More than 100 Italian pastry chefs teamed up to create the longest tiramisu in the world over the weekend. The massive dessert clocked in at over 440 square metres, created using 19,000 eggs, two tonnes of mascarpone, 400 kilograms of sugar and 128,000 biscuits. Taking around 5 hours to a symbol after two days of preparation, crowds gathered at Chelsea Old Town Hall in London to watch judges from the Guinness World Records confirm it was, in fact, the largest ever tiramisu mate.
