#139 What if you don't have to understand?

About this episode

What if you don't have to understand?

Our minds want to make sense of everything - that's what minds do. But sometimes we don't have to understand.

In this episode, I share how my not needing to understand helped me in a stressful situation.

Our mind chases answers - any answers - to find a solution. But our mind can only draw answers from our past or lack - our past experiences or what can go wrong.

So how do we find the truth? By dropping down into our heart - in this episode I teach you how to draw answers from your heart.
