#025 "When We Blame, We Give Our Power Away." Solo Episode
About this episode
My thought for you today comes from Geri Bose of "Living your Life in Awe" Podcast. When we complain or blame we give our power away to that person. In this episode I share how I started to blame my husband for something I couldn't find in the kitchen. In the middle of blaming him and complaining (in my head), I heard Geri's voice and immediately stopped. All the energy I had been putting into blaming and complaining returned to me in an instant.
Negative thoughts zap us of energy. We know this, but we forget. It's so powerful however when we remember. Give it a try and let me know what you experience. In this episode I also include a healing tip to help you focus and go from 10 thoughts to 1 in a matter of minutes.
