Disney Plus wants to know, are you ready? Yeah! For Marvel Studios Thunderbolts, the new Avengers, now streaming on Disney Plus. Let's do this. One of the best Marvel movies of all time is now streaming on Disney Plus. Hey, you weren't listening to me. I said Thunderbolts, the new Avengers is now streaming on Disney Plus. Meet the new Avengers. That's cool, then. Marvel Studios Thunderbolts, the new Avengers, rated PG-13. Now streaming on, you guessed it, Disney Plus. Gamling Problem Call, 1-800-Gamler.

Okay, here we go. Just say anything that you like. Sleep. And when you fall asleep into your room out creep, Did something move in the dark, Need your bed. And then a voice you hear, Calling out loud and clear, A voice that is your own, A voice that's saying,

There are things that one can do with Bengade, Nair, and Super Glue. A package of indelible dye. Why would a guy, such as I ever buy, Indelible dye? Blue as the sky. Don't ask me why. This catalog I found sells roaches by the pound. Millipedes sent a pizza to. They say the meat shall inherit, Because they stay up late and change the will. And when you fall asleep into your room out creep, Did something move in the dark, Need your bed. And then a voice you hear, It's calling out loud and clear, A voice that is your own, A voice that's saying, That's all I have. I love that.

Hello, from the O'Reilly Auto Parts Studios, It's the Bob and Tom Show. Ladies, There's Kristi Lee. Hello. Well, you fussed. You're all done up. She made an effort. Look at that. Wait a second. And you've got all black on. Are you going to be doing a dance program? Check this out. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. She's got beautiful cowboy boots. What's happening here? What's that made? Eel, snake, mongoose. What are they made at it? I don't know. It's called ariot. Those boots are made for open. What's the occasion? I'm hosting a charity event. Another radio show later today. No, no, no. I'm sharing a charity event. It's a Western theme. And I had to buy cowboy boots for them for it. And I don't feel like I should wear them the night of without breaking them in. You're right. Okay, that makes sense. So I have to wear them for a few days.

All right. They look great. Don't think they have people who, that's their job. They break in shoes for celebrities. Well, yeah, but how they know what their foot's going to be like. I'm just telling you, I think I've heard of this. I would love that. Yeah. You would hire a guy to break in your shoes. I've been, I've been where I was wearing a different pair of shoes this week. Just in the five. To break them in. Yeah. But I didn't wear them again. That makes my feet hurt too much. Yeah. I'm kind of worried about that. And you know, it's always one shoe. Oh, yeah. One's perfect. And then there's always something wrong with the other. Is there a apparatus one can get? Yeah. I know they make shoe stretchers. I've seen those. Yeah. That's what I was going to say. Tighten it up. And it stresses them out. Yeah. Yeah. You just have to wear them. Yeah. That's what I thought. But I think you're right there. Probably people that. Yeah. I think Bono would have a footwear. A stretcher. A guy that wears the shoes before. I would mind that for jeans. When I get a new pair of jeans, I leave them in the laundry room. Every time I do a load, I throw them in again without wearing them.

What do you wear them? Buy them so big that they fall off of you? No. I just want them to be worn out. Don't they shrink up a little bit in there? You don't wear, you don't buy pre-washed jeans? Yeah. I don't wash them rather 50 times before they get to that place where you like them. No. No. I take these for example. That's true. What are you talking about? These are the washed a million times. He buys pre-washed jeans, check, follow this. And then washes them 50 more times before he wears them. But if we're talking clothes, I think we. So they're pretty pre-washed. You're ignoring me. Yeah. I didn't get a chance to say a tie here. I wasn't saying a tie here. There's Josh Arnold. Sorry. There's Ace Cosby. Of course I'm chicken. Hello, Pat Godwin. My goodness. That shirt says hello. That's what it says. You know, it says morning, y'all. That's what it says. That shit is, are they re- Oh, that's shared shirt. What I meant to say. Sorry. Same shirt every day. That's same. That's shirt. For that word. That word is complicated. Don't drive the H.

You never really know it before. Just, I really don't care anymore. That shirt. That shirt, you look like you're going to re- boot he-ha. And by the way, why haven't they rebooted he-ha? That's a great question. It was so popular. It was so popular. A natural. The formula just get two new guys. Yeah. It's easy. They could get all the stars to come in because they all live in Nashville anyway. And they would film those things. He-ha was, if you never saw it, it was all pre-recorded. Tom never saw it. I don't know. There's no way Tom likes to he-ha. Chicken, I grew up watching you. Yeah. Here's Freddie Fender. Yeah. But I mean, now is the time. Yeah. It's very big. Country music is very big. But also, I mean, that kind of humor, I think, would be- Yeah. Because it was sort of family-oriented and goofy and- I don't know. What was that song? I searched the world over it. I found true love. You had another amp. You were gone. No, you was gone. You was gone, yeah. Yeah, you're right.

I never watched it. And there was a running gag with Archie Campbell. He was the manager at the Open Arms Hotel. And are any of those people still alive? Oh, I can't imagine. There's no way Junior Samples is. Oh, no way. Or Samples. Or Grandpa Joe, right? Yeah. Grandpa Joe. Grandpa Joe. Grandpa Joe. Grandpa Joe. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Oh, there you are. Gunilla Hutton. Or Yonnie's. Yeah, there he is. Yonnie's. This formula is- I mean, does someone- We should- Maybe we should do it. Just by the rights to the name he- Yeah, it's so he needed it. Haha. Here's Susan Ray. You know, just get some super hot chicks and- Buck O. Is this even on there slumming it up? Oh, yeah. No, he was- He was the main guy. Yeah. And Roy Clark were the men. And Roy Clark. Awesome guitar player. Oh, well, I've won him the best. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, never- Never- Loose sight of the fact that the musicians on the show- He-ha were stellar.

Yeah. Yeah. Did someone- Or did I dream this? Someone asked Eric Clapton. They said, good morning to him. And they said, what's the greatest guitar world- guitarist in the world doing right now? And Clapton said, I don't know. You'd have to call Roy Clark or something like that. I always heard you said Prince. I heard Prince. Oh, do you say Prince? Yeah. Yeah. All right. Well, that's quite different. Yeah. But I bet Prince appreciated Roy Clark. Sure. And I bet Roy Clark appreciated Prince. Roy Clark and the odd couple. I didn't remember that. There was a Roy Clark episode of the odd couple where he's playing. Wow. I'm not sure what it is. It's just slip-in-amazing. Well, or as Tom would say in a minute, yeah. He had that great song- That song, yesterday when I was young. That's great. I was. I think that's a really handsome shirt. I do too. Yeah. I like it. Again. You did say that. It looks great. But it- For those- It's kind of a black-check large- Is that blue in it? Well, this- This fabulous shirt is up on the Instagram. I think Jason has a picture of it. Oh. Pat did the- Me, the honor of-

Do we have a picture? I walked in the room and everybody was laughing. Oh, if I had been here, I would have been- Picture a pat in a shirt. Okay. Smiling. There it is. There it is. There you go. Yeah. That's a nice pose, isn't it? I think you said it looks like a tablecloth. That's what you said. I did not. You said what's problem? Tablecloth? That's what you said. No, he's correct. It does look like a tablecloth. Oh, it doesn't look great. No, I would have said the same thing. Yeah. Maybe you can do diva. What is the most country Pat Godwin song out there? Well, what do you mean? Oh, I'll live in next to you probably. What about you? I see you. I'm not familiar with that. What about the- Yeah, you are. What about the rap song? What is it? The rap song. That's folk. Yeah, yeah. Gangsta folk. Yeah. Cultural appropriation. That is finest. You can do little- You can do little gangsta folk for us. That is a nice way to start the- Yeah, that's- No, I could do the live in next to you. If you- Live in next to you. You want that now or you want it to- What are we doing on time? We're doing fine. You can do it right now.

What do you think you are? By the way, what are we doing on time? When we come back. Showed his vet. Yeah, we do on time. When we come back, we had an idea proposed yesterday on the show that it turns out is out there and is happening and you're going to be stunned when you hear what it is. Oh. But first Pat and his new song called- Oh, no, he's put this guitar away. Wait a minute. What are you doing over there? I'm trying to remember it. Keep talking. Why don't we just go back with it? Why don't we just go back with it? Yeah, let's go back with it. Okay, okay. Very then. Four changes. This is about 17 of them. Okay. We have a- I guess I'll wait for this- We send out what guitar playing is all about? Yeah, yeah. But you caught me off guard. You mean multiple chords? Yeah. Multiple chords. As if it's fun. If it's fun. If it's fun, rock. I'd like to usually do sometimes one. I'd like to be the first to apologize. I don't know what we were thinking to ask you to play a song. Rolling Stones, they should do concerts. They'd have to listen to their old albums to remember the songs. I'm going to have to listen to the song to remember it. You're likening yourself to the Rolling Stones. I always do.

Okay. And the Beatles and- Well, there was a- There was a famous- There was a great news story about when the stones embarked on their tour. They were rehearsing in a- They rented a big space in Toronto. And we were talking to Chuck LaVelle, the great keyboard player from the Almond Brothers and from the Rolling Stones. Chuck was saying, yeah, they would go into this thing and then he would have them play old stones songs for the band. You know, you know, play painted black and they'd play okay. I remember that and then they go and they'd rehearse it. So, yeah, sure. I get that, Pat. Pat sometimes called the- For the sixth stone. I was in the room six, but I got fired. Oh. I hate when that happens. So, we've got Pat Godwin in a cowboy shirt kind of Christy Lee and cowboy boots. Yeah. You're the Porter Wagner and Dolly Parton of Radio this morning. Yeah. Yeah. Wait a minute. Pat is making a phone call. No, he's listening to the song. He's listening to the song. He's listening to the song.

He's gonna play. You could wait till the break. Yeah. Is an independent observer of this program. Right. Did Pat not volunteer this song? Yeah, he did. Yeah, we- I want to hear Gangsta Folk. Which I think he can do in his sleep. I need to kind of argue against Gangsta Folk and now I'm wondering if I should- Yeah. I'm ready now. All right. Go ahead. Oh, he never returned my rake. And you don't cut your lawn. You play Skinner on the weekends loud. Some nights till the crack of dawn. Turn it down. You got a mean old dog. Cars on block six kids. A dead oak tree. And your bra is seldomly mom. It's on the porch for all to see. Oh, I've never been so annoyed. I'll live next to you. At tonight's neighborhood party. Tell you what I'm going to do. I'm going to slow dance with your mother. At the backyard barbecue. Get her hall hot and bothered. Even though she's 82. I'll put on free bird.

And get your mom to dance. She'll have one end on my butt. And the other down my pants. All dirty dance with your mama. Pick a boobs. Jiggle in the shake. And I'll bet you buy tomorrow. You'll return my rake. Oh, yeah. Remember it. Sorry everybody. It's a story song. Yeah. Without getting into the politics of it, for those of you that were maybe perhaps watching some news. In the last couple of days, I do find it a rather amusing when certain people go to testify and have a little bit of cleavage. Oh, Senator. Well, you know, the busom of the Augusta. Stractz the boys. Oh, I guess we did distract a man. You talking about Christy domes. She does nice hair too. You know what? What are the cockroaches?

