About this episode
Saying “no”. So many of us struggle with it, which has us saying yes to shit we don’t wanna do.
Not saying no, adds so much stress to our already busy lives & yet we find it so difficult.
In this week’s episode, I’m going to sharing some personal experiences of this along with some tips on how to over come it.
It’s fascinating, isn’t it? How we avoid the short-term discomfort of saying “No” and end up creating a much longer-term discomfort by doing things we don’t wanna be doing!
Having more of an understanding about what you’re doing, will give you more control over it.
If you have a hard time saying “no”, listen in to this week’s episode, it’ll be an entertaining lesson.
