About this episode
Recently, I had an idea about an article I wanted to write. I got really excited about the idea. The next day, when I thought about it again, I got another fluttering, but this time it felt like anxiety.
The first day, I was focused on the possibilities. The next day on the roadblocks and what it would take. But as soon as I realized that I paused focusing on the present moment and I dropped down into my body to see more clearly what the difference was between the two times. The first time I was in my center. I was in alignment. The second day I was out of center or out of alignment.
In this episode, I share how to come back into alignment and reclaim your excitement.