Look at her hair. Now, Mrs. Domes. I mean boobs. I mean, as the titular head of. I mean, the, I love that word. Okay, where were we? Oh, I know. We got a car girl here in the room. Oh, yeah. She is Christy Lee. Yes. What the hell was that? We've determined the fact that Christy has had as individuals how many automobiles won his own in one's life. Over 20. And Christy by far the most. And at one point, when I first met Christy, she had a new car every year. Yeah. I always hope that was your thing. But now you've got a car you've settled on. It's a Hyundai. That's right. Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. And did you know that Hyundai is having a getaway sales event right now? You can get away with the deals so right. Get away. It almost feels wrong. It's loving Hyundai's right. I don't want to be. There you go. No backwards. Got it. Go ahead. Including their SUVs like the Hyundai Santa Fe or Santa Fe Hybrid. My, of course, favorite. The Tucson Tucson Hybrid. And then there's the Bolden stylish Elantra. That's a beautiful sedan and it's loaded with the latest tech.

And that car will move. Trust me. Or the all electric, it's from the future. Ionic 5 or Ionic 9. So get down to your local Hyundai dealer and get away with the deal. You'll love during our Hyundai getaway sales event. Visit HyundaiUSA.com for all the details. That's HyundaiUSA.com. Shakespeare, of course, drove the Ionic pentameter. Of course. Sorry. I have some love. You love that. I just don't, I have been do working with my daughter on this. You should watch it. I'm losing my mind. It's so powerful. Deadwood on HBO. They sneak that in toward the end of the series. Like a whole season where they do the Iambic. Oh, whatever. It's torture. It's called the getaway sales event from Hyundai. Because A, you can get a great vehicle and get away from all this. And B, you're going to get away with an incredible deal. Hyundai. Thank you very much. Coming up, we have great stuff in the news today. Including, you know, I was holding my breath for this one.

It sounds like a... It sounds like the name of some dictator. What? Colonel Kadoffi and Colonel Ollaman left. I like trout Ollaman. What does that mean? I think it's pretty much the trout with almonds on it. I think it's pretty much the trout with almonds on it. Oh, almond Dean. I like pie. I like pie Ollaman. That's our theme for this morning. Isn't it a mask here? They'll tell us. I don't have that here. Remember how Bob famously had that look like he had a ferret coming out of his gluteal left? He's afraid of the ferret. It's just like very odd. Sorry, Bob. We have a number of letters here. That's exactly right. Letters on the Bob and Tom Show brought to you by sleep number. Sleep number bad. Who wants to go on their sleep, never bad say hi? Hi. Hi. Those opposed. Tom, your turn. A letter reading. Well, the letters I was going to read, I can't read right now, because that... We can do it, we believe in you. No, we need a special guest in the studio for me to read. Oh. Oh. And that apparently can't happen for technical reasons. There's a culinary tip. Okay. Mike says, my wife mixes scissors and ranch dressing for her salads.

How do you know he's still been pronounced at Caesar? Yeah he lives in Mexico. He doesn't even... He's probably politics... He doesn't do it for the convenience of American broadcast English. Maybe. No way. Well it's just the mistake I made last week in real life, all right? Yes? Uh, I'm talking to a Mexican gentleman. L-UIS is his name. Louis? Louis. Yeah. Yep. Yep.

Very very now from bowling green Thank you very much Coming up in a few minutes. We're going to have an interesting Call back to yesterday's program. Okay. I don't want to give it away right now because it's kind of it's kind of interesting Dear Bob a top show first and foremost Thank you chick for the heads up on the documentary on prime Amazon called soul power There's four episodes about the ABA. It's very good. Check out the waiting game to another one. Dr. Jay's on there Secondly, with all the discussion regarding appliances picking up the radio broadcast Tom you were saying your toaster would pick up Yeah, no, it's true. I just stand there in the kitchen I just live probably as the crow flies Maybe 500 yards from the radio towers There's some AM radio towers on this problem. You could only get across the creek You would have been I lived I could have I could have walked here in five minutes But there was a creek in the with the point being my my toaster Would I could hear the AM signal so I could I could hear it at the time passively you didn't have to do at the time

I could hear a sports talk tune in your toaster Which you guys must remember there was a Gilligan's Island episode where Gilligan is getting broadcast through his teeth I remember that you remember that mm-hmm The professor either the dumbest smartest guy or the smartest dumb guy proves this is happening There that's Paul and again the professor he could turn three coconuts and a rock into a short way Radio but he couldn't build a boat. I know couldn't get him on the island pretty much simple premise By the way, I don't remember they had to murder Gilligan Yeah, because they were always so close to getting rescued he ruined it. Yeah, well, no, I was an idea when if you hear me out on this the The Archies Which was kind of a sort of generic comic I beg your pardon. It's been around for quite some time not the band Turned into a rather hip dark TV series called Riverdale

How about this for an idea and pat you'd have to do the theme song the Gilligan's out on theme song make it real dark Okay, I could do that change change it up a little bit But if they took Gilligan's Island and made it real serious and make Gilligan a serial killer. Oh, yeah I think Mrs. Howell you think she would do it. Oh, yeah, actually the one I never trust that was Tina Louise Yeah, she by the way for a three-hour tour hell of a wardrobe no joke Well, you know people like that, don't you think pack for a weekend. I just so you'd go a ginger not Marianne, huh? Oh, no, no, no, no, no, Marianne is the one Absolutely she was in here. She was so sweet. Yeah, she was very nice But yeah, you're still alive. I remember how I went on a very short ski trip the other day Yeah, one of the girls on the trip had a suitcase. I could barely lift it for three days for a three-day trip And there were no there was no ski stuff. There was no there was no Someone in your entourage. Yes, no ski boots

No, I mean, it's amazing how many outfits that I'll go there. We go here's Jeffrey Jeff. I was I'm glad you're here First of all, I just got this letter. They're my hot and now hot now Their mascot was a speedy cartoon rabbit They had fast as a rabbit service. However, it doesn't appear that they served rabbit Oh, okay. I wonder if they had car hops I went to one of those places a rabbit themed restaurant. Yeah, I got a hair in my mouth Not used to that Now Jeffrey yesterday you had an idea you wanted to take to Shark Tank right and do you remember what it was? Yeah, why

I Mys flavored a cat food. Yeah, mice flavored cat food after we got off the area did a little homework There is a mouse-based cat food. No, there's no. Yes, there is There is you can see right there. It's called Mauser Rabbit and mouse they have they have a variety they have a they have chicken and mouse They have a rabbit and mouse. I'll be nervous. This is canned cat food Because you're getting a joys of very bad It says it says Mauser is the primary specialized brand offering canned cat food containing real Ethically sourced mouse meat wow Mixed with protein including rabbit duck and turkey Designed americats natural ancestral diet. This is real flavor has the turkey and mouse is the forest hunter rabbit mouse brush hunter chicken mouse field hunter and pond hunter it tastes like it has duck and mouse in it and we were trying to name it

As far as I can tell this is in the USA. I just started going around the internet and found this stuff 28 bucks a can it might be Well, I mean the way dog food is now. There's some there's some dog foods out there that cost more Oh my god trust me. Are you you're the only cat person? Do you would you serve your cat this? Yeah, I mean if I find it I will I'll see if you can try it. Oh gravy likes it cheats her dry food is rabbit So that's that's what she has no kidding. Yeah, the wet food is salmon or white fish or chicken. You know this says Dear Bob and Tom show tell Jeff Cancel his appointment with shark tank. I work for a veterinary hospital in mason, Michigan There is a cat food made of mice It's available by request the brand we order is called mouse her and it's contents are mouse and rabbit so this person found out She has got my ticket my plane ticket Oh Refundable fair I think maybe I think if you give it a spin and make it we remember we we what was the name?

We have like Mice Aroni. Oh, yeah, Mice Aroni. Here's one dear Tom spitballing here How about to move that mouse kibble of mice and meow? Feels a little clunky make it pie-piper foods. This is the suggestion here Someone suggested to me meow mice. Oh, instead of mix. Yeah, and then we had the Steinbeck Of mice and meow See what you miss check I think we're getting a little bit too long hair here What about me mace's pieces right that was a Yeah, we talked about that I like mice Aroni Yeah, I do Then I googled what city in America has the most mice anyone want to guess Well, we said New York didn't we? Apparently the answer is Chicago. Yeah, and I'm not sure where they got that stat But my daughter will tell you about it because she's got them in her apartment. Oh, okay. How about mice crispy?

Very good Or mouse crispy either one of chef boy or mousey. I don't know Thank you Jeffrey Fun comedian Jeff Oscar. Oh right now. I want to talk back anytime just not today I want to I want to talk about a this is a product a thing. I'm a huge fan of this and it's not just because They're an advertiser. I first heard about these on this show and I immediately got one and I love it It's called the aura frame. You know what's gonna happen people are getting these and they're giving them and they're receiving them and the friends of the people who have gotten them have told the people who haven't gotten them yet So they're thinking where's mine? Uh-huh. Have you gotten them your mom or dad or grandparents and are a frame? They're gonna they're gonna want to know where there's is yeah Now you could get one Christy for your daughter. Yeah at her apartment in Chicago And then you could place a photograph today of for example your lovely boots So instead of just getting a little chinsy thing on her phone the size of a postage stamp You could send her a nice eight by 10 of your feet by the way many of our listeners would also like one of those

It's called the aura frame you load it and you can keep loading it and it holds an unlimited number of videos and photographs and they rotate Around I'm looking at one right now. It's a weird picture of me with a beard and chick McGee. Hello boy between the two of us That's about 150 pounds ago. Yeah, there's like who are those two fat guys? I didn't realize how fat you were That's a very unfortunate photograph. Yeah, I've since that was taken. I've grown a full head of hair The larger point is the aura frame won't help you grow hair, but it will get a little cheery up It's these are so cool unlimited storage You can load the photos and the cool thing about this is through the magic of electricity and satellite technology I think it is I loaded a lot of the photographs on that from my house while that frame was still sitting here it involves some kind of Anyone want to help me here? What is it some kind of electronic medium of some sort? It's And I by the way I did have help from the worldwide web I had I had a storage and you sent it. I had help from my 12-year-old daughter at the time

Thank you very much coming up We have um dockslands in the news cute little doggies and a solution for Christie's problem yesterday She wanted to spruce up her bathroom. Oh, yeah, she needs some help. I was hoping to give a good tip for them. Oh, yeah I was really hoping somebody would come through and it'll come up next all right I'm looking forward to that once again these are the oraleota part studios. Thanks for joining us

This is the Bob and Tom show thanks for listening to the Bob and Tom show this morning Even though we're not too much to look at you can also watch the show on our YouTube channel Need parts fast oh Riley auto parts as fast need them now we've got now No matter what you need we have thousands of professional parts people doing their part to make sure you have it We're oh Riley fast Just one part that makes oh Riley stand apart the professional parts people Oh Auto parts Oh, always what I was amazing you need to stop saying sh words Hello shirt and welcome back to the Bob and Tom show. We are in the O'Reilly Auto parts studios. There's Christie Lee hello and her cowboy boots got the cowboy boots are

