I'm doing great. How you guys doing? Wonderful. I've been waiting to talk to you about this all week. I'm like, oh, I got to talk to Mo about this when we see him. And that is, I don't understand everything I need to know about when you have a hung jury, right? So you had the case this week with Lindsey Clancy, I think. Yep. Yeah. So you had a one guy that was holding out. And he's like, listen, I'm not, you know, I'm not going to say, you know, I'm not going, you can't change my mind for nothing.

4:06Right. And so there was like a break where they had where they had one of the attorneys appealing to the judge and saying, this guy's not falling the rules. Yeah. Tell me everything that you know about hung jury and whether that was normal for an attorney to kind of be tell on the, you know, like you're talking to the judge and saying, you got to make this guy say what I want you to say. That's unusual, isn't it? It's unusual in the sense. I mean, hung jury's happened all the time, right? That just means that the jurors can't unanimously because they have to unanimously agree on a verdict. They can't unanimously agree on a verdict. But here what was unique was the jurors were coming back to the judge and saying that this one holdout would not follow the law. Right. And so like that's the main thing as a juror you're charged with and a lot of times that they've why dire on is you have to follow the law, even if you disagree with the law. And so the other 11 jurors there were saying basically that this one juror was openly saying that, you know, he, I think someone agrees there's,

5:09there's, there's reasonable doubt or whatever it may be. Yeah, but he just won't follow the law. Yeah, that's what that's what they said. They said he said that there was reasonable doubt, but he said there's no way I'm going to vote that she's not guilty by was mental. He said that in the same reason. I'm not going to say that. So if he's saying, hey, listen, I know there's reasonable doubt, but I'm not voting that way. He is sort of breaking the rules of what you're supposed to be doing. He is now here's the other interesting caveat, at least in Florida, you know, juror deliberations are supposed to be completely confidential. So what's said in that room is really never supposed to leave that room. Obviously, you know, here by them writing that note to the juror unless there's misconduct and I don't know that this really borders on, you know, crosses the line into necessarily a misconduct, maybe a borders the line. But you know, unless there's misconduct, all those conversations are supposed to be confidential. So, you know, unless the jurors want to speak after the verdict is issued or after the trial, usually we never really get to hear what goes on in that room.

6:11Now they're doing interview like all the other, which obviously happens for women, I think, that are doing the interviews afterwards. Yeah, anyways, one male who came out recently this morning. But you know, that that happens somewhat regularly in high profile cases. But what's really unusual is to know that this debate was going on while it was going on. Yeah. And so that's what the defense attorney was harping on. And why he wanted to immediately petition the Supreme Court to try to basically force them into rendering a verdict here, because I think he knew obviously it was in his favor. Yeah. But you know, that would be an extraordinary act. It would be very, very rare for a court to basically force the jury to render a verdict here. You know, maybe there would be an argument to remove that one juror and replace them with an alternate. That's what they were asking for. But the judge says, I don't feel like it's my job to pull him because he's not agreeing with you. Like, that's what he said. Yeah. And so that's that's a very sensitive subject, right? And would certainly open if she was found not guilty by reason of it saying to that open the appellate issue for the prosecution to appeal.

7:18Yeah. And so judges are oftentimes looking at, you know, how do I avoid getting overturned on appeal? And basically finagling a jury like that during deliberations when we know kind of how the vote is going and pulling somebody who's, you know, against the defense and trying to plug in somebody in favor of them. Right. Could be looked at as sort of, you know, misconduct or improper, you know, to kind of disturb those ongoing deliberations. So this, okay. So this hung jury, which means she has to be tried again. She doesn't have to be. So the prosecution has the option to try her again, you know, because double jeopardy does not attach. But they could ultimately still reach a plea deal. They could say we don't want to spend the money to try again. I think they will try her again. Yeah. But they're not obligated to. They don't have to. Okay. That's good to know. I didn't realize that. You have to have another trial. So you don't have to have another trial. Correct. Let's say you do have another trial. And it's another hung jury. Is it like, okay, there's two hung jury. You're free to go or they just keep going until. Keep going. Really? Keep doing it over and over and over again.

