesting comments from Eric Brothers about David Grush. So in Steven, does a great job of asking this question, like, yeah, what do you think about David Grush going on Dr. Phil and talking about all of these things, all of a sudden, right? The types of craft and these bodies. And then, you know, David Grush coming out of nowhere with this, like, what do you think of it? And Berlison has seen nothing of it, right? He's not even authorized to see it. So it's very funny. And I just, I just, again, Berlison has seen no proof for evidence of all these big claims from all the biggest people. So if he hasn't even seen it, what do you think about us? Right? And it's kind of funny that he's like, oh, Dr. Phil is a special relationship with Trump that I don't even have, right? Like, you know, what does that mean? You know, they have a friendship, I guess, that goes beyond the presidency. But does that mean Dr. Phil is going to get more inside info

12:27and when Grush was like, I'll take you, Dr. Phil, to see these craft and stuff. Like, I think a lot of people knew that didn't literally mean he could take them. But anyway, it's nice that Berlison sort of clarifies all that, right? Like how that would work out? Trump would have to approve all of that to send Dr. Phil to see the UFOs. That is just, you know, our luck. We must live in a simulation. If how disclosure happens is Dr. Phil gets sent by Donald Trump to see the UFOs, right? Like, there's a gamer group. Anyway, whatever if it happens, it happens. But anyway, thought that was interesting. Let me know what you think in the comments. You know, I look back at the past year. And I look at the date here. And I see I realized that it's been just about a year since the last hearing. And I want to, I look back on that sitting there, watching that happen in the moment, Dylan Borland is in front of me. And Jeff Nusotelli is in front of me. And George Napp and the others that were sitting there that day.

13:27How do you look back on that now? Just about a year ago on that hearing. And kind of perspective now. What do you take away? And that was of course, where you play the famous now Hellfire Missile video that, you know, purportedly shows it bouncing off a craft as the craft continues to go. So looking back on that now about a year removed, what are your reflections on that? And how do you connect it to where we are now about a year later? You know, I think that moved the needle and really kind of solidified that, that we, that there are plenty of intelligent, credible people who have nothing to gain and everything to lose that are willing to speak out about this. And tell their story and tell their narrative. And from that, to me, it became clear, we don't need to continue to having these. I think we definitively have heard from enough credible people.

14:27Then from there, I think it pivoted. The investigation has pivoted to getting the receipts. So we, you know, I believe Chief Wiggins, when he says that he's what he saw. Absolutely. From there, I now think that we need to get the craft. We need to actually get our hands on it. We need to get better capture, better footage, better photos. We need to get better evidence. If that makes sense, does that make sense? I think that there's, you know, the totality of the people that are talking about this, especially considering their level of credibility is, I think, has reached his reach to tipping point. All right, so there's a lot in that clip, but I just want to focus on one particular part, which is, you know, they're kind of done doing hearings because you just have people coming in and saying things they saw or heard or, you know, they saw it at distance or they heard something or this.

15:28They don't really have any information, right? What he wants is the receipts. Real evidence for this. I have to admit, I fully support what he's saying here. You know, I know we all want hearings, but yeah, what is the point? It just becomes a dog and pony show. So I like that he's going after this, you know, this strategy, right? He's taking the strategy. We need the receipts. We need the evidence of this stuff. That's what we need to get. All right, and this conversation continues. This is a great part of the podcast. This conversation about the hearings and whistleblowers and what type of evidence we need. So let's continue. It's interesting because, and I totally get what you're saying about, okay, we've heard what we needed to hear. Now let's go get this stuff. And I mean, I think a lot of people would be happy to hear, you know, they basically call to action, right? And from there, they're like, and then I got some people that are freaking out, that they'll text me or call me or write me that, you know,

16:29we can't take one of these down. We'll start an intergalactic war or whatever. I think that, at the end of the day, we need more data. We cannot have craft violating military airspace with impunity. And continue to do that. So we need to do, we need to at least capture or whether it's through photos or video footage. I mean, shoot LiDAR. I don't care what kind of imaging that we have, get as much data on what these things are as possible. Yeah. And if we go by, you know, just talking about earlier with David Grush, what he said about we have multiple crafts already recovered, then we basically just need to go see him. Like, yes. We talk about any future hearings, you know, just kind of in that, I know we were kind of just said, you know, we've got to line it from it. Let me answer that question. Yeah. It's going to be very, very difficult if not nearly impossible to have a hearing in this

17:32Congress. We just, I literally just walked out of my, my chief of staff's office. And we were, he got a text message that we are having our third. So we were supposed to be in Congress in session three weeks in September, leading up to the October recess before the election. And they just canceled the third week of September. Oh wow. So at the end of the day, we're running, we're running into the midterm elections. Congress, you know, this Congress is very, very hesitant to do anything, leading into an election. So we have no literally no time. There's no, no days on the calendar to do a hearing. That all of those opportunities have evaporated. So it's probably, it would have to be in a lame duck period between November and December or mid November and January.