Those are nice. I want a picture of those all right. We'll get one next. All right. There's Pat god I was both both the other and his cowboy shirt Uh, there's Josh Arnold. Hi. Just just being Josh. Josh is Josh. There's Ace Cosby. Hey I'm chick hello Tom and now Christie had an idea earlier that I've turned into a concept and It would be go on shark tank and Walk up there with Like 10 people behind you of different sizes and different genders. All right, and all the same color No, not necessarily. Oh, this could be a diverse crew that reason I'm out What we found out one of the charts was crazy crazy As soon as like to not white people I'm sorry Your Filipino reason for that reason I'm out and why isn't Damon on the other side of the studio Pacific in my concert you go on shark tape, but in other words you have a diverse group of human being standing behind you

And uh, because your idea of Christie your problem is your cowboy boots are new. You need to break them in right and this would be a service in which you get a photo of these Gensal ladies behind me. They have different shoe sizes A team of people it's a team of human beings. Um, who are kind of down in their lock So The concept you so you can take that So the concept here is you will give them your shoes and they'll walk around with them. Yeah, looking for jobs And in the prices of that break in your shoes. So it's uh, it's it's a it's a it's a it's a good Oh, yeah, because I didn't it he clouded it with so much it hints of slavery Well, it hints of uh, well, let's go with indentured servitude I did not pitch that by the way

I just want to go on record now breaking in shoes for other people is a real company often done by friends with similar foot sizes Or as a service by professionals to spare the owner from blisters and to you know what happens in Nashville all that you think Morgan wall and effort Parrot cowboy boots I see I think he probably did I think there's some others And it's the cowboy boots especially bold to your feet so it's very important to break them in But aren't you supposed to get them soaking wet and to wear them barefoot? Oh, are you? I don't know. Is that true? That's a good way to ruin the boot overall I think this is sometimes no, no, no, I'm just Sometimes joked about it says here, but the queen queen Elizabeth kiwi too She had a couple of people on the staff same size feet and she would Those people would break the run if he was it was it was a you heard of them a footman. Yeah I always wondered And badam your Yes, you're a size six

Would you like to hear some tips from breaking in your shoes? I would very much We're thick socks. Yeah, I tried that today I put them on and I went nope. I can't do this. You as a hairdryer on high heat to soften the heel can help with breaking in particularly in stiffer shoes Have you tried that Christie? No, I haven't Now this is for any kind of shoe right our baby presumably leather Your sketchers slip-ins don't usually need broken in those crocs will melt over the hairdryer Now here's a key tip and the I I don't know how you didn't have something to do with this Tom But they would like to make it known if the shoe is the wrong size It will never break in properly Okay, so don't so could me get back to my my picture start to go ahead. Yes. Yes. I'd like you to meet the folks behind me They could do step forward and state your name and then then you have a guy walk out and in various languages interpret step forward and say All right

We have Gladys from Romania. Yeah, it's foreign homeless people They're gonna earn some money breaking your shoes How does that differ from the queen having a footman I I would have called it I would have caught walk a mile in my shoes Pat can you write a song called that good? Okay Or maybe maybe was was that one baby don't you walk so fast daddy daddy that was a good one too. I like that song Calling me He wears it going You know what he's got some young stuff on the side of town. You know, so he's not like a traveling salesman and we back in two weeks He's gone. No, his wife is a harpy and he's got to get away from her. Oh, so it's her fault. Yeah Don't you also fast my daughter's cry. Yeah daddy. Well, so why why doesn't the daughter go mommy white stop banging on the neighborhood guys We shouldn't that be all we'll have to call mr. Newton and ask him Um, I'm concerned no one called on me on or took me to task for the term young stuff

Oh, no, we heard it. Okay, all right Perfect thank you. Well, when we come back We'll try to get the show back in the road. I'm not sure what just happened. Does anyone does anyone spell their name Lori L.O. R. R. Y? Not not that I've seen but by yeah, I've not seen that I don't think I've seen LOR Sure, I know we're But we were discussing yesterday hour glasses Oracle hours class both sand sand bowls what what yeah somebody had called it a sand globe. Yeah sand and As a thomasum and we were discussing hour glasses and whether or not you could put the ashes of somebody in an hour glass correct Whatever my family played games as a truck

We would have to bring out an hour glass timer Because my dad would take forever to make a move So when he died we had him cremated and we had his ashes put into an hour glass And now whenever we play games he can still join us And in Walmart movie I think you would suggested that possibility But we were concerned that the consistency of right so Lori please write back and let us know if you had to add it with sand or if it was just the ashes how that works Yeah, I should know this I cuz the cremated remains that I've seen are typically very dusty How to like you clean your fireplace Even like yeah, like yeah, very good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's yeah, but yeah, maybe if you mix them with sand Well, what a great idea they could make little ones for everybody in the family They could take dad with them wherever they went. Oh, yeah, that's what my family. Yeah, that's insane Chad Our tiny errands. Yeah, I have a tiny heart that has part of my dad. Oh, I just got one from your your boyfriend Andy

Said yes, please get one and then when when Chrissy starts talking I'll turn it up and then as soon as it's Right, it's course. She has to be quiet A buddy of mine had an idea he was gonna walk around with a little recorder that had a orchestra playing So if somebody was talking too long he would just hit it and the orchestra would start playing him Like the Academy Awards. We'll be right back Remember we had the bit announcer guy Sure with a guy felt we did which we did like 20 years ago. That's now a commercial one if you see oh it is oh, yeah Is he doing the voice? She says they're so pretty and they have different cylinder colors and different sizes

There you go Now that's a toothbrush holder and the decanter if you will but I'm sure they make something A little wider for the close to that water paper over the water pick. So It's sort of a sillon like a cylinder the size of a tennis ball can yeah But it's but it's kind of made baskety it reminds you flowers on top and you would put it on top of your tooth It looks like a dildo holder is what it looks that kind of you could do that dude You know somebody's using it for that and why wouldn't they yeah That'd be a shame you go grandma comes over and she knocked she knocks it over and I knocked over your flower What's this big Vayner It reminds me of Uncle Clarence grandma. What's this big Vayner I know grandma Whenever in parenthood when they're looking for a flashlight. Oh, yeah At Tom's favorite line from that scene is Don't worry dad. Yeah, they they're the okay. Well, I do this look the other way and you don't see the chair coming in and then A college baseball game a between loyal to Merrim out and you see Santa Barbara briefly delayed after a long beaked Pelican crashed into the safety net behind home plate There he is Oh Yeah, oh, yeah, he's like oh whatever I he looks like He looks like the store from Warner Brothers car to love that car Everybody wants to have a drink with a store that's such a great character. Yeah, it is my Yeah, you see that guy's like going go on. No leaf. No, yeah, well, that's what's got a happy ending Because a lot of us major league baseball bird stories end with flying feathers and they sure know I had another kamikaze bird. That's two now What's the system? Huh they hit the window and die

At your home. Yes, it's awful. Fellas. Do you think that? Are you talking to him demonic possession? Were you telling him about a trip you took one time? Isn't there something you can do isn't there some? I don't know if I'm sure listeners will know It's like dang dangle foil or something and then and then Andy and I met and it was love at first sight You think she's gonna close the window I there's nothing worse than having to go out there and pick up these poor little birds. Oh Check it. I give you a list You're gonna leave it on the deck. Oh the deck Yeah, it's on the deck Like a creature would come and take it or so Eventually a wood what's that seen in storks Kelsey grammars of stork and he lets a bird hit the window and a power move Yeah, that movie was real funny really yeah, underrated. What's it called? Storks and it's about birds Andy Sandberg I think is one. Yeah chicken. I went to the theater and there were kids in there

But we laughed way too cartoon. Yeah And you should have seen the parents as Josh and I were walking down the aisle to find our seat Just subtly reaching over and holding their children We were coming in to watch the cartoon Uh, it's like we walked in with candy dishes and butterflies I've got a nice van outside little man Here's Tom sports Frightening moments caught on video to Southern California ski resort a skier slipped and ended up dangling high in the air from a moving You see in this video The incident happened at Their way up high She it's she and they're going higher the young woman in the middle There's various accounts of this did she do it on purpose? Well It won't accounts as she slipped The other says she was trying to do a pull-up as and She is dangling from that and that would be just enough to break your neck

Now they're laughing as as they're holding her and stuff which does sort of suggest a stunt but she said she would Will keep reading she was terrified. Oh, it looks scary now looks like a tic-toc video to me, but they do so they do wreak of So-called influencer, yeah, but You could really get hold you could really get She then when you get to the chairlift where it drops they had to stop it. I was gonna say because she break her leg the That's everyone's nightmare being in a ski lift like that half in half out Well, there's a bunch of different accounts of this I read a couple of one of them said she thought she could drop down holding the bar So she's below the chair itself and she thought she could pull herself back up But her skis and boots weighed so much she couldn't do it and that she's a twin And then the two other people grabbed her and held her and She this says one of them said she feared she might fall to her death Well, then don't do stupid stunts. Well, you know, yeah, you stupid stunts, but there's no way

There's no way she just slipped No, she said she did it on purpose. Yeah And it's she's wearing a ski bib so you can't tell that she sharded her bridges Well, that's good. I mean, at least she spared that embarrassment. Yeah, that would be Ha-ha-ha Can you play it again? I want I Okay, yeah see the other two people that are holding are our snowboarders So I'm kind of surprised they didn't just let her go Because snowboarders of course are primarily evil. It's a feud right? Yeah Yeah, yeah, I think skiers are winning think more sports coming up. We got ween are dogs on ice. Oh I don't go anywhere. Oh, yeah. Okay. Um, and also coming up on Ali brain with sexy time. Yeah. That's going to be very good. We've got a world record from our buddy David Rush. Oh boy. And, um, if you're concerned about, uh, if you're, if you're, if you're concerned about your, um, male member, I am. Well, there's a, uh, what have you heard, man? There's, there's a new phrase

that's been around for, I don't know, a decade or so. Uh, and it goes something like this. There's an app for that. Uh, well, now there's an app for the old Johnson. Uh, time. Uh, I'm, I'm better than I'd get them. I'd give it away. I, you'll be quite surprised as to what it does. Is it something we can do? Uh, yeah. If you want to, I, I don't think you'll sorry for you. There's Pat Goplin. Hey, chick. Jess Hooker has fallen by. Hello. There's a question for. Hi, Ace Cosby. Hey, I'm chick McGee. Hello. No, but please don't talk over my name being said. Josh Arnold. Thank you. Your name again. Oh, Josh Arnold. Oh, thank you very much. Oh, I often forget. Um, I like that pajama top look, Jess. Thanks Tom. Sweet. Um, my question. It's just a button down with Stripe. It looks like pajamas to Tom. I do kind of feel like I should be talking to you through a fence. You're familiar with that story. You're talking to your lawyer today. We were talking about this. There was kind of a cliche thing in which back in the day,

in a movie or whatever TV show, if somebody ordered a pizza, they would always say, hold the anchovies. Right. No anchovies. And that just seems to be something that never happens anymore. And I guess in the 50s and 60s, was that a staple? You know what? Even as late as the 90s, I bet Jess and I could reenact an anchovies scene. Oh, I'm going to have to think about it. Do you want to be Ross or do you want to be Rachel? Oh, I could be Rachel. Okay. She's ordering pizza. She's very mad at me. Okay. And I'm Ross. No anchovies, please. Um, if you could just chop them up real fine and put them in the sauce, that would be great. He goes no anchovies. He goes extra anchovies. And he goes, I'll just pick them off. If you could chop them up real fine. That's right. Michael, all right. Uh, good morning, y'all, because we found out there's a TV show called that. Where is that? Yeah, in Tyler, Texas with a very handsome host and a very, a very