8:18Until there's a verdict, you know, double jeopardy would not attach. So you can keep trying them as many times as you want essentially. I'll be damned. I didn't know that. I'm so glad I'm not on that jury. Those, those, they, they came out as unsufferable to me. The women. The three women that came out first, I'm like, God, I would be so annoying to be in a room with that. Now you know who your wife feels. Yeah. Exactly. I don't know, man. It's a weird thing. I think like, if a dude, I'd hate to be this guy because I'm lining up with so many people that I hate. But like, it's in that super frustrating. But I do believe like if this was just a dude, we would not be having the same problems that we're having now that her, like her horoscope sign would not be a part of it. We wouldn't like, and I don't know. I don't know right or wrong. I do think that like when you have them come out and say, well, the prosecution just didn't, you know, they, they, they just seem like they were attacking her and not getting her side of the story. I'm like, that's not the job of the prosecution. I don't know. I mean, there's plenty of guys that have gotten NGI though, not guilty by reason of

9:18missing. That's not just for women. It's just a high profile case. Yeah. But for me, it's just like this lady clearly just killed three children from five to like new question. And why is she insane and by was she guilty by insanity? That's the question. And that's probably what the doubt of that juror was it wasn't if she did it or not or if she meant to do it, was she insane while she? I know. I look, I put myself in this position because like I have insanity sometimes. I think about what you do. I'm a little far and I can like, and my superpower is I can have 11 people in a room sit mad at me. And if I believe what I believe in, I'm going to stay that way. You're going to kill somebody. And he talked to me about the type of insanity that she claimed that she had. Or I mean, I guess there was proof that she had that insanity or is that they were saying that she was they were saying that she was having voices that were telling her to do these things, right? Right. And medication, the certain medication made that happen. Was that the argument? I haven't been following it that closely. I don't know all the ins and outs, but basically they're doing, they're saying, okay, I was crazy at this time.

10:19And I, these voices told me to do it. And that's how you get off on NGI is that I was not in my right mind at that moment. So that's what they're debating. But when I saw like she was, she was asking for help and wasn't getting the right help that she wanted is what I saw. And then, and then she was taking certain medication for postpartum depression. Right. They were saying I was PMDD and they were saying, but also they were also said that she's left on her own accord didn't take the meds on her own accord. So there is, you know, both sides in a time. Because again, I started in forensic mental health when I first started and I saw people who truly were out of their mind and could not be held accountable. When you see her now sitting there, it's hard to tell. Was this an episode or is she just using this to get out of this? It's hard to tell. Mo, how often do people use that as a defense? I wasn't mentally in my right mind. Yeah. I mean, I don't know the stats on it, but it does come up fairly regularly because there is a lot of mental health issues out there. And, you know, the example they always give us in law school to kind of put this in perspective for people is, you know, somebody in their own mind, they think they're like swinging

11:22a golf club, but really they're hitting somebody with a hammer. Yeah. You know, so they don't, they don't actually know what they're doing. And there can be more complex. That's a very rudimentary example. But you know, everybody's sort of uproar is obviously she killed these three kids and that's a horrible, horrible thing. But the question becomes, you know, often times we disagree with the law. The law is what the law is. We can disagree with it, but as a juror, they're obligated to follow the law. And that's really what this case boils down to. And speak to them, both of you, I asked both of you, it's amazing to me. How? Because you would think that everybody would be against her as she killed three kids. There's no question. We don't, we don't even believe in your crazy ideas about your mental health, but that's not really what's happening. A many, many women are supporting her and seem to understand. So do you think, and it's not usually guys. You don't see a whole lot of guys on that team. It's mostly women that are being empathetic to her. Why do you think that is? I mean, I don't really like to speculate getting into other people's heads.

12:24I would just purely say from the legal standpoint, you know, these laws exist for a reason. And so you may disagree with them. And people may support her because maybe they, you know, feel empathy for her situation or mental health or maybe they've gone through that or know somebody's gone through it. I suspect of it as was where a lot of women can identify. That's where they're identifying the empathy because they've gone. Do you think that's what it is? Well, think about it for men. Like when you think of a man and a crime, a passion or when you as men have been so angry, you couldn't help but punch a wall. You identify with that, right? Right. And so as a woman, the drywalls just stop talking ass. Exactly. Right. And so as, you know, a person that went through having a child, I can identify with the insanity of motherhood. I can totally identify with that. Right. But as a mental health clinician, I also don't like someone to use that to get out of something and have responsibility. I hate when people use their mental health excuses to get out of that. Like being like, right?

