#042 How do you feel about failure?

About this episode

Welcome back to Finding Joy in the Hard. I'm your host, Suzanne Andora Barron. I'm a yoga instructor, a meditation and mindfulness coach and a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner.

How do you feel about failure? Do you see it as an opportunity to grow and learn or do you get that sick feeling in your stomach that you did something poorly. I get it. I'm definitely the latter.

In this episode I share with you an excerpt about Sarah Blakely's take on failure that James Clear shared in a recent newsletter.

And I suggest how we can shift our mindset to see failure as an opportunity.

My healing tip is to hold the ring finger. Holding the ring finger helps us to build confidence and to let go.