pretty co-host. It's called good morning, y'all. And it's cool. Um, it says, I heard you guys talking about anchovies on pizza, triggered a latent memory. I was an assistant manager at Monaco's Pizza in Hoops Town, Illinois. Monaco's does a good job. Home of the, uh, does he have the name of the high school there? The mascot? No. I believe it's the corn jerkers. Oh, oh, is it really? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think so. Really? Hoops doing corn jerkers. Yeah. No, no, in high school. All right. I'm corn. A lot of very satisfied. Uh, yeah. I'm sorry. Uh, I apologize, Michael. He was the new word to him. Um, he would bother that. And I can suck itself. I can watch my own. How are we done? To me, can we move on? I'm getting audio requests. Yeah, the corn jerkers. Um, Hoops Town, Illinois, Monaco's pizza. Yeah, very good. Um, one night a few of my buddies came in and wanted to try anchovies. Ah, they brought their own little cans. So I put them on the pizza

with regular topping stuck in the oven. It stuck the whole place up. Nobody ever tried it again. Oh, so they don't have anchovies there. But I mean, that, no, apparently, I remember hearing that all the time, but I don't remember ever going to a place where they said whole that they actually normally put anchovies on a pizza. Yeah. I thought so like a supreme pizza used to come with anchovies because it was everything. So if you wanted to supreme and then minus the anchovies, I'd like a judgment call on this. We got on the topic of anchovies because the other lady in the room here, I don't want to use her name. You can use my name. I never had them on about a squeaky wheel, huh? Oh, gets a Caesar salad with no dressing. Yeah. And I would contend along with everyone else here that is no longer a Caesar salad. Not only that, but we're getting mail about how irritated the listeners are. So your Caesar salad has shaped Parmesan and croutons and romaine, yes. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Don't forget the Caesar romaine. That's a Romaine sauce, you know, 1950s actor. I am Caesar Romaine. I am not taking off the mustache to play the Joker.

I would not. I don't like Caesar dressing, but I like the salad part. It's not a Caesar. Yeah. That's one of those things where the dressing does make the way it works. This is a good point and it hurts my heart to say it. How do you get a Caesar salad? You have to say on the side, I guess. Yeah. Well, I just say hold the dressing. It's way too easy. And am I correct in saying that Caesar salad was invented in Mexico? Yes, you are right. Yes, it was a guy. It should be says our salad. Oh, I don't know how they pronounced it, but I just made Caesar dressing over the weekend. Yeah, delicious. So you've actually bought anchovies and kind of do the whole thing. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You have an anchovy farm, I thought. The other side of town. So the anchovies ground up in the Caesar dressing. Yeah, yeah, I have a big wooden bowl and you do the whole thing. Yeah, olive oil and lemon, capers. Sometimes if you want capers, you can also buy anchovies paste.

And chovies paste in a favor. Here we go. Here we go. I just did a little Google in your. Oh, this is interesting. Josh, you want to go steal some capers? It'd be the caper caper. Oh, we got to have a caper. I think it should be Caesar because it was invented by Caesar Cardini, widely credited as the inventor of the same style. The magnificent cardini. Italian-born chef, restaurateur. No, no, no. Hey, that don't sound Mexican to me. And in Tijuana, Tijuana. That's south from South San Diego. Yeah, during the Italian guy doing in Tijuana. Yeah, way about nine dollars, right? On a busy independence day weekend, they ran low on supplies. He improvised a salad using romaine lettuce, garlic, olive oil, lemon, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Well, he nailed it. Then it says notably, the original recipe does not include anchovies. It's not parmesan. Huh? It's parmesan. It's not parmesan. Yeah, that's right. Why do you mess with everything?

I was reading it rapidly. What's low down? How do you pronounce it? Parmesan. Not parmesan. Parmesan. Yeah, you said parmesan. We were going to, like, come ask your daughters if they know what anchovies are. Oh, yeah. That was a staple punchline for a while. One of the other classic comedy tropes we've lost, souffle comedy. Oh, yes, where you either had to step lightly or people otherwise play hilarious. souffle always funny. By the way, I finally figured out how Groucho developed his famous walk. All right. He was in our green room trying to come in here and not spill his coffee. Yeah, you do that. You do that thing where you're putting shock absorbers on your knees and trying to, have you ever tried to make a souffle? Yes. No. I hear that stuff. Yeah. Do you think there's a lady named souffle? I hold. It's Bobby's wife. Yeah. Bobby fly. Have you guys had relan anchovies? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. They grow them in the mecanos. Yes. Spent some time. Oh, you know what I got right in my gay period. By the way,

to me, you were never prettier right now in your gay period. Oh, yeah. You were lovely. Thank you. By the way, have you miss hooker? Have you noticed a patch shirt? I like it. I do too. Well, you want to listen to you. Listen to you guys got to embrace you. Get that picture. That's like a test pattern. YouTube stripes and checks. Here's the sound of patch shirt. Hey, y'all. Never wear it again. Never wear it again. I'm always going to wear black. Alan brought me these. Sardine. Sardine fillets and a hundred percent olive oil. I haven't tried them yet. They're good. Now, they're not mild. No, not at all. We're not going to lie to you. Are they skinned and bones? It's perfect. It says skinless and boneless. You need the skin in the bones. It's the liquor bone right here. It's my penis. He says bone. Yeah. Oh, thank you. Welcome to the subtlety hour. Whatever happened to double on Condra. That's your classic single on time. Yeah. Hey, you're saying it. Hey, hey, you need a couple of sandals. Just move the runner up.

Yeah, I'm not. I don't like it. It's good. It's two. It's two early. Yeah, that's a tough call for. Are you going to have a brain? No, thank you. Yeah. You know, Jess could tell you. Sardines are crazy, healthy. That's hurt. My doctor told me that's the one thing in like a case a day. That's my physical. I got to get more omega-3. If you're nervous to try it, I recommend crisping them up on the stovetop. Oh, really? Yeah, that way you don't get the, I mean, it's just a hard skillet. Like in a skillet? Yes. No, do these look like little tiny fish? They do. Yeah. Yeah. A little face. I don't think those will have the head on them. Oh, yeah. They have a face on them and they have to smile them. So do you eat that? Do you eat the whole thing like Ed and all? I don't. I get the fillets. They look exactly like peppered farmgold fish. They're made of fish. Yep. I see. Okay. Well, thank you. No, I don't get the head when I get

sardine when I eat sardine. Here it comes. Here it comes. Girls want nothing to do with me. Your breath's so bad. Here it comes. Hey, sometimes a low-hanging fruit tastes pretty good. Oh, yeah. It's a very excellent thing. She's way the right person. Coming up, Ali Brin has been moved to tomorrow's show. Okay. No one let's just fire her so that's adventurous. Yeah, she shows us zero respect. Yeah, that still gives you time to write her a letter. I had an ingrown hair. I couldn't. She's skiing. I'm calling you. She's skiing. Yeah. Are you kidding me? Well, now we know she's not getting fired. She's probably getting bonus. Coming up, we have that. And we have some really interesting stuff going on. And when we come back, we have the weener dog race. Yep. And there's also a very interesting story flying around the internet involving a trapeze artist. Oh, hi. That's a lost artist. No, this is horrifying. Yeah. Well, there's a catch. Well, don't spoil.

Is it Mr. and Mrs. trapeze artists and they were having fight and he purposely dropped her? No, no. All I'm going to say is, um, don't say anything. It deserves it. It's, um, in a double entendre sense, intercontinental. Oh, boy. In continental. Oh, no. When we return to the Araliato Park Studios, this is the bot worse. This is the Bob and Tom show. We're in the Araliato Park Studios. There's Christy Lee. Hello, chick. She's at the new center. Hello, indeed. There's Pat Godwin. Hey, check it. There's Jess Hooker. Hello. There's Josh Arnold. Hi. Ace Cosby. Howdy. I am chick. Low Tom. What's again, we were talking about some controversial stuff going on right now in the world. Of course, I'm talking about anchovies on pizza. Because that was kind of a trope almost to hold you anchovies. I can remember my mom ordering pizzas as a kid and saying that. But again, it's it's I don't you never hear that anymore. So I did a little bit of homework here. Yeah. It says anchovies were used in the earliest traditional Neapolitan pizzas because of their low cost with respect to cheese being so expensive. Huh. Okay. Isn't that interesting? Wow. So they couldn't find cheese. So they put a

baby fish on it. They couldn't pay for it. The cheese was too expensive. This says in the United States, anchovies are common standard topping for immigrants in the late 1800s. But became a mainstay staple in the 50s, 60s and 70s. Popularity declined. They say starting in the 1980s. So I missed it. Do you guys eat anchovies? No. I don't think I've ever had an answer. Apparently my husband said he's had anchovies on pizza. Yeah. But again, the trope, whatever you want to call it, it would be there was always you'd have to say. And if you watch any sitcoms from that era, someone goes, yeah, hold the anchovies, as if that was the way they standard would you kiss Lanny if he ate the same as Andy. Andy, if you if he ate eight anchovies, do they smell bad? I don't know. I would not. You wouldn't. No. However, anyone want to take this? No, we don't know. When he does actually a kiss him right after that. Thank you. Thank you,

Thank you, okay, I am jovian Bush, I don't know that somewhere on the website. What the hell do? Okay, I'm so many dominoes still have anchovies. Yeah, okay, some pizza huts huts and I've heard of my my voice to stop for I've heard of pizza hot. I've never heard of pizza hot It's a football player. Yeah, okay, all right, but then some Papa John's, but that's something you would have to order It wouldn't be it wouldn't come that way Normally, right. Yeah, it's a topping you have to add. It's like having a landow roof That was the that was the hideous of fake half convertible on Cadillac back in the 70s just off Real, they crowned vicks out of it. Never never look good. Yeah, real low real low rent look You're a bad gold jewelry with a sweatsuit Yeah, yeah, that Lama's guy wasn't he the good Fernando Lama's

I'm impressed the owners can stay up and stay up on the ice. Yeah, look at how cute they are I love docksins My brother and sister-in-law have two when they're especially long-haired ones. They're calling it a weiner race They should call it chili dogs. Oh, I like that Why would they not be gold? I shouldn't call it like but to the chili dog runner. So because Did you see the the weiner dog that want that's not that's not no real weiner That is kind of a mix. I think it is. He's not of some sort. Are they I don't want no one is like engaged Is a girl in the cover No, I need one of those warnings before I see two guys kiss like hey Why don't you lie to be careful? My question would be at one point Did you get confidence that you feel like you can just go ahead? Apparently it was Easter Biscuit. Yeah, it really made Tom think he can get away with it. You know

Yes I pulled you over officer didn't hear the Easter Biscuit You know what you're free to go Happy put down next time 1990 Dremond green of uh. Oh, yeah of The NBA the boys do not cheat yourself go online and and Google Steph Curry blandly listening to Dremond green rant so good and it is so wonderful Steph wasn't playing. He's standing there and it's a real nice jacking a ball cap You know and they're in a heated exchange of Dremons God Steph's just staring at you Got it and one of the captions was uh Something about your girl is trying to tell you something If she's having a crash out and your response is and he's just there and he's shaking his head Wonderful look at it. Um, this says his son is named cash Cash green. Cash green. It's gonna be done. I don't know. Okay. Um, he's got a pretty good podcast out there Let's do some uh, let's do some history with respect to uh, the founding of this country