13:25Like we don't want to say that Ryan's late because he's a jerk. We want to say he's late because of it. The Ryan's, the Ryan's, no, at least knows that he's late tries to do it. A lot of, but I'm women with postpartum. They ain't strangling their children one by one. There are though. And like, if I don't know enough about the case to say either way, I don't know. I don't have a side with this. Yeah. But I do know that I have had people that have truly had these issues where they're not themselves and they're making choices they would never rationally make. I will say this and I probably shouldn't say this. I'm going to say it anyway. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? Several months ago. So it would be crazy. Somebody gave me and left a bunch of chocolates at the house and it turned out I ate the chocolates and they were mushrooms, right? Okay. And so in this weird dream I had. Let's do it. I'm sorry, buddy. I, Mo is you're not acting as his attorney here, right? No, no, no. No, because this is true though. This is this is what will be exhibit one. When it all goes down, everybody sitting here when it all goes down, we're all part of

14:28exhibit one. Go ahead, Russ. In this weird mushroom dream in my mind, everything I did, the opposite happened, right? So I had to do what it was opposite. So I'm laying next to my wife and I'm like, well, if you really love her, you got a killer. And put it on the radio, Russ. I'm just saying that is what went through my mind. And I was able to in this mushroom dream, go away, and I can't let it get there. It's just told you don't, don't continue with this. And this is like the first time you've told this story. But I can identify with someone being crazy enough because in their mind, they think you're doing the right thing. But you didn't act on it as what you said. I did not. No, no, no, and I never would. We're all getting pulled into court guys. So what I'm saying is this is what you do in mushrooms and you probably might, who knows? So don't do anymore mushrooms. Exactly. Yeah, I threw all the candies in another closet. But I can't be clubbing. But I could see where if she's on enough drugs, she might have thought that she was doing the right thing.

15:28And it could be a mental breakdown situation. That's what they're trying to prove. The thing is, even if she gets NGI, she's not going to walk free. They're going to have it at a hospital. So it's not like, oh, I'm just off scot free. Instead of going into a prison, she would go into a hospital. Yeah, you know, it's not a fun place. Is that why they keep it? She's in a wheelchair the whole time. Yeah. Is that just to make her look crazy? No, I mean, she's, she's paralyzed from, I think, what the neck down. Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah, she's fully paralyzed. How'd she get paralyzed? How'd she get paralyzed? She jumped, I think after she killed her kids, she jumped off a building or something. Oh, wow. Oh, well, I remember correctly. Oh, she's crazy. Yeah, yeah. So I mean, that was it. That was online. That meant it. It would be crazy. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, that was, Mo, can you stick around for another segment? Yeah, I'm sorry. I ate it. I ate up your whole segment, trying to figure out, you know, about, it's an interesting case about hung juries. What's that? I'm speaking of eating. There's barbecue. Oh, well, here's what we're going to do. We'll take a little rest room. We're going to grab some, I'm going to have some barbecue mushroom.

And it's a resident selling their items on the front porch dryways throughout the neighborhood. It sounds like a Russes nightmare. Yeah. Uh, the hub of that is going to be at the grace, uh, grace hopper hall at, uh, Corinne commons will be the focal point of that. And then this was interesting. I know I'll, I'll been a Policeman Museum. It's church heritage day and that's going to be Sunday this September the 13th. Okay. And free admission all day long with traditional music, uh, craft snacks and storytelling. And so that's going to be Sunday, September 13th. Yeah. Lots of good storytelling. Yeah. Well, it's a good, uh, church snack. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know much about rougies. Isn't that a check, check food? I thought that was Polish. I could be wrong. I just, I did not know. 23:39We should check the check best out. They like a chocolate covered wafer. Yeah. According to, and then they, uh, let's see what we got a fedora's fedorky meat heavy dishes. Yeah. Rich sauces and comfort dumplings. I like meat heavy dishes. Comfort dumpling. Yeah. My band. I have those other events this weekend. Hey, Mo got a question for you. Yeah. Okay. I'm in a restaurant. Okay. And I see some crazy guy comes in any, any, any polls a gun and he's going to shoot his ex wife, but the safety's on. So he's not. So I want to save the day and I tackle the guy, but I go to beat the snot out of it. I'm not hitting him. I'm punching him and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and really mess him up. And I say, you don't mess with Batman. What? Can I be sued? So you have the right to defend third parties, just like in self defense. Uh, so as long as you're overboard though, that's what I was going to do. You as a reasonable degree of force given the circumstances, then typically you, you cannot be sued. Now, you know, in that situation, even if the person tried to sue, you know, if they're trying to kill their, their wife or ex wife, they're probably not going to be too sympathetic