18:33And so yeah, I mean, there's some names that I'm, we are exploring. So we'll get to the names that he's exploring here in just a second. But let's just talk about that. So again, just, even if they wanted to have hearings, if they wanted to have hearings, it sounds like we couldn't have them anyway. All right, there you go. It's election season, you know, it's just no room on the calendar. Right? We got all gas lit up. Right. We're told it's task four, all the stop. These hearings are going to, we're going to be subpoenaing people. We're going to be doing the, they didn't do anything. I think they had one, maybe two hearings. Right? Like, but I get why they don't want the hearings either, even if we could have them. What's the point? Right. But it's kind of sad that if we could get a hearing together for some, where we do get legacy people, we can't even do it anyway. So that's kind of the problem. So yes, you're looking for receipts and you're looking for people. But we can't even have it anyway. Right? Politics at play getting in the way. And that, like, that's on burlisons fault.

19:35Right? That's just the way it is. But again, let's get back to who some of these people are, those are looking into. But again, even if they find them and get them, they want to testify. How are we going to do it? There's some names that I'm, we are exploring. And I don't want to say those names. But what we're trying to do is either get people in that have, that have direct knowledge of the legacy program. We're in the legacy program or had direct contact with UFOs. And I don't mean that they saw it. I mean that they were in it. That's who I want to talk. That's who I want to come in the, in this, the next hearing if we're going to have a hearing. People that can bring the receipts with them. If that makes sense. I don't, I just, I think, as I said before, I don't think it's fruitful to have a hearing of people that said that, that more people to say, I saw this from a distance.

20:37That kind of thing. I think that we really need to hear from the people that were part of the legacy program. Given that Trump has offered to, for these people that have their India's waived, I think that there's some opportunities there. We may have to have some hostile subpoenas to get, to, to compel people to come forward. But we'll, but we'll, we'll kind of cross that bridge when we get there. Yeah, there's a lot there actually. So mainly the other thing, yeah, go to the other thing before I finish. Is that I'm kind of interested in doing is bringing people forward that have conflicting statements. So right. So you've got people that have said this agency knows has craft and knows everything about it. And then other people who say, no, we, I was in that agency. We don't know anything about it. So I kind of want to bring, bring people that are, that have, differing that are at the epicenter of this forward and see who's telling the truth.

21:37So that's, that is another intriguing option as well. Does that make sense? Yeah, literally putting them on the stand. Because you two people that are basically pointing the finger at each other saying, that guy's lying. Let's bring them both forward and see who's telling the truth. All right. So a few things here to cover. One is, um, you can't name the people that they're looking into. But these must be new people that we don't know. So that's interesting. All right. Who are some of these people? I don't know. Second is, um, it's ready to get to whistle blows. People who've touched the craft. People who have, you know, worked on these things, touched the bodies. I agree. Not only do I agree, um, this is the direct, the only direction to go. I don't think there's another option. All right. We need the receipts now. Now, we can we get a hearing or whatever, you know what? We'll deal with that later. Let's put that on the back burner. Let's just focus on getting to these people that are in these legacy programs. Because again, how, don't you see? These people are getting tired of it. I've been saying on vetted for a long time.

22:38And a lot of people have as well. Eventually, you're going to tire these people out. If no evidence or proof is provided or no one comes forward from the legacy program. All right. That's why they don't even want to have hearings anymore. Wow. I was kind of people come up and say like, we need to the evidence. We need the real stuff. And I like what Berluson said there at last point, okay? The third point of bringing two people up to like, well, no one's like, you know, you're lying. No, it's this way. No, love it. Let's do it. Let's go. Let's put some of these people to the test. Let's find out who's lying and who's telling the truth. And let's get to this once and for all. Is there this legacy program? Is David Grush going to be validated? One day or all the other people that have come forward going to be validated? One day or was this all a dog and pony show? Was it a sign up? Was it misinterpretation? Was it hazing? Was it, you know, who knows? Covering up our own advanced tech? Just counter intel, you know, just protecting national security, right? Or are there aliens? I think there's only one way to go. And I think Eric Berluson's on the right track with going that way.