1801 Thomas Jefferson became the first president inaugurated in Washington D.C Uh-huh. His first line was they named it after him Crazy drunk then he looked across the way and he goes why is there something called the Lincoln Memorial Was very confusing All those names may change I I really want to see my dad used to say man, I wish I knew how this was all gonna Yeah, I can't wait um But they're Jefferson inaugurated he was uh Moving on up if you will to the You just this is interesting I don't know why but I'm mad at Pat Yeah, now that you know this the famous inauguration it featured uh the the the marine band That's right on the brother's show because the navy band couldn't dry off We gotta stop it. We have to stop it. We need an action. He this was

No, no think about it. It's March. Yes, and they were inaugurating a president. Yeah correct and Jefferson Dennis speech did say It's way too nice today. We should do this in January Yeah, why do we do this in January? Okay, you hear the nothing I mean, it is interesting that they moved it You're the one that wanted to inaugurate a president on April 16th Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, the election should be on the day before taxes are due April 14th Okay, let's see. How about this one? And I hear it you don't want any significant facts about James Madison, Christie Lee no ask you for a reason He was he was very handsome, I guess. What's his wife? No, Dolly Madison Yes, but he was because she makes a good cake. He was he was um Yeah, I'm always I think the shortest president in history, right? Oh really? I think so. I think so Teddy Roosevelt wasn't short him or cool. Or did you just make him me because I think it's Madison Okay, he of course appears on the five thousand dollar bill weird no longer its circulation

Um, thanks you said what's odd about it. Here's what it says here. It says James Madison the first president inaugurated wearing American-made clothes. Huh Well, where'd they come from before that? Oh, you're probably. Yeah. Oh, wow. That is Um, and if you look closely at this photograph you can see Oshkosh Pagash right there in his suit Oh, he's wearing a size two toddler He was wearing Ray bands Ray bands, but they weren't polarized then come up with that. Oh, no 1847 William Henry Harrison delivered the longest presidential inaugural speech It was a way longer than an hour and you know what happened to him Somebody got sick didn't he? Yeah, he famously died. I don't know like a month later. Hey, don't they say kind of caught colds doing that? Yeah That's what they said, right? Well back then when you you sneeze and the doctor goes well you have two weeks Yeah, we got nothing if only we had something to kill the germs Yeah, I know they they famously asked the accrue that was helping out with the speech

They gave him the light after 35 minutes. He just stayed up there I don't say Stand up comedy joke I lastly of all things in 1909. This was the date that William Howard Taft Was inaugurated famously during what anyone remember this one what year? In 1909 William Howard Taft and I read it during a Oscar night and people didn't know what to watch No, he's doing a Snowstorm in which 10 inches of snow fell Yeah, and they knew that it was 10 inches because Taft took his subway sand which And there was still two inches showing He helped you I didn't need it all but it helped it good. He was a large man. Wasn't he? Uh, oh, this is a good one Did you find this photograph by the way um And I know how to I'm gonna pronounce this incorrectly. I apologize. Is it pronounced humility? Yeah, or

Is it pronounced Nosferatu or Nosferatu? I've always said Nosfer Nosferatu is what I've said really well, that's wrong. I'm many love No, I'm sticking to it. I like the way you say. Do you know? Uh, it was just it was just remade, right? Let's see if I say if you see the new nose Faratu So I'm a nose guy. No, no, no, I think it's not I in 1922 the first Nusferatu slash noseferatu was there. It's considered to be the first vampire film. I saw that recently. FW Murned. Yeah. It's good. It holds up. And Nusferatu. I did this math on this. It's an anagram for use on farts. Oh, uh, yeah, he's he is not stopped. What the hell does that mean? That's worse than Easter. Recently, there was a hip-hop slash sort of gothic song that came out from Lil Nasferatu X. Well done. Okay. All right. We're back. The judges are going to

allow it. So is this is this Nusferatu guy separate from Dracula? Yeah. Because they honestly, it was a rights issue. They did not have bram bram stokers, uh, whatever the the permission do Dracula. So they did Nusferatu. They just gave it a name. Yeah. It's a very like the high-drocks. The high-drocks cookie, if you will. Yeah. It's not an Oreo. Okay. That's great. And the new one is really the art direction in the old one though. It's so cool. Well, that famous shadow. He's going to the stairs. Now, Christy, this will make you a keel over. Oh, God. In 1927, Babe Ruth became the highest paid player in Major League Baseball history with a three-year contract per season paying about $70,000 with the New York Yankees. That would be only 1.3 million today. No, he got ripped off. Yeah. Right. Yeah. At least that's I did the math on that. That's, uh, I mean, what are the what's a average Major League Baseball player make today? A lot. Like 10 million or something. An hour. Plus an assistant. No,

there aren't there. They're baseball players that makes $70,000 a day. We're we're we're looking at a billion dollar contract. Oh, yeah. Um, how long ago was Alex Rodriguez's for 10 years, uh, 240 million or whatever the major 24 minutes. Yeah. I'm I'm I thought it was 26 million a year, right? Wasn't that it? But Babe Ruth also, I it doesn't say that here, but he was paid partially in hot dogs, which would take it up to a million. Taft was two foot long. Are you running the change of country? Well, I'm running for the hot dog. Uh, now Josh and I can argue about this one. 1952 Ernest Hemingway finished the old man in the sea on this date. I love it. I'm not a fan. I'm I get I'll take in our time any any time over that. Um, I mean, we had to finish it on this date because his book report was due on Thursday morning. And he had to get a polished. Have you read movable feast? Uh, I have not recently. Oh, yeah. I liked that one. I've not read the full catalog. I've

only read four or five. I just read the Sun also rises. Man, is there a lot of drinking in that? Dude, well, he was a drinker. Every I know he can't believe it. Yeah, every scene I went down to breakfast and like you feel hung over. Yeah, it's just like, God, they're still drinking at five a.m. Yes. The old man. What's the problem? The old man in the sea? If you ever read the old man in the sea? Yeah. Yeah. Spoiler alert. The sea wins. Well, it's about aging. Oh, it's a terrible. It's a wonderful book. He catches subtitled a shark ate my marvelous. What was it? I have a book about me and my son. It's called the old man in the sea section. Tom loves that. I was going to stop, but now I can go nowhere, but I'm with this Pat. This one's for you. I thought the bombs were just falling in Iran. Oh, wait a minute. In 1966, Pat, you'll know what famously did John Lennon say

that got a lot of publicity. That's the Beatles. Big of Jesus. That's right. And of course, they were referencing the sugar. Jesus Allu, the famous, basically, basically, and Jesus. Jesus was in God's office kind of just thumbed through a magazine and down, down on earth were bigger than Jesus. Jesus kind of looks up and goes, what that kind of just say? Well, see, that was the British invasion. Jesus was bigger during the Roman invasion. If you want to get technical about it, Dad, did he just say what I said? Do you? Do you want to say what they're doing? I just said, we're not moving forward. Boy, that's him going on. I didn't say that. I don't know why they go. Well, God got back to him. I got two words. Yo, go. Oh, no. Let's see. No, we're not quite done here. Oh, we're done. Do you think it's interesting that a culture? Do we think it's kind of ballsy to name your kid, Jesus? Yeah. Well, hey, Zeus is one thing. Really, it's not the same. What do you mean

is that the same? Well, I mean, it doesn't have the same. It's a cultural thing. Can you name a child, Buddha or Muhammad? That's the most popular name in the world. But don't call it picture. According to my glove. But Buddha, there must be somebody in Buddha, right? I'm sure his kids, I mean, but why not? There are people smoke a lot of pot. We're going to name him Buddha. Good luck to that kid. We can throw a pizza. Um, and then there's hatred 2005 on this date. Martha Stewart was released from prison. Oh, yes. I thought that was a really tasteful neck tattoo that she had. Wasn't that nice? She said, I love Shirley. I was an interesting documentary. Did you watch that one, chick? No, I'm with the Stewart. Yeah, it was. Did she give her prunal recipe? No, she made some friends in prison. Yeah, she made a lot of friends. I have trouble watching a woman of an age to do anything. Really? I don't care for that. Hey, I have a crafting question. Who

in this room? I've always wanted to know. I don't know how to do this. Okay. You take your scissors. Martha Stewart and Jail's what made me think. Okay. Take your scissors. And you have a ribbon. Oh, you curl. And you kind of curl the ribbon with the scissors. I end up either cutting my hand or the ribbon does nothing. You've got to get it on the right side. Oh, I'm not using the right side. I don't know. I did that. I don't do that. You were thinking of scissoring. Oh, yeah. You know, Martha Stewart did some scissoring. She had to. I think they're not like a remake of Shawshank, except that she's going to have one of those live, laugh love posters. And she has all nice party. It's a Shawshank reception. That's nice. It's a nice cap. I was more surprised that actually had some humor there. What we've been doing. The Shawshank C-Sex. No. Hey, are you like me out the door? Yeah. That's where simply safe. And my home security system. I've been big.

We have to finish our sports projects. It's unbelievable. We do have some interesting stuff in the world of news. And I've got to hear this trapeze story. Yes, it's this thing is sort of taken over a certain aspect of the of the internet. So you know it's what I think it is. I had said it's worse. That's coming your way. So I hope you can hang out with us. We're going to come back when we come back. Is that right? Well, when we return we'll be here. I hope you are too. Yeah. We like to come back to where we were when we started. Right. And I'm going to see if Pat can top his lobster bisque joke, which is going to go down in history is the turducken of these two thousand. And the Shawshank C-section or whatever that old man in the C-section. Old man in the C-section. What?

Boy, that's what's going on there. My headphones went out. That's right. That isn't a baby you have in there. It's your punch. These are the Araliato part studio as I indicated earlier and this remains the Bob and Tom show. Got a comment to share? Text us at 888-262-8661. This is the Bob and Tom show. Hey, welcome back to the Bob and Tom show. We're in the Araliato parts studio Stinco Riley auto parts for all your car care needs. Get the parts and service you need fast from the professional parts people. At Araliato parts there's Christy Lee. Hello. She's at the news desk. There's Pat Godwin. Check. Got a play song here. Sure. That's what I heard. I'm ready to go. There's Jess. Hooker. Hello. There's Josh Arnold. Hi. Is it called Easter Biscuit? This is called Easter Biscuit. There's Ace Cosby. If you're just joining us. Hello, Tom. Easter Biscuit is a new code word for failure. Oh boy. It is used to be turducken. Yes,

this is the new turducken for long time listeners. We have moved on. Okay. We haven't finished our sports broadcast. I love her. Christo Fernandez, who portrays soccer player Danny Rohan. I love him. Football is life. Yes, that's that guy. On Ted Lasso. Man, what a great show that is. What's the premise of Ted Lasso, Josh? Oh, it's a classic fish out of water story. Yeah, sort of American guy goes over to play. They call flashlights torches over me. Everybody feels real good about it. I've been underestimated all my life. And he wins the dark tournament. Oh, according to reports, the 35 year old Rojas, which means red stick. Yeah, with he's been with training with Alipazzo, Alipazzo, Alipazzo since last week. Whoa. And that he played for 30. I'm not scared of anything anymore. He played for 30 minutes during a preseason scrimmage against New Mexico United. And he had to be revived at half time. Oh, I threw that

in. Oh, Mr. Fernandez does have a history in the sport of soccer beyond his role on the show. He played in the Academy of his hometown side. Takeos FC T.C.O.S. That means he played in high school. What is the storeball club? I played in the Academy of his hometown. So maybe it is the high school team. All right. What we would think high school. He had a serious knee injury at 15. So it's very nice stunt. Oh, what's wrong with that? Oh, and by Danny is not been confirmed coming back for season four of Ted Lasso. Oh, oh, maybe he's auditioning for another job there. People hasn't called his people. Yeah. What do you think of that, Tom? He's got to come back. I think this is probably orchestrated by the. Gotcha. By the Lasso people. Yeah. Okay. So he's either a professional soccer player. David Rush. That's David Rush. Did he give you that story? David Rush. I have a question though. Yeah. Yeah. He's actually his name. His name is Crystal Fernandez, right? Yeah. Who? Daddy Rojas.

