9:40It was real cool. We didn't hang out too tight all the time because I dropped everything. He always speaks to me. He always speaks to me all the time. What's up? You know, seeing me in my 68 cutlets of green, going up and down, you know, elsewhere. In my two hours, you can call it. Yeah, yeah. So I mean, look, these two guys haven't seen each other. The crime Mario Wins is losing it. I mean, I got it. I have to admit, this hit me. This was a very human moment. Put UFOs, aliens aside. This was a very human moment. I'm glad Jesse did this. This is probably my favorite American alchemy episode ever, to be honest with you. Suspending disbelief, right? Whether you believe the guy or not, it was just a very entertaining episode. I just super enjoyed it for many reasons. And this reunion was heartfelt. I have to admit, I mean, this is a real thing happening. Now whether or not you believe they got abducted and saw a crab that whatever, but these

10:41two guys haven't seen each other in that long. So that was a heartwarming to be honest with you. Now, let's get into the things you probably want to see, this regression therapy. And again, it's quite interesting the way they revealed this on camera. I just was not expecting this. And I find it just fascinating just to, you know, forget who's doing it. Forget what story they're going to tell. Just the process in which this happens. Take a look at the beginning process of how they get someone into a hypnotic state. The Michael, I want you at this time to visualize, imagine or picture yourself at the top of a beautiful, unique staircase with two very sturdy handrails and each sign. So as you're standing there, you feel very safe and very secure.

11:43Knowing now that this is the right time to remember and a very safe time to remember. When you start down and five, four, three, two, one, and zero. As you allow yourself to gently drift down into a deep, deep sleep. And allow yourself now to gently drift back in time, back to the winter of 1977. Describe where you are on the base. I was with my partner, my set partner.

12:56A strange object. Real bright came out of the sky. That's just crazy. So fascinating to me, right? And this guy agreed to sit down and do this, right? Mario Woods did it as well. But really they start with Michael Johnson, right? Nobody's heard his story before. And it gets intense. It is hurting so bad. Where do you feel the needles? My ear, my head. I felt the needles in my head. I felt my head is squeezed. Now where do you feel the needles? What part of your head? My ear. OK. Buy your ear. Buy my ears. Each side. Both sides. Both sides. OK. Yeah, I mean, seeing that is like frightening, right? You're thinking, is this guy really going through this? Is this really, is he really reliving an experience? You know, that's going to be for you to judge. I'm not here to talk about that.

13:56I just find the footage fascinating and quite terrifying a little bit. You know, hypnosis doesn't work on everybody. So it did work on this guy. And he's just right in it, right? He's just right in this thing. We live in this experience. Now, again, like I said, he wasn't the only one. Mario Woods also went under hypnosis. I didn't even know if I turned my head. I know I just kind of like put inside of my vision. And I see these four shapes. They're not walking. They're just gliding. OK. No one's in one toe. I remember calling Michael's name, but he didn't say anything to me. At that point, at that point, seeing him scared the shit out of me. Yeah. He scared me so bad. Yeah. So this was kind of fascinating to see them both doing it clearly. They weren't doing it at the same time.

14:59And you know, it's just this fascinating thing to see happening, to be honest with you. How legitimate is it? How valid is regression therapy? We'll get into all of that at the end of the video. But let's just stay in the pocket here. Let's look at some more footage of Michael experiencing, you know, or reliving his experience, right? Let's say allegedly, right? Again, it gets very intense. And there's a lot more that I'm not showing you. So please go check this out on your row. But here's a little bit of a longer clip of Michael, you know, reliving his experience. And again, trigger warning. This is very, very intense. Are you, are you here? Getting in touch with your body. Do you sense anything touching any part of your body? Do you feel pressure anywhere in your body? My chest was heavy.

16:00Okay. My chest was heavy. Okay. Do you sense any movement around you, any sound around you? Yes, my hands were on me. Something felt like hands on me. Okay, where are those hands? All my chest. Okay. My thighs. And what are those hands doing? What does it feel like? What are those hands doing? I do cutting in me. Cutting into me. In what part of your body? My thighs. My thighs. My ankles. My ankles. Both legs. Both legs. Okay. Just take a look down there towards your legs. You're doing just fine without feeling the pain or discomfort. Just try to describe what is causing that. I don't know. I know. You're sticking me. You're sticking things in me. Okay.

17:01You're sticking things in me. I felt something going inside of me. Who is causing the discomfort on your legs? These funny, at creatures. Who have it? How it was. It was a human. Okay. Do not fear. We mean you know harm. Are those the same ones you saw out of your windshield? Spinning around. That funny, he-it-shape mother. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. How many do you see down towards your legs? About three. About three. About three. Okay. Good. Yeah. It was freaking. It was feeling only. Okay. What's happening with your head? I'm going to touch your shoulder. I'm going to touch your shoulder. Oh, it's a chocolate. Touch your shoulder.

