2:07But if they decide they don't like the way you're deciding or they maybe need to open a bed or maybe somebody's waiting for a heart transplant around the corner and they really would like to have your husband's or wife's heart, they can override that decision from your spouse. They have the final say unless you have the legal documents, designating you medical power of attorney. Once you turn 18 years old, these things come into play for yourself, for your loved ones. And so while Ozarks elder law clearly focuses a lot on people in their elder years because or preparing for your elder years because that's when a lot of these things become relevant, particularly your passing and wills and trust, it is for anyone over the age of 18 consultations free. That like a lot of these stories turn out apparently not to be quite what they were first presented as. Now these news reports, first glance were coming out and there was the brave. Democrat Ohio gubernatorial candidate speaking. At the Canfield fair on Sunday and a gunman comes storming through with his sight set on her and he's just picking up and throwing elderly people who are in his way. And everyone's lives were in danger and he had these two guns ablaze in and I mean my gosh it was a near assassination attempt.

4:24Apparently that's not really even close to what happened. Apparently I know I keep using the term apparently pardon me. There was a guy that was at the event and he pushed his way through the crowd and two elderly people fell over while he was doing it. I don't know how violently shoved them or if it was real crowded sometimes elderly people aren't necessarily the strongest on their feet. And because people you know they were like hey buddy this guy over here shoved these two old people down and security came in and they're like escort him out like come on dude you got to get out of here. They detained him and then either they found her he's like hey I've got I'm licensed to carry I've got two legal firearms on me just on my hips like you're simmity Sam.

5:26They're like oh okay so they took him. They didn't have them out nobody even knew that he had them because he wasn't waving them around. This of course was presented as this near death experience for the Ohio Democrat gubernatorial candidate that the Democrats are so desperate. To try and disrupt the narrative that violence is a commonly accepted tool used by their party. That they they they just anything that they can take and try and mislead people about make them believe that this is something so they can say see this is both sides we have a whore. This sort of violence on both sides this isn't just the Democrats that do this look.

6:27This seems strikingly similar in tone to I believe it was ill and Omar at that event. And that enclosed room and for whatever reason her people sat that guy up towards the front and he threw something on her. And and she apparently immediately knew it wasn't a threat because she said she didn't need any attention medically speaking she didn't need go to the hospital she was fine. And that was portrayed as you know well she's a near death experience oh and she was waving that fist I will be brave. I'll stand up against this we deplore violence of all kinds are so desperate. To prove that they are not the party of violence that they'll take a situation like this and make it seem as if it was a near death experience by some wild mag a loving gunman.

7:29PJ media noting with an hours her campaign in the sympathetic press court turned an arrest for disorderly conduct into an assassination attempt. The New York Times of all outlets could not even back up the campaigns version of events quote an armman was arrested Sunday after forcing his way through a crowd towards dr. Amy action the Democrat nominee for Ohio governor the authority said the paper reported. Dr. action was giving a speech at the Mahoning County Democratic Party tent at a fair and can field in the northeastern part of the state when a man pushed through the crowd knocking over two elderly audience members according to the court sheriff Jerry green and two witnesses the man did not draw as weapons according to sheriff green and the witnesses and doctor action was not injured. So there was no hint of of even any evidence that this was an assassination attempt and so the guys not very good at it.

8:29It's not like when Lee Zeldin. Then Republican candidate running for governor of New York had somewhat actually draw his gun and try to shoot him as yet another assassination attempt by a left wing activist of a Republican that we even forget about because there have been so many. Of course we could find out that this guy has some sort of back apparently he doesn't have any arrest record or anything according to one of the reports and you know maybe we'll find out otherwise maybe we'll find out that yes he had some grand plans and he did fail miserably but so far what we know is this is a guy that got disorderly conduct because he was rude pushed his way past some people in a couple of elderly folks fell down. Or in the narrative of the media and the Democrats a near assassination attempt. Latest news update.

As far back as I know there is this this rule in place that when you are writing about a story that involves the president and this may apply to vice president as well or and maybe any particular governmental position the first reference references the office that they hold so you'll have a story this is a way that it should be if they're consistent anyhow.

10:52The first reference would be president trump but every subsequent reference would be either mister or just trump or Donald trump and that that is consistent with the way that all past president well at least in modern history have been covered and I thought I'd reference that because a lot of times you you know maybe you you miss the first reference if it is done consistently in which the term president was utilized or again it probably a bit of a question. It applies to vice president as well and some of the other offices or you didn't hear it and you just hear mister trump and so it clearly seems as if it is a bias perspective that is an election denier or someone that refuses to accept him as president even though he was elected president by the people but he's so horrible. That in fact just the journalistic standards of I've always understood them is the first reference does have the office holder position but subsequent references do not and I'm not sure why it is that way but I just remember years ago learning about that and generally speaking it stays pretty consistent but I always like whenever that gets noted because it is a little tidbit of information most people don't know.