It's not crystal. What is it? Danny, Danny Rojas and Christo Fernandez. Christo Fernandez. Okay. But isn't this like when they have a dog in a movie and the dog that Rover played by Fido? So Danny Rojas is the same as Christo Fernandez. Yeah. He could have used his real name. That's what you're saying. He's a foreigner. Aren't we all? You know, when I used to do that 30 years ago, it was kind of okay to laugh like that. I don't know. I don't know anything anymore. But it's not always funny when they have dogs. They give the other name of the dog. I've always found that hilarious dog. Not a react if it's got a different name. Max was played by Hiker. Yeah. Yeah. David Rush broke in the Guinness World record for the furthest behind the back catch of a tennis ball. Do we have this? Okay. The record to beat was a hundred and seven seven feet. Okay. With his arms with his arms behind his back. Here it comes. God. I admittedly like this kind of stuff. Hey, I think one of

us could do this. It's being hit with a racket. All of the sudden there's a random free. No, that's it. That's a that's a visual. It's the ring around the ball letting us know where the ball is. Ego Mania or an Eno Mania loves Brian Eno. See, I think one of us could do this because of the trick is this is something my brothers and I would do for a while behind the back catch. I think if you tried long enough, yeah, eventually you'd get one. Yeah. I think so. But congratulations, David Rush, one of my personal heroes. David Rush said he collaborated with Chris stump. That's STU MPH. Chris threw the tennis ball. Of course, David caught it. And he said, quote, all the glory lands on me and all the real work landed on Chris. Oh, now if you watch that video again, which I won't tell I've forgotten it already. Well, it's because you're a cat lover. If you watch the video again, there's a dog. There's a dog in the window going, really? You call that a catch. You know what I'm

saying? Oh, yeah. Have you ever seen those frisbee dogs at the games? I see my dog catch. She doesn't pirouette before she catches. It's unbelievable. That's great. What a show. She. I don't know what the hell she's thinking. Animals are hands. Has it ever been determined why dogs do that around the world thing before they? And then let end up in Oh, I thought you meant around the world thing and then catch the ball. Isn't it interesting? The dog up from dog lovers, no dog owners. You know when they're going to do it. I mean, yeah, when they go out there and oh, oh, oh, here we go. Yeah. Yeah. I'm right every time. They spin around into the ground. They do the thing and look around and they're. I've started to do that at home. Yeah. Why not? Well, that's lovely. I know you have to go in the bathroom to three twirls. I know you have close friends and I know none of them are here in the room right now. But would you go outside to use the bathroom, which you would? But could you be able to do? No. Right next to your best friend, like my dogs do. Number two. Yes. The whole bottle. Surely you've been stole the stall. Yeah. Oh, that's

true. Now do you want your buddy talking? No. No. We were just talking in the stall. No, we're both peeing. Yeah. And it was the standard thing I walk in and Pat goes, God, this water's cold. Then I said deep too. That's because every time because you have to really ladies, you know, ladies said that you'd be going steak. I'm going to try that. Hey, if you got steak, I'm going to get that looked at. Clean that area. Okay. We're talking that in. So God. Now they trick this all shapes and sizes. Oh, yeah. There's something for something for everyone. There's no need blind guys. Well, I'm sure you'll hit it off. Let's take a break and then already stop the show. I don't mean today's show. I mean stop the show. Somebody's got to put it. Somebody's got to stop this. Coming up, we have a where a trapeze artiste meets in continent in midair. I'm the way. Please tell

me it was in midair. And falling over the crowd. And their kids there were their little spinners, spinning lights things in a mommy. Also is the future of your job involving you getting a microchip implanted in your body. So the boss knows where you are. We're going to find out. We are in the Arali auto part studios. Excuse me. We are in the Arali auto part studios. This is the Bob and Tom show. Thanks for listening to the Bob and Tom show this morning. The show is also out there for you on our YouTube channel. Watch and subscribe. This is the Bob and Tom show. Hey, welcome back to the Bob and Tom show. Man, what'd you do? I trapped my finger in the microphone stand and almost pulled my finger nail off. Oh, really? You got guys working. You got guys working in oil rigs that lose their hand. I can't explain it. I'm sneaky clumsy. They put a band-aid on it and say, let's keep working. There's Kristi Lee.

I will kill you and stab you. You're not Mr. Pain Tolerance over there. We've seen you once because of the pharmaceutical products that our great country has produced. Thank you very much. Wait a minute. Hold it. Let me talk now. Hey, what are you? What are you? They're Pat Godwood. Yehold. There's Jess Hooker. Hello. Hello, Josh Arnold. Hi there. Hey, I'm chick McGee. It's just good. I took four Advil. Oh, my God. I'll get you there. Oh, yeah. Really? Yeah. It's screaming headache. Wow. Hey, do you hear that, Pat? Four Advil. Born to be wild. Do non-balled people know how painful it is hitting your head once you're bald? Like it's, I don't think so. I don't think so. Are you serious? Yes. Really? I was cleaning out my fireplace the other day and then I stood up and damned if I didn't slam my skull into the, what goes over a fireplace? Headboard fireplace. Man, so mantle. Yeah. Thank you.

You ever done that? Hit your head. Headboard on the head. I mean, everything on the mantle shifted. It was so hard and I remember that bit we had about wearing a helmet to bed because you're hitting your head on the headboard and that we're not allowed to play that anymore. No. No. It was sexual assault. Am I allowed to finish my story? I know. I'm putting it. I'm putting it under lobster bisque part two. It's, yeah, it's easier. Would you like the story better if you were telling it? No. Yes, you would. Yes. So you hit your head on the mantle. Then what happened? It hurt. Oh, my gosh. That would not have hurt as bad four or five, six years ago when I had a little more hair. Okay. Yeah. What you think that the hair acts as kind of like a, a slippery layer? You know it does. Yeah, I actually don't know what you're talking about. See this is the thing. You have, you're so judgmental. You have the judgment of a fully haired person. Do you think he thinks I'm more bald than he is? Oh, yes. Absolutely.

Whatever it is, you are less than he is. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. I like the sound of that. Exactly. Okay. Have we finished sports? Yes. What day is it? Is it Friday yet? Christy, what's going on? Now, I've got to warn you about this next story. I'm going to warn you. You'll see that there is a twist, but go ahead, Chris. How did you know what story I was going to do? Because you're going to do the one he wants you to do or they'll be consequence. Are we talking about the trapeze story? Yes. A widely circulated news story about a circus performer, defecating on the audience. He's fake. If you've seen this, it's floating around. I bet it is. We did a little bit of research. The most recent iteration of the story claims an Italian aerialist performed with stomach problems and had diarrhea during his act. It's on my default. Showering 23 people watching from below. See the beauty of this is, oh, I wrote that one. The beauty of the story is

they make it sound more authentic by having them of certain ethnicities. He's an Italian, but he craps over people in Spain. Did it hit the fans? Has he redeemed himself in my back? No, that was good. You know what? I'm sorry I'm hearing it's good. Pat, well done, Pat. You've stopped the bleeding. Yes. You know an easier way to do this is just shut up, man. No. The website snopes, however, discovered that the story dates back to 2019 when the website, there is news posted a satirical article about a trapeze artist with diarrhea reportedly dedicated on 23 people at a circus. I've always had it with snopes. Who's checking up on snopes? Yeah, that's not a thing. I think somebody did it. It's just like this couple. Well, are you pro snopes? Yeah. You're pro snopes. Oh, yeah. You love snitches. When I, when I first saw this story, I just, I was so delighted. Of course. Yeah. I mean,

it's just so you think you need to convince us of this? Because A, I'm a huge fan of trapeze artists and high-wire people. And B, high-wire people. Oh, yeah. Anyway, and then I found out that I was wondered what sister law has a trapeze school. Yeah, she does. She does. Which is incredible. Can we go do that? Oh, my gosh. No. Why would you want to do that? You know, you kind of strap on the harnesses. I'm just, I don't know much about it. You'd be a catcher. Oh, boy. He's only there. They're called a base. Oh, we got terms over here. You know what? This will be, this will be interesting for you. There might be someone here who knows what they're talking about. I hate that. I know. And I'll have you know, I can soar through the air like the, the trannest wife you've ever seen. I'm Brendan Frazier. I want an Oscar. I don't you love those old trapeze movies? Were they? Of course.

And there's the, I mean, it wasn't a genre. The greatest show on earth in Tom Heston. Yeah. The trapeze guy. There's some romance thing where is he going to drop the guy on purpose? The girl is forced to go with him. You know, the great Bambino is, you know, a banger, bang and bang and bang and Mrs. Bambino. I didn't want to see this at first, but now I find out Babe Rootson. He was also a catcher. He was a man of a certain size. You don't want to have the, you know, big guy. Josh, if I were you, I'd put him right in the throat. Okay. I'll have my, I'll have my day. Okay. So anyway, Cirque de Crape is fake. So that's a great story. That's a great story. Especially if they were, if she were flipping through the air. Oh, it's spinning. Oh, come on. You laugh if you saw it in the far video. No, I wouldn't. I'd be terrified. Did they have an AI video to accompany it?

There's a still photograph of an actual trapeze artist. Yeah, there's some. Yeah, why didn't maybe somebody did an AI take like 30 seconds to make an AI. These artists crappin' in mid-air. A 64 year old woman has been arrested in the Dominican Republic. Man, that's so old. Oh, cool. After being accused of disrespecting the national anthem, the Dominican Republic has a law prohibiting disrespectful renditions of their anthem. Take off your hat. The story of Ms. Amarillas Brito Rodriguez has gone viral. Brito, the RIT. Oh, I didn't say. I mean, pen, doesn't it? On social media, after she sang the anthem to the high-tempo local rhythm called Dembowl during a karaoke. Where's Dembowl at a restaurant? Is it Dembowl or Dembowl? Those wet rundown Dembowls. No, a little John for you? I'm not familiar with this work. I'm sure he's very good.