24:42to a jury where, you probably wouldn't be too worried about it. But from a legal standpoint, you know, purely speaking, you'd have to really go overboard beyond where there was potentially any threat at that point in time. Yeah. Can I use a, cause it isn't that how self defense works. You can use up to an equal to the force used against you. So if a guy comes at me with this, I can't come with a gun. So it's not quite that simple. It's a reasonable degree of force is basically what the law says. So you say it was no. Yes. I'm just asking, cause that's just what I've, I've always assumed, you know? Yeah. Well, I mean, it's a, it's a reasonable assumption, but then there could be different circumstances where, you know, based on, based on size, based on strength of the person's a professional MMA fighter and you're just, you know, a little 120 pound dude, you then you might have to use more force than just your fists. So it's not just a, you know, fist versus fist, nice, first, nice gun, gun versus gun scenario. How does it work? Okay. Cause like a lot of parts, they're fighting. What? A lot of parts.

25:42What? It was going to say fight. It was. It was going to be a fight start and it came out parts. Okay. A lot of a lot of a lot of a lot of fights start by the other guy going, hey, you got to hit me first. You want to do this? You got to hit me first. Oh, yeah. You can't sue me. Cause then you've hit me first. Is that how real is that? Again, it depends on the scenario. So, you know, oftentimes with those scenarios, there could be a reasonable belief that you're an imminent danger of great bodily harm. And so it's going to depend on what said the, the size, the how close you are to each other. But it's just because someone says to hit you or hit them. You know, typically that's not an open invitation to just beat the snot out of them either. So that's not like consent doesn't oftentimes hold up. But again, it depends on the situation. So if he, if someone hits you, you can hit back. If it's a reasonable degree of force to defend yourself. Okay. And what if they spit on you? They spit on you.

26:43Can you hit them? That's in the salt. Well, it's a battery. So if you spit on somebody, it's a battery in St. Florida. But again, if they don't pose any further, reasonable degree of threat at that point of time. They spit it. You spit them. Well, but even if you spit back then, then you can be committing a battery as well. If there's no imminent threat, so they spit and then turn a walk away. Now they've committed a battery, but the threat is over. So you have no right to retaliate at that point. So the only thing legally you can do if someone spits in your face, you can spit right back at him. No. You okay? Mo did not say yes to that. No, you cannot. Okay. Thanks, Mo. I don't know how you try to reframe the question. He told you know, I know. I know I tried to pin it out of them. But I really want to spit on people. What if he spits in my mouth and I like it? Yeah, Mo, what if I had more of an Amy question, I'll see you. Yeah, really. So what'd you got going on this weekend, anything? What I think I'm just hanging out here.

So much. But and I want to talk about this AI killing the world thing. But but we'll get to that maybe a little bit because I got a counselor here. So these these things that everybody can really identify with are more fun to talk about

28:44to be honest with you. So Amy here, Amy, you're telling me fun topics are better than the inevitable robots crushing. We got a lot of time to talk about it. Okay. Not not really have like 10 years. I know. But we got Amy here. So I want to go over a couple of things. So the power what? No. Okay. I think a lot of people have a problem with this. But I might not be right because I'm stuck in my head and in my world. So maybe it's not a lot of people have a problem with it. Maybe it's just Russ. Russ the press problem. Look at me growing. Look at you. We do everyday. Right. Um, but the power of saying no. Okay. Because as a younger man, uh, even as I got a lawyer, to say no to people was kind of hard for me, you know, like I kind of say, yes, almost everything. And then you get to the point where, you know, you can say no and you sort of enjoy it in a little bit. Uh, and I say that because I had a recent thing and I'm, he's probably listening. So I don't know. It should be too mad. But it just, you know, someone asked me to do something that I just wouldn't even do for myself.