12:13Students at Georgetown University are allegedly planning a Charlie Kirk look alike contest to celebrate the anniversary of his assassinations wasn't this classy. No, Democrats don't have a problem celebrating violence of their political opposition at all. The event has drawn thousands of upvotes at the elite Washington DC campus according to screenshots shared with Fox News digital from the schools turning point USA chapter. The turning point USA chapter is the folks who were posting the grand excitement amongst left wing activists looking to celebrate the anniversary of his assassination. The September 10th event was promoted on Fizz an anonymous social media platform popular with Georgetown students where the initial announcement received more than 2200 upvotes Georgetown's undergraduate population is roughly 6000.

13:22The post that was getting the tremendous amount of support amongst the student population noted Charlie Kirk's look alike contest September 10th, 2026 pull up to co plie lawn to speak the truth while the cost is high. Georgetown T P USA chapter said members believe the slogan pull up to co plie lawn and speak the truth while the cost is high as a mocking statement. The turning point USA chapter responded by setting up a table on campus with American flags stickers and signs condemning the planned event according to the group and see this is the difference between the right and left particularly with the young people in this country. The right when they disagree with the political opposition set up tables invite people to have debates and conversations. Promote the idea of free speech while the left kills them. I think we're well beyond this this is a both sides problem at this point when you have students on the left by the thousands that are going to celebrate the assassination of someone with whom they disagree because he promoted free speech on college campuses by having a look alike contest to mock him.

14:44According to the post on the app there's also been an Erica Kirk look alike contest discussed as well so that they can make sure to mock the widow of the assassinated Charlie Kirk very classy Georgetown University very classy culture that you have going on with left wing students there at your university I'm sure it's not the only one. If assassinating people with whom you disagree is okay. I wonder how these left wing students would behave if someone decided to go ahead and make this a full tribute and assassinate some of the individuals that are dressing like him. I mean we can't be mad about that right because this is acceptable this is what we're told by the left that it is acceptable overwhelmingly we see these poll numbers that show particularly young people on the left say it is justified to use violence against those who utilize speech you don't like who are the political opposition that is what they argue.

16:05That's why they are celebrating the anniversary of his assassination so if that's your position how could you then push back if someone said all right well let's make this a full tribute and start picking off some of these people that are dressed like Charlie Kirk. Now of course the reason that the left feels so free to behave this way is because they know that the right doesn't behave that way they know that they are safe to do and say whatever they want because the people who kill others are on their side the people who shoot people who express their political ideas because they have disagreements are in their camp so they don't fear them. This is not a both sides issue and that's a further demonstration of it and Georgetown University this is the the world that has been created by the left.

17:15If you are to mock some transgender who was killed even if not because of the transgender status but just you know or some gay activist or someone like that they would immediately probably kick those kids out of school. But you celebrate the assassination of somebody that believed in the free exchange of ideas particularly on university campuses ironically that they say is free speech. 18:18Ohio at a fair and there was the gubernatorial candidate Democrat that was speaking and some guy came in wedged his way through knocked over a couple of elderly people he was rude he was escorted out by police in which he would later reveal to them oh I have firearms by the way you didn't have them pulled out or anything at all and he was legally allowed to carry them so he didn't nothing illegal whatsoever. But the media reported this as if it was some near assassination attempt one of you texting in that broads a drunk the one training for governor her daughter had to call the police on her while she was in a drunken rage there is actually also video circulating of her from. Yeah I believe it was yesterday or maybe with some other recent event in which she did seem like she may have had a few to drink which is very common ask. In her presentation and so that that is something that has been said for some time about her similar to Nancy Pelosi similar to com I don't know what is with these liberal women and.

19:26There need to just seems as if it's disproportionately high number of Democrat elected officials that really need to hit the sauce to make it through the day. I want to share an exclusive from just the news regarding Brian Terry Brian Terry.

21:38A name that you may not recall but you may have heard at one point when he was in the news as a border patrol agent who was killed by someone using one of the guns that the Obama administration was illegally running to drug dealers and human traffickers in a Mexico to just see what would happen. This story involves among other things a secret journal that he had hidden in the toe of a boot in which his family believes after discovering it. That Brian Terry was on to something before he was killed. A fully this is going to get into some of your going to love this conspiracy theory territory.

22:39The one thing I'll say about this is if you are keeping a journal a secret journal and you have it hidden inside a work boot. That behavior suggests to me that you really did fear for your safety and you feared that somebody was on to you being on to them. As short of just the news right slain border patrol agent Brian Terry kept a diary showing he was tracking AK-47s at the border weeks before his 2010 murder exposed the Obama administration's disastrous fast and furious gun running to the US. The furious gun running scheme according to excerpts from the journal obtained by just the news. Terry's journal shows he stopped a shipment of AK-47s from entering the country just a month before he was murdered according to his brother Kent Terry.