A police report issued Tuesday accused us of disrespecting the anthem by performing it in an urban style genre at a restaurant. Oh, Tom's against that as well. But I mean, well, first, if this were a law, disrespecting the national anthem in the Dominican Republic is a law. Right, if they did it here. Yeah, Rosanne Bard still be in jail. Yes, so would Carl Lewis. Yeah, interesting. And of course, the national anthem in the Dominican Republic is taking me out to the ballgame. Yes, you're probably about a very good ball players there. I would imagine, if you took the aggregate salaries of the Dominican Republic gents who play in Major League Baseball, it would probably be larger than the gross national product of the Dominican Republic. They get paid a lot of money. Yeah, they do. Now, we don't have that law here. But I'm a big fan, though, of artists that take some chances with the national anthem. And I am. Yeah, they're, oh, it's this whole as a Felicia out of

them. He's still one guy. Oh, no, there was the one at the Super Bowl was great. Yeah, there weren't too many chances taken with that. But I mean, there, it's become a little more artistic than just having the, you know, generic white boy choir sing it. It's certainly a thankless gig. And so I appreciate anybody that does it. I did it. Oh, really? What was the event? Felicia Cup's game. Wow, that's a big deal. It's online. Yeah. And the secret is you got to start low, right? Start low. Oh, because rockets red glare creeps up on you. All creeps up on you. Not everybody can make it. I feel like I'm being creeped up on. And the rockets, you get that alfalfa thing. You know, the alfalfa thing. I'm over here. What are you doing? No, it's time to take a break, dude. It's not, hey, it's not Wednesday. It's not Tuesday. It's not Friday. Oh, guess what it is. It's Hyundai. That's exactly right. Oh, Christian, to the Hyundai Getaway sales event, ladies and

gentlemen, away. And you can get away with the deals so right. It almost feels wrong. If loving you is right, I want to be raw. Right now, you get great deals on our most popular model. Here's Freddy Femme, including the adventure ready SUVs like the Hyundai Santa Fe or Santa Fe hybrid. Or of course, my favorite, the Tucson, the Tucson hybrid. I love that car. Plus, there's the bold and stylish Elantra loaded with the latest in technology. And don't forget Hyundai's all electric, the Ionic 5 or Ionic 9. I like Pandameter. I'm getting a deal with a dealer. It's really pointless. And get a deal. You'll love during the Hyundai Getaway sales event is at HyundaiUSA.com for all the details. That's HyundaiUSA.com. You know, a lot of it's more set by one of those. And she has the salesman. Isn't this Ionic? Yes. Yes. I really do think. Wonderful. Would she go to a movie with you? No, I mean, in the other song. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah, she

didn't say all of it. If you know what I mean. No, she did. Okay. The Hyundai got eyes on top of her head. They call it the Getaway because you're going to get away with a great deal. I don't forget the Palisade. No cleats on the seats from Hyundai. Thank you very much. Coming up, we have an app in the realm of a palace dissatisfaction, if you will. And it's quite interesting. I predict an off-label use of this. You do? I'm just telling you right now you'll find out what I'm talking about. And perhaps embrace it. Perhaps I've rejected. Would you like to embrace mine? I'll get the tweezers. These are the O'Reilly Auto Parts studios. This is the Bob and Tom show. Hello. Don't you want to talk about that? The Bob and Tom show. Christie Lee at the news, down. Hello. Pat Cowdwood. Hey. What do you do, Pat? I don't know anymore. It's so much going on. He does. He's a flurry of activity, but one song, two songs, one. Oh, new song. New song today. We got a new one.

Jess Hooker. Hi. There's Josh Arnold. Hi there. He's Cosby's here. Hey. Hey, indeed. I'm chick. Hello, Tom. Where do we go? What are you doing? Let's say I want to hear this song. What's going on over there? Well, they're new. Hey, it could suck. You never know. Why do you say that? If you put out that bad negative energy, there's no song, the ballad of lobster biscuits. No, no, Easter biscuits. Easter biscuits. Lentils. You think Jesus has claws. Jesus claws. Well, slightly heavier word. That would make sense. What is, do we need any context here? Not really. You sung a little bit of American pie before. It reminded me of my Tiki Bar days. I'll sing about that. I'm a guy with a guitar at the Tiki Bar playing cover songs for boomers. My case is open for tips. I used to work the shifts. No, I don't know dreams from rumors.

I know almost beetle tunes and some James Taylor songs, but I've just about had my fill of requests for wagon wheel. American pie and margarita. Where did I go wrong in my career? I thought I'd go real far. I'm no rock star, just a guy with a guitar at a south Florida Tiki Bar. Years ago, I got fired from the cruise ships with someone yelled, do American pie. I said, I hate that effing guy, but I didn't say effing. I was open for that guy. I hate him. You can't curse on a cruise ship. So I got sent home from Ensenada. I flew back to Ford, a lot of Dale. I work a joint now down by the Habba. That's why. I don't drink anymore. I don't drink any less. I'm a survivor, not a star. I'm just a guy with a guitar at a tip jar,

banging boomer broads from the Tiki Bar. I'll do this till I die, but I won't play American pie if that guy. That's so true though. You go to any time, Florida. I always felt like it was probably a pretty good gig. I always felt sorry for those guys. Really? You got to walk out of their hands. 200 bucks a night. Oh, there's about a one. There are a couple of guys at some major bars that make a great living. Yeah, you do that for four hours a night. The rest of the time, you just chill out. The key is the repertoire. There's no way to not sound this lofty and pretentious, but then it's me. So, of course, why was we were in a van? You have to qualify. Yeah, I know. I'd probably. We were in Vail and we were walking by one of them. We were in Vail. I'll operate. There's a guy in Vail, the real good guy. He is very good. This wasn't that

guy. Oh, this is a bad guy. Bad guy. This is Brad bad guy. No, it was a good guy. The thing is, it's about the repertoire. Sure. There are there are lots of great opera ski songs or whatever. I say, opera ski one more time. Opera. I am kind of with Christian. What is like a classic opera ski song? Well, it's just it's just songs about skiing. No, no, wait, I'm not really. It's just there's it's got to be kind of upbeat and fun. Me, and this guy was just playing all these really sad dirges. Just kind of missing the point. Hey, man, that's where there is his head space. You know, no one wants to get off the chairlift and look at some snow bunny and hear a wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. That's a great song. And do you want to get off the chairlift and look at a snow bunny? I have my own snow bunny I bring with me. Oh, I take a sand of the beach. I'm not sure what that means. Yeah, me either way. You don't have to bring your on there. I defend your right to say it. But you understand what I mean, there's a certain

song you just don't want it. There's too sad. Sure, sure. You don't want to be sitting there with a bunch of folks. They're having a great time on all of a sudden. He's placed tears in heaven. That's always a downer. That might cause me to leave the opera ski. Well, Josh, I'm sure if you're ever in an opera ski, you'll be either the waiter or the bartender. I'd rather be on an operating table than an opera ski, but too much fun. I don't know. Is it fun? Is it? Yes. What do you have a beer after skiing? How many runs a day you get? It depends. Humor me. Boy, there's not much powder on the third run. Well, is it happened? I spent most of my time on chair too. The back bowls were closed. Back bowl. You know, you've got to be nice about that if you want the back bowl. Yeah. I would walk away and just set my head in the fire place. What do you have against skiing? You'd be great at it. Do they sell fake casts that you can just

put around your legs and sit in front? I could get you a fake cast tomorrow. You can just use a boot. Everybody knows. I believe that. I would like to see that. No, go online. Google fake cast. Sure, sure, but I would do that. I'd love to come join you guys, but I'm going to sit here by the fire. I broke my leg. There's a store in Orlando that sells them so people can go to Disney World, but I have to get one. That's amazing. If there was that point, right there in Cassini. Mickey Fakers. Oh, man. Mickey Fakers. There's nothing. There's nothing wrong with sitting by the fire with hot toddy waiting for people to come back. Hot toddy. Hot toddy. Funny. Andy more hot toddy. Andy won't ski. Yes, Chrissy. I'll get you a hot toddy. Hang on a second. I have to go to the restroom. Now, Pat, have you ever had a bar gig like that where you're well, many. Yeah. You wanted to see. You wanted to sing along. So the killer is the John Denver

Virginia song. That thing gets the crowd going. Virginia. West Virginia roads. Country roads. West Virginia. Well, sure. Yeah, West Virginia is. I know. I'm a song. Yeah. It's near Virginia, but it's disappointed. He said it that way, and I disappointed. I understood what he's talking about. That's it. That gets the crowd going nuts. Yeah, I don't sing along. Most of those single teaky bar guys are just kind of filler. Like you're at the pool. Yeah. And you're just sitting there having, you know, at least that's the good ones can really engage the audience. They'll do single. That's a band, baby, but I don't know just a single guy. Bob used to do it. Bob's great at it. Pat Bob. I can see Bob. Yeah. Pat, have you ever done a dueling pianos place? I did do a dueling piano place while I was a piano guy when I first started out. Those can be a riot. They do a lot of our stuff on credit. Oh, you're a lot of Haywood stuff. Yeah. You sound better. You sound like you want something. Credit. Okay. Here's one I didn't write, and then they go on. Well, they don't play any songs

they write. Usually it's all other people's music. Yeah. The whole thing. Okay. No credit. But if you're going to live, boy, if you're a done a post ski event, never a ski event, no. Just a lot of bars. Oh, many, many, many, many. Now, do you squeeze one of your tunes in? Squeeze. I did my own songs, which is kind of the kiss of death. I did lighthouse. I did it. I did it all, baby. Yeah, if it's something they don't recognize, I imagine it's tough. Yeah, I would do like three sets of that, and then the last set would be beetle covers and stuff like that. Did you get your car? No, I didn't have a car. You don't have a car when you play you can't remember the bus, the bus story. I feel sad for those guys that what, you know, tips because nobody carries cash anymore. Now they, I've seen some of you are codes. Really? Yeah. Or Venmo codes, whatever. Wow. I know they have found a way, but you do raise a good point. Because I always try to tip a live musician always trying to my thing, but I'm right here.

Have you ever dipped Pat in this room? Nothing. And he's like, it's got two cups. Yeah, why don't you have like a fish ball? Yeah, why don't you have a tip jar? Have you had a tip jar? Maybe I do. There we go. I'll go get some money for you. Dear Bob and Tom show. Yes. Today's show is one of the many reasons I listen. Thanks for making me laugh. Chad from Ophala, Missouri. Well, you're welcome, Chad. From where? I'll go. Stop it, Missouri. Ophala? Ophalin. Ophalin? Just like I said. Like if you're yelling for Jimmy. Ophalin. Oh, I thought it was more like I don't know. We need to do some birthday party games over here. Jimmy, come on. I thought it was Franklin Roosevelt. Where's my dog? Ophala. What? What? Oh my god. The art dog was named Phala. Did you know that? Yes. But that doesn't mean we had to follow. He's in a Roosevelt's life up theory. He's in a Roosevelt's dog was named lobster bisque. Easter bisque. Easter bisque.

