I'm Nick Knutson with a Dangerous Newsbreak Your Source for Resistance News. Well, this should stop everyone in their tracks. According to an under-reported story in ProPublica, the Trump administration is planning to use artificial intelligence to write federal transportation regulations, rules that decide whether airplanes stay in the air, pipelines don't explode, and trains carrying toxic chemicals don't derail. They're planning to do this across the entire government, so in a minute, I have a top 10 list of regulations as they'll be written by our robot overlords. You don't want to miss that. First a little more background as the philosophy behind this is chilling. Gregory Zerzon, General Counsel at the Department of Transportation said that Trump is very excited about this initiative. Always a bad sign. He was on a period interested mainly in the quantity of regulations that AI could produce,

not their quality. In fact, he said, we don't need the perfect rule on XYZ. We don't even need a very good rule on XYZ. We want good enough. We're flooding the zone. Some officials in the article described human experts in government as a choke point. Let that sink in. After rule writers, people with decades of experience are being told their future job is basically to proofread whatever an AI spits out in 20 minutes. A machine that is notorious for hallucinating facts is being trusted with life and death standards because it's faster. This fits a pattern we're seeing everywhere under Donald Trump. Fewer experts, less accountability, more automation, more chaos, and then shock would people get hurt. We saw it right out of the gate with Doge when Elon and his team swung through the government like a wrecking mall. We see it with ice, where hastily hired and barely trained meatheads are being given

guns, quotas, and zero oversight. Government isn't supposed to move fast and break things. AI makes mistakes, a lot of mistakes. Personally, I'd rather take my chances with true subject matter experts and just think about the materials that they could load into the AI as a baseline for training at how to write these regulations. Project 2025, mine comps soon will be bombarded with new federal regulations that treat our lives as part of a fascist algorithm. So here's my prediction for the top 10 new federal regulations our robot overlords will impose upon us all. Here we go. Number 10 from the Department of Transportation, roads, bridges, and tunnels shall be considered structurally sound until the moment they are no longer passable. This is called real time and infrastructure validation because, you know, why inspect in advance.

Number nine from the Department of Labor, the federal minimum wage shall be replaced with a non-binding recommendation that workers express gratitude for employment opportunities of any duration and pay scale. The administration will call this one compensation and vibes. Number eight from Department of Justice, civil rights complaints may be automatically dismissed if determined by algorithmic analysis to interfere with operational efficiency or narrative consistency. Welcome to data informed justice. Number seven from RFK Junior and HHS, preventable deaths shall be reclassified as adverse health outcomes resulting from insufficient personal resilience. Enjoy your individualized survival pathways, America, just try harder. Number six from the EPA, air quality shall be deemed acceptable if the average resident reports symptoms consistent with manageable discomfort rather than immediate respiratory

failure. Our robot overlords will coin this, comfort adjacent air standards. Number five, child labor restrictions shall not apply when early workforce participation is determined to increase long-term productivity metrics. The capitalistic ends justify the means in the Department of Labor's intergenerational productivity initiative. Number four from the Department of Energy, energy shortages shall be resolved by redefining rolling blackouts as adaptive energy experiences with priority access allocated to those who own shares in fossil fuel businesses. The robots suggest that we enjoy our moments without power. Number three from the FDA, food contamination events shall not require public notification unless symptoms persist beyond the standard work week. Don't freak out, it's not E. coli, you're just in an extended digestive assessment period.

Number two from what's left of the scarred remains of the Department of Education, public schools demonstrating persistent underperformance may be transitioned into learning optional environments. Some kids to outcome agnostic education. And finally, number one of the top ten robot-generated federal regulations, non-traditional housing solutions. Housing insecurity shall be addressed by updating the definition of adequate shelter to include vehicles, temporary structures, and resilience. Don't raise the bar, just redefine the floor. So here's hoping that my predictions are way off and that the robots turn out to be benevolent and compassionate over lords. Thanks for joining us today.
