Kohelet says that if a man has 100 children, he probably won't be able to afford a proper burial, which definitely tracks, because that is a lot of mouths to feed. So many, in fact, that we think the dude needs at least five wives to birth that amount of children, which is still like 20 babies each. Wife's body barely handled TWO so that still seems excessive, but this was old Bible days when they didn't have the internet to distract them from having sex all the time.