Such thing as Easter bisque. You have a brain injury. I really have something going on. Your synapses aren't synapses. I've got to get some sleep. Oh, is that the issue? I had to get a picture early today because the dog. It was thunder. He was thundering last night and one of my dogs completely freaks out and he wouldn't go out to pee or poop last night for I went to bed. So I knew that he had one in the chamber and I didn't want him to, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, I just can hold it. Not that long. He can't do a 12 hour. Almost dogs can. Well, I don't want to be the it was an incident last week. I don't want to have to spend an hour doing that again. Oh, no, no. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I know. Yeah. Got the steam around it. Yeah, I did. You see the on my viral a Rumba running through dog poo on a white carpet. Oh, we've got the story. That's gorgeous. And the apparently the new Rumba's have a. They have a pet

protector on them now. Yeah, supposedly. Well, how's it work? We hear the day we had the story about the guy that hacked. I'm here so little. No, he wasn't here that day because we did the same that I'm going to back more. Yeah, that helps. You know what? I missed what he said. Go ahead, Pat. Do what? What? What he said? This guy, this guy hacked. It wasn't the room. It was an off brand of Rumba. Yeah, the Romeo or something. And this guy, some guy, he was able to hack into it and he could see I didn't realize they have cameras on him. He could see and hear into other people's apartments and houses. Yeah, some house. Time now for our newest feature. An alien visiting earth. Time now for the alien who just discovered things here on earth. I'd never go to Dairy Queen and you get a vanilla cone and then they dip it in chocolate and the shop of herdans. And I suppose

are great. This has been the alien who just discovered things. It sounded like it was reading from a script. Yeah. So then that just adds to the alien. Just the gravitas. The alien. Yeah, they've had that since the 15s. It's one of the. Did you ever have a vanilla? I hadn't had one in the long time. That's so great in the chocolate breaks off in chunks. I know this is a point of contention in this room. But does Dairy Queen have waffle cones? I don't know. I don't think so. That's a mistake. I feel like they do. They're alienating half the conversation. I think they do. They do. Okay. Or the waffle hole. I insist on that. Yeah. I like those sugar cones. Yeah, I would say that the vanilla cone dipped in chocolate is significantly better than the twist dough thing. Oh, yeah. I disagree. But I really. It's a swirl. I like the taste of the chocolate ice cream better than the taste of the hard shell. Sometimes I don't like sugar. So when you get

the swirl, do you try to use your tongue deathly? And I know that you are proud of your tongue work. Do you definitely eat the chocolate first and then go back and eat what is left of the structure of the vanilla? Now that's a skill. You know, you know, you know that in the first day. You're right. I get the chocolate helix. We call it. Uh-huh. Thank you. That's a famous book Watson and Crick. I believe the chocolate helix sounds like a movie Jim Brown would have started in the 70s. He plays a scientist. He discovers DNA. By the way, many Dairy Queen locations offer waffle cones and waffle bowls. It depends on the franchisee. Okay. So yeah. I will flip a table at the franchisee that don't have waffle cones. They are. They've anticipated this. Those tables are bolted into the floor. One I go has curry cones. Oh, really? Oh, my God. I know exactly what part of time I know exactly where that one is to. They are wonderful people. They are wonderful.

They are wonderful. He thinks he's safe. He really, really does. Now, are we going to oh boy, shut up. Here's a story. Lawmakers in Washington State have proposed a bill that would restrict employers from microchipping workers. According to KC PQ. This sounds like. How is this even a thing? Or rebellion, isn't it? Yeah. House Bill 2303 would ensure that employers are never able to track workers through sub-dermal chips or surveil them. The bill explicitly states that businesses quote may not request require. Of course, any employee to have a microchip implanted in said employee for any reason. Well, Mr. Godwin, I was reviewing yesterday's work hours. It appears you spent 27 minutes at the water cooler. Well, we're discussing a bit. I said, Easter

Biscuits says, I don't know, not funny enough. Is anyone, is this a thing? Is there some business that wanted to sub-sub-sub-dermal chip you? What have we learned? There wouldn't be a law if somebody wasn't trying to do it. Was it here in the States, Christy? Washington State. Wow. Now, I bet there are certain nerds that would want it done. For a lot of reason, what do you think they would do? Just to be in the cutting edge. Oh, I got you. Man. Now, how would you feel if I'd be fully in favor of this? Because I hate going to a new doctor and then you have to spend three hours filling out the same forms you've done 3,000 times. If you could get a microchip that would have your medical records in it, you just walk up, is a problem. I mean, would you be able to change it? I think that's where we're headed. Yeah, we're headed. I mean, it's not on your phone. You can't save that stuff on your phone. Yeah, there are particular apps, but not every, the doctor's office is not going to take it

into that form. It's called my chart and I check in before I even get there. No matter what office? Yeah, no kidding. I had a thing. I spent two hours one weekend filling out the whole thing and I got to the office and I had to do it over on a crappy clipboard with a pen that was too big in the spaces. God, man, you have to get it better. It was not a fine point. That sounds like a nightmare. Am I correct when I say those forms that it'll have? Put your social security number, your mother's maiden name, the zip code of the pope and a sperm sample of your priest and then they give you like a little teeny area. That's not even the hardest part. No, that's yeah, that's stuff to everywhere, right? If that journey we're we're to lobster bisque jokes. Okay, why are you saying a lobster? Because that's the order. It's lobster bisque because the only bisque out there. But that's not the joke. That's what we were talking about. There's a seafood bisque. There's all kinds of bisque. There's a chicken bisque. There's a son of

a bisque. There's a son of a bisque. There's the fast one. Let me tell you something. We're climbing out a little buddy. There's the fast one, bisque or bisque. I love bisque. I do too. You can do so much with bisque. No, you can't. You cornbread. It's a pancake. It's a lot. It's amazing. A lot of quick meal. Lobster bisque. Oh, this is delightful for lunch. Okay, it's off the rails. Time to take a breath. I blame Ali brain. Yeah. If she had called in like she was supposed to, we wouldn't have done any of this. We sat here and looked at her watch. Have we ever had, have we ever had Al Jackson sit in with Ali brain? I don't think so. No, we sometimes want to hear Ali talk. Why would you do that? Why would you do that? I think it'd be interesting perspective. It's fine. No, we did have them both on the road with us one time. Okay. Okay, good. Let's see now. What American financing? Yeah, well, I'm going to get to that in a second. I think we have to save this story about the app.

For tomorrow because it's it's going to be a lengthy discussion, I think. What's the app for? It's involves your winner. Thank you. But I remember they're they're they're having read this. I'll put it this way. There truly is an app for everything at this point. I know that your refrigerator chick has an app and a pass and a pass was right now. I do want to talk about American financing and what I'm talking about here is well, look at your credit card bill. And if you don't keep paying them, you know what happens? You start building up a lot of a lot of interest payments and that can go over 20%. So pretty soon you're working 50 hours a week just to pay off the interest on your credit cards. Well, if you're a homeowner, you may want to look at this option. The option is doing a refi and using some of the equity in your house to pay off all those credit cards and get rid of that of 20% plus interest. American financing. This is one of the things that they would like to help you do. They have mortgage rates in the fives. They're showing homeowners how to use their equity to wipe out that the high interest debt that you might be on your all those

credit cards. So you give them a call and find out what I'm talking about 866-889-2611. That's 866-889-2611. Hard to remember a phone number off the radio. So how about trying this Americanfinancing.net. A lot easier to answer that one. Bob and Tom. Coming up, we will return to the place where we are and we hope you are with us. Of course, we're in the O'Reilly Auto Parts studios. This is the Bob and Tom Show. Thanks for listening to the Bob and Tom Show this morning. Catch any part of the show you missed later today on our YouTube channel. Hey, welcome back to the Bob and Tom Show where you're in the O'Reilly Auto Parts studio. There's Christie Lee. Hello. Hello indeed. Hello, Pac-Godwin. Hey, Chip. Hello, Jess Walker. Hello. There's Josh Arnold. Hi. There's Ace Cosby. Hello. I'm Chick McGee and hello. Lobster Bisc. How's it going? Oh, nice to see you. All right. Christie Lee is over there at the news desk. Did we ever get to the story about the benefits of bird watching? I don't know why we did that last week because Christie is, if you know that she is a birder, as they call it. Yeah, I'm a bird killer. I don't know which. No, that's not your own. No, no, no. The only thing you're guilty of is maybe cleaning your windows too. I'm down too.

I know. You got birds sitting here. Have you guys up on the bird watching technology where they have the bird houses with the remote cameras? I have that. And yeah, you can take pictures of them. Yeah, really nice. The Eagle cams. Until the record and steal it. But that's another story. Did you ever find out if there's anything you can do to the windows to keep the birds from? No, I should look that up. Is there something like dangling? I'm getting a brand new sliding glass door next week too, thanks, champion. And I'm really worried because then it'll even be better. More glass. What you do is when the birds hit the glass and die, you tear off their heads and put them on little pikes. And then that's a warning to the other. Yeah, that's that's a message. Yeah, I mean, is there really we need to find out? You have to soap your windows. Well, we have to do that for the neighborhood. That kind of defeats the burbles of having wind. There's got to be something hanging. I know. I'll put the curtains on the outside. I don't have curtains. The curtains on the outside. Yeah, I don't have any curtains. Dear Bob and Tom Shum.

You have to make them out of can burlappers. Dear Bob and Tom Shum. I heard Christie talking about feeling sorry for the bird in the restaurant about a week and a half ago. Yes, I saw her trying to feed a bird inside the terminal of the airport. I did. It wouldn't eat baked lays. That's all I had. You're trying to feed a bird in the terminal, the air. Because it was stuck in the airport. And this is the way we find out about it. Well, I wasn't going to tell you. I'm thinking she's attracting the indoor bird. You're the crazy bird lady. I felt so bad for this little bird. It was strapped in the so all I had on me was baked lays. But you didn't know interest in that. Oh, yeah. Keep trying to feed me a little more on you than that. Yeah. Are you saying the bird was vomit on her? No, no, you're getting close. Especially if they're the old big lays with the illustra. Whoa. No, I never mind. Well, if anyone knows if there's anything she can do to her windows to keep the birds from flying into them, a rubber snake might help. Yeah, I've heard that. You'll see what about when we were all attracted when you walk in my house and there's rubber snakes. They have like a plastic owl with a head that kind of shakes around and stuff. You do that.

It says you can put window decals like bird silhouette so birds can see like STP or Tesla. Oh, my husband. Yeah. You're husband. We wouldn't like that. The firestone and huge letters. In 500 years. In the mom's team. I had to get rid of my plastic owl that I had. Oh, yeah. Because every time I looked at it, I got excited thinking I was being invited to Hogwarts. Turned out it was just a plastic owl. I always see in Hogwarts. Very famous. Yeah. Wait, a hole. Well, that's how you would get invited to Hogwarts. The owl would deliver. Oh, I know. I even read the books. Hey, we had a story. I started about owls. Yeah. It was pretty cool. Did you hear this misoccur? I didn't. I missed it. Scientists want to know they were trying to figure out how owls they can fly so quietly. So they've done a bunch of this. This sounds like a joke. It's not they were able to isolate this compound and they are now developing a kind of a. It was a liquid thing, right? Or kind of a general gel that will help reduce noise. They think they might be able to put it

on fences and stuff in the future to cut down on noise. Because they fly so silently. Oh, and don't you know what you call a. Call a baby owl? It's no, it's it's called an Owlette. Oh, okay. Now if you. It is. It really is. It's a moist Owlette. If it's only if it's raining. It's a moist Owlette. You don't know how badly you just broke his heart. I know. You wanted to say that so badly. I'm sorry. Ergo. Ergo timing. They're apparently as the visual bird deterrent device with reflective hanging designs. A set of three I can buy for. Oh, let's see how much is going to set me back. Oh, $17. What about a strobe light? That way it looks like the owls coming at you. How about a disco ball? Oh, there you go. That might much have Joy Bayhurst in there. Yeah, she'll scare him. You know what I mean? Oh, like a scare crow, you mean? Okay. Is there a line of Joy Bayhurst scare crows?
