Bio:
Rowena Jayne ND is a Trauma informed award winning Naturopath, Psychotherapist & Yoga Teacher. She is certified in Neuro Emotional Technique, Transpersonal somatic bodywork, Shamanic Medicine, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Nutrition, Plant based Culinary, psychedelic assisted therapy, Ayurveda, Emotional Freedom Technique, Timeline Therapy, Kinesiology, & more.
With over 2 decades in the field, she operates her Sydney clinic, specialising in mental health. She serves high-functioning women with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and the often associated gut-health. She employs an integrative approach using many modalities to empower her clients to break free of self-doubt and realize their potential.
Additionally, she leads workshops and retreats and serves as a senior leader for Tony Robbins international. She is the author of the bestseller "The Joy of Real Food”, featured on Hay House Radio, and is a co-author of "Within," an Amazon bestseller in six categories.
Rowena is an adventurous, passionate woman with a love of nature, mind body medicine, yoga, plant-based cooking, Permaculture & inspirational moments. She has overcome rheumatoid arthritis, an eating disorder & anxiety that stemmed from her own trauma using all the techniques she offers her clients so she is extremely confident in the power of natural medicine & healing modalities to help people reach their true potential in life .
She is the believer of heartfelt connection & following the beat of your own drum. Rowena lives in Sydney, Australia & spends much of her free time traveling into the bush and beach for soul building.
