#077 Where Do You Want To Be A Year From Now?

About this episode

Where would you like to be a year from now?

As humans, we're habitual creatures. We identify with our past and see ourselves for what we have done.  But our past doesn't define us.

James Clear suggests  to create change, you only need to know the direction, not the destination.

That's huge, right? If we only need to know the direction,  then we can start now.  Too often we're, we get stuck on not knowing the destination.  And so we do  nothing.  The direction is enough to make the next choice.

So what direction do you want to go?