29:44Right. And, and I'm like, no, I'm not doing that. You know, it was, it was someone's asked me for a favor. And it's something I just, you know, it's not this, it's not exactly this, but let's say my friend Bo used to ask me to go buy Copenhagen for him, right? No, I don't want anyone thinking I'm buying Copenhagen. I ain't buying a Copenhagen for you. You know, I say no to that, right? What's Copenhagen? Copenhagen is. Uh, was he under age or something? No, I just don't like it. So I, I said, Russ, Rollin's buying. Oh my god. My A year old son, you don't look easier here. Or I'm old by cigarettes for people. Like I'm not smoking. No, that's you, you, like I, you know, I, so this, this particular person, I'm a share of lemon. This particular person was asking me to go do something and went to haven for him. And I'm like, and I just said no. Yeah. And then when I hung up, I'm like, I really felt good to say no, because I normally would just say yes to everything. Just ask Russ to buy a run runner. See what he says. What's he saying? Yes. I buy, buy him. Oh, yeah. Even though it's just as bad. What's that?

30:45Just as bad if not worse as Copenhagen, right? Yeah, but I believe in a run runner. I don't believe. Yeah. He's a fair mother fan again. He's a fair mother fan. Yes. I was so if you like it, you'll, you'll, you'll, you'll okay. That's a deal of monster shirt. I believe. You know, I believe in run runner. Yeah. Yeah. If I said it like Martin Luther King, dude, I believe in run runner. That is the, well, thing that Russ has said with the most conviction in about six months. I had a dream. Yeah. There would be run runners and I would be on mushrooms and I would want to kill my wife. But anyway, where was I going with that? I felt good saying no. No, no, no. I felt good saying no. Joy. But as I was thinking about talking to you about this, I'm like, well, maybe this is just a problem I have. So do you find most people have problems saying no to things or is that just a particular personality type? A personality type for sure. Ah, see, I assumed everyone had a problem with it. It's definitely a people pleasing type personality. But when you used to say no, how would it make you feel? We would always say yes.

31:47No, before, like, let's go back even before that. You used to not feel comfortable saying no to people, right? Correct. Yeah. Why? What would happen if you said no to people? I felt like they were disappointed in me or they, you know, like, I go, oh, you're not a real friend or something like that. Right. Yeah. And so that's kind of bad boundaries, right? Which I know sometimes there's a history of bad boundaries with the monsters. Yeah. And so maybe. If you even knew, that's a whole other hour. A whole other candy collector first show. Let's do a show about all the boundaries that we've crossed. Have Mo here while you do it. But, um, yeah, we have to write legal as we go. You might need to. And so if you were raised where, like, you were praised for doing what someone wants you to do, it's hard to get out of that. My mom always says you were raised on praise. Right. Exactly. And so you were always kind of given the apple or given the carrot. And that made you feel good. In his case, it was cupcakes, cakes, mushrooms, whatever. Yeah. Right. And so you were raised like that. So now you have to go against your program to say, no, this isn't good for them or me.

32:49Saying yes to anybody, especially as a parent now, I can't say yes to my kid all the time, even though I want to because I love my kid so much. That's not good for them. Yeah. Saying yes all the time is bad. It felt good to say no the other day though. Yeah. And I know this person was probably disappointed. But I was like, you know, I know. Was it a, is it a boundaries thing? Yeah, it was a boundaries thing. It's like, I already had plans on Saturday and someone asked me to go pick something up for them. But they were going to buy something on Facebook marketplace. And like, can you go pick this up? You get in winter Haven. Where you getting Facebook, it's a lot of it's out in winter. Yeah. Yeah. It was something else. And it was like, you go pick it up and I'll then know you the money. Right. And I'm like, I wouldn't even do that. I don't like to go to people's houses that I don't know for me. Yeah. How would you ask me to do that? Yeah, Russ wouldn't go pick up the little, the little mushrooms. Like, like, I'm just, you live right there. You're going to see this guy eventually. Why can't you just go over there and do it? Because I don't want to go to some random person's house. I don't want to go by this thing.

