About this episode
Do you ask for the brownie?
In other words, do you ask for what you want despite the obstacles?
In this episode, I share a story from my Belief coach. She shares how she and her daughter were at a cafe on vacation where there was a plate of cookies for free. Beside the cookies was a plate of brownies. Yet the brownies weren't free. The mom asked if she wanted a cookie. The daughter said, "I want a brownie." The mom reiterated that they weren't free. The daughter asked anyway. After going back and forth with the waitress, the daughter got the brownie and an offer of ice cream from the manager.
Do we give up too easily assuming we won't get what we want so why bother?
The healing tip is to hold your ring finger to boost confidence and let go of old beliefs.