18:01This is me. Touching your shoulder. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. Remember, you came out of it. What's happening? Tell me what's happening. Tell me what's happening. It grabbed me. That's it. We're gone. Okay. Okay. Okay. Let it all come out. Just continue describing it. I was punching the floor. Okay. I was punched. Then I stopped. Okay. Stop my head. Stop hurting. Okay. Okay. My eyes were still hurting. I couldn't open my eyes. I closed my open them. Close them. Open them. I'm going to see what the hell was going on. What's causing your eyes to be irritated? Lights. The lights. The lights would flow bright. Okay. It was like an operating table. Like an operating table, you know?

19:03Okay. Yeah. Okay. Michael, you're doing just fine. Keep going. Stay off me, man. Stay off me. Are they still touching your body? Yeah. With heart. With chest, with chest. Okay. Tell me what they're doing on your chest. Push down. Push down with chest. Push down with chest. Okay. They stopped. It puts something in my mouth. What does it feel like? Rubber. Okay. I mean, that is just intense. So again, trigger warning. Let me know in the comments what you think about all this. Again, I've never seen this in an interview and a podcast interview with somebody about UFOs aliens. I've never seen them do this like this. And of course, I have a lot of questions, right? On its surface, it's a very intense thing, right? And he's saying a lot of things and reliving a lot of things. He gets far more emotional and active and physical. It's far more visceral with Michael than it is with Mario, which is interesting.

20:07But again, watch the episode. They go through all of the whole story. Everything. It's highly recommend checking it out. So link down below. But let's jump into some of the things that I thought, you know, were some red flags to me. Okay. We'll get to the therapy. But there were other things about Michael that were interesting to me. For instance, this. Did they ever say anything about sodium pentathol? Yeah, they did. I'm gonna admit you're not. Yeah. Cousodium pentathol is a truth serum. So Jesse, just asking about this, right? The sodium, whatever. And Michael's like, yeah, yeah. I heard them talking about that, right? It's a great example of Michael was like that a lot in the video. Just very kind of just kind of went along with everything. If they would say something, yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, and I don't know. I think that's gonna hurt his credibility. I bet people are gonna be looking at that. You know what I mean? I don't really even know if he knew what that is. He's just saying, yeah. And then Jesse's like, it's actually it's true.

21:08It's a true serum. Like, you know what I mean? So I don't know. But he sticks with that. You know, in the story. So I don't know, right? Again, it just seemed like he was there to please to some extent potentially. There was also this moment. You should know, but do you know who Robert Hastings is, Michael? I heard of him. So he's like, yeah, I know Robert Hastings. And then this happens. Yeah, you guys are in the book. You're in the book. I mean, the book. Oh, you know, your name's in here. Here's the book. That's it right time. Yeah, check it out. So he's in one of Robert Hastings books. And he doesn't even know it. I don't think you really knew who Robert Hastings was. Again, there's a lot of moments like this in the interview. And that's a little problematic. Now, let's get to the therapy. Michael seemed like a really genuine guy. Honestly, it was really heartwarming to see the reunion. All of that. Like, I'm being sincere. I'm just talking about the other side. If I had to pick some things that were red flags, these are some of the things. So when it comes to hypnosis and specifically this type of therapy,

22:10I looked up and there's, there is different types. So, you know, one of the ones that they did is this type of therapy right here. Age regression therapy. In this type of regression therapy, therapists induce amnesia in the patient and then ask them to return to past years. According to the American Psychological Association, this is controversial in the psychiatric community due to the potential for false memories. So look, I'm not saying this is an effective or whatever, but you know, it's kind of widely known that there's issues with this type of therapy that they did with Michael Amario. And a lot of people get it done in the UFO community, right? That's where a big parts of their stories come from are from these hypnotic regression therapy sessions. So we just got to see it perform live, well, not live, but you know what I mean? Witness it, right, with cameras and lights and everything. So I don't know, right? So are there some issues with that type of therapy?

23:11I don't know, I'm not an expert. So, you know, let me know what you think in the comments. Another thing is I don't know the timeline of events. Did they do the regression therapy immediately after meeting Michael? Or did they had they talked first in Michael Herd-Mario's story? Right? So then you don't know. It's edited that way, but that doesn't mean that's how the timeline of events was. So I'd be curious to know when exactly was Michael given the hypnosis therapy, right? And Mario as well. And it almost seems like Jesse should have met Mario for or met Michael first, talked with them, got a story first, one-on-one, did the hypnosis therapy, one-on-one, again, then introduced some to Mario and let them talk, right? Because then people could argue that Michael's story is sort of tainted by Mario a little bit. So I don't know. Again, let me know what you think in the comments, links down below.