33:50You just imagine like, I'm just chilling and then like, my favorite radio show host shows up in my house. Like, wow, are you Russ Rollins? Right. Do you watch some Copenhagen? I have. I have a Copenhagen. I do like tobacco. No, it's good. You're choosing yourself. Like when you're a people pleaser, you're abandoning yourself all the time at the sake of others. Yeah. When you start setting boundaries, you're choosing yourself. You're standing up for yourself. You're saying, you know, my time is valuable. It doesn't mean you're never going to say yes again, but you're actually putting that way on there if it's something that you're going to do. Yeah, Russ, choose life. Swanger, do you have a way on? Have you ever had a problem saying no? I am the worst at saying that. So you say no, no problem. No, no, no. I am the worst at saying it. I get my bad too. I get into really, really, really, really bad spots because I want to accommodate and I think that I can handle everything. So I say yes to stuff all the time. We should say no. I should say no. Or the thing that I've learned, this is the thing that I've learned that's helped me

34:52the best in recent times. And then when I say recent, I'm talking in the last six months, is like, I will say no to you. You asked me to say, I'll say no to you. I'm saying no to you right now, but please give me time to revisit this. You know what I mean? But right now off rip, no. I mean, that's how long it takes you to get to the point to be able to say that. Does that know? I'm talking. I'm talking. Yeah, just like six months ago and Ryan's right. I still get myself into jams because I want to, you know, yeah, or pickles, because I don't want it's in like Amy said, it's that people pleasing part of it and whatever in the nature of what we do and that you want to be a, you know, helpful and I've seen you do that. Yeah, I've seen you do that with listeners and stuff. And I'm like, Angel, she's just home. No. And you'll try to get him tickets or you'll do that. Yeah, you do do that. You know, I, Angel, do you know where yours comes from? Like why are you like that? Um, no. This is me saying no to you. No, no, no, no, no, that's a good one, because I don't know where.

35:58Well, you know what? Um, if I had to guess is this, um, being the new kid always, and the new school and everything, and you, I always wanted to be accepted and I always wanted to be part of the, um, of the, like the little in crowd or the little in click. Right. Never had that experience. Never had that until I was older, playing basketball. It was probably the first time where I was accepted in the inner click kind of thing. So I was constantly made, uh, you know, teased and made fun of and, and, you know, Angel Hair Vute cake. And then the, the worst cut. Yeah, the worst dummy. So I hit all of you up. Idiots. Cause church. But I think it comes from there, Amy, if I had to, if I had to guess, that makes sense. Right. And how about you? Have I ever had problems saying no? No. No. Yeah. You've always, you should not have, you're not really a people pleaser. No. Yeah. It's going to leave out there. I don't think so. There's probably things that you do that you wish you did. Not really.

36:58He's lying. I don't believe him. I've seen him be nice when he doesn't want to be nice. No, no, no, say be nice. It's just, it's just, I wanted to say no for comedy there. It's, it's somebody asked you to do something and you really don't want to do it. I don't forget. I learned it. Just when I learned in this job, people take advantage of me. Like I was, I was to say yes to everything person. And then I got very taken advantage of, yeah, by undisclosed people. And it felt really bad. It was a stop. It never stopped. That is some boundary. No, you got to set boundaries. I didn't have any boundaries. Actually, before I had this show, I had no boundaries. It's very bad. Yes, for everybody. And I would always say yes to everything whether it was this show, OpenMikers, like all. In standup comedy, you have to set boundaries or people will take, take the hot. Yes. So now I say no and I like thing. You have to. Is that weird? I like it. Yeah. I actually, though I know I disappointed this person, I was proud of myself for saying no. And I didn't plan my wife. I just thought something I wanted to do. I just didn't want to do it. Yeah. And I've started a booking comedy shows last like five or six years and people like you've changed. I'm like, no, I just can't always give you what you want when you want it.

38:00Yup. You can't do it. People will take from you. That's the problem. You give them a mouse a cookie and it's going to want to peg you. So like don't. Which you're going to love. But you know, sometimes you got to say no. Sometimes the notes you have to say yes. Sometimes the notes you have to say yes. So time to know. Get to the yes. I mean, sometimes the yes gets you the cookie gets you the cookie. Yeah. What kind of mouse is a you hanging out with, bro? Let's just say I got a mascot costume in my house. A little love of mouse. No, but like I and there's been times where like I didn't say no and it has worked out for the better, right? But like for the most part, I do find that people will take advantage of you if you don't set boundaries. There's people that you can't say no to. Is there anybody that you can't say no to in your life? My wife. Yeah. Because she has those big, doughy eyes and I love her so much. My kids. You know, though, the thing here's the thing. That's what I've learned. The people that really love you won't ask you to do ask you to do things that you have to say no to. That's a point. But what never asked me to do anything that he knows I'm going to say no to.

39:02He didn't ask me for money. He there are things he knows I won't do. Yeah. So he knows the same thing with Mary Ellen. Like they they know the things not to ask me. Right. That makes sense. Absolutely. But when someone asks me something like you don't know that I don't want to do that. Like what's wrong with you? Yeah. That's a great point. That's a really good point. I want to find people that know you well enough to not want to take from you or make your life worse. I think in person, like I have I do have a harder problem doing it in person. Yeah. What? Like as a hard problem. I have a problem. Like if I asked for $10 right now, what would you say? But if you ask me in text, like say we're talking back and forth, right? And it's going good. We're having we're joking back. Bing, Bing, Bing, Bing back and forth back and forth. And you're like, Hey, can you do this? Then I won't talk to you for two years. Obviously not as your text. It goes to you forever. I've got friends left on red. But that's the worst because you know what? That's almost worse though because then you're playing that Russian roulette kind of game of you might catch them outside. You might have about that. He doesn't care. You're not running to that person in real life. I mean, I forgot. And I'll be like, Oh, dude, I just don't answer my text. And like, oh, it's crazy. It's so funny that you say that when you said that, it just sparked a memory that I had

40:05forgotten about. But I had not much. That's not the wrestling coach that you guys have met. Not Robert Jones. That they got my junior high, my high school wrestling coach. And I don't know if he's still alive. But the last time I talked to him, he calls me and asked me to borrow like $5,000. Wow. And I'm like, well, let me call you back. And I had not talked to him since because I was offended that he would ask me. Holy moly. Like, Russ, can I borrow five K? Yeah. Can we all borrow? So you say no. So you say no. This is weird. This is weird. This is weird. I can't look at it. I can't look at it. I'm going to go around. This is part of the gag, Russ. Say no. This is an exercise. Is he really needed? I'm going to go around. He would give it to you. I think if you really asked, he would give it to you. Because he would know he would do it. He would do it. Yeah. But like he said, you know, there has got to be a long Whitney of bad decisions that I've made though that I'm coming to Russ. Yeah. I thought, you know, my guy, can I get five K? Wow.

41:06Yeah. I mean, in the right servant, I probably would. No, that's what I'm saying. I don't like legitimate. Like, you know, if I'm out there doing dumbass, then I'm out there doing dumbass. All right. So Amy, we're going to come back and then we got the King of Denmark. No. And then I want to ask you about doing it. Not doing it. Like boundaries. Having hard conversations with people. Yeah. Like that's kind of like saying no. Okay. But we can talk about that. And then also AI, when you're saying, you're saying difficult conversations. Difficult conversations with people. Hard. Difficult conversations with people. Where you know, you got to tell them. You know, I didn't learn a lot about Angel today. It's like one, it's a lot of black or white thing, King of the Angel. You have to say it the perfect way. He's always thinking about blacks. Um, it's a gem in I think, and sometimes it comes out really. I'm a Gem in I too. Yeah. Sometimes it's really pronounced. Yeah. It's not. I've learned, I've learned now that I work in the same room with Angel. Sometimes I have to edit the show. We're here for like an hour afterwards. People doesn't realize that he says his inner voice out loud.

42:09Yeah. Like Angel, like something will happen and Angel will just be like, blah, blah, blah, and I'm like, you know, he meant to say that in his head and he did not.