23:39But his supervisors told him to allow the weapons to cross the border. The brother said. AK-47 in crate Brian Terry wrote on one page about a silver SUV that he was tracking adding that he had informed the FBI of his finding. That page is dated November 2. Kent Terry believes it was written in 2010 just one month before the murder. Another page dated November 16. Brian Terry wrote that he was performing surveillance at night and wanted to quote confirm or deny weapons smuggling. The final page shared with just the news is not dated but appears to show Brian Terry was looking for weapons that had traveled from Honduras through Guatemala and into Mexico riding the incomplete sentence determine how weapons are. He also wrote that he needed to seek an interdict to reduce arms criminal organization for the Sonola cartel.

24:42Fast and furious began September 2009 by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives under the direction of the Obama administration. The idea was to allow illegal weapons to flow into the hands of those suspected of selling to Mexico cartels or Mexican cartels to track where the guns would end up. It wasn't until Terry's murder where weapons from the same operation were used that the scandal was exposed. President Obama and his attorney general Eric Holder both denied knowing about Fast and Furious even though memos sent to him in July of 2010 showed that he did know. Holder denied seeing the memos and refused to turn over additional documents requested by House investigators. He was held in contempt of Congress but never faced consequences of course because Republicans were in charge and he's a Democrat. In fact, no one in the Obama administration faced any consequences for the botched operation though the acting director of ATF and an assistant US attorney were reassigned.

25:52Kent Terry told just the news that he didn't know if his slain brother was on to something when he wrote those notes in his journal or if he was just making daily notes. Quote, we don't know exactly why Brian writes those things, we don't know if he was on to something or if he knew something. That's the question we're trying to figure out or if he knew about it and he didn't know the depth of it. Following his murder. Brian Terry's father tried to enter his son's house according to his brother but Border Patrol would not let him in. Looking through the windows the father could see that the house seemed to be in order once they were allowed in the Terry family cleared, cleaned out his house and removed his possessions with Kent getting Brian's clothes since they were the same size. About a year after Brian Terry's death the brother Kent said he finally decided to try on a pair of brand new tactical boots he had found in Brian's home when trying on the boots Kent found a journal taped inside the toe of one of the boots.

26:55Kent said we just thought it was kind of odd that we found it in a pair of tactical boots a brand new box of tactical boots. He said that his father reported this to Dennis Burke the US attorney for Arizona at the time and not long after Brian Terry's house was ransacked. Kent Terry noting it was like somebody was looking for something Brian Terry's personal laptop had been wiped clean the brother added. He said not even the Hewlett Packard icon would show up and you can see where someone tampered with it in the back because some of the screws were missing. US attorney general of Arizona Dennis Burke did not respond to just the news as inquiry before the Terry family found the journal they said they had a strange encounter with Border Patrol union representatives in a hotel room after a memorial for Brian Terry according to his sister. His sister Michelle explained that she her brother their father and other family members were asked to meet with the representatives in a hotel and were told that Brian Terry had been concerned for his safety in the months prior to his death sending them three emails about his own concerns.

28:14Kent Terry told just the news that the rep also told the family that Brian did not die the way that they were being told but they would not elaborate. Quote he goes but what they're telling you happened to your son really did not happen to your son the way they're telling it Kent said adding that the reps told them we're here to throw you a bone but that's all we can tell you. Those reps later denied ever even having the meeting though Kent and Michelle said that they and their family members at least ten people were all in the room with the reps and all heard what they said. His sister noting ten people can't be lying. Brian Terry's siblings say they just want answers and know there is more to the story of their brother's murder than what has been reported. Quote Brian had fifteen more minutes to go on his shift with a two week furlough and then this happened. I'm not speculating on a conspiracy but it just seems the timing is all wrong to us.

29:19It's not even answers for us Michelle said we want them for Brian he deserves the truth and deserves people to be put in prison. Seven men would be sentenced for the murder of Brian Terry but his family said they aren't sure that those are the real culprits or even more or if even more people were involved. In 2022, Jesus Rosario Revella as a Storga became the seventh man sentenced in Brian Terry's murder leading guilty and getting fifty years in prison. The Department of Justice said in a press release that Favella a Storga admitted to being one of several armed bandits who illegally entered the US from Mexico to Rob Marijuana smugglers. When Brian Terry's team attempted to apprehend Favella a Storga's crew, one member opened fire, striking Terry, Terry died from his injuries shortly after. Border Patrol, DOJ and the ATF did not respond to a just the news inquiry seeking comment. Nearly sixteen years after his murder, Brian's sister Michelle still remembers his love for his country.

30:21He was a true dedicated American patriot Brian loved this country spend his whole adult life protecting this country from being a Marine to a police officer to a federal agent. He does not deserve what happened to him. Aside from how this can easily look how it does look. I mean, you've got this journal that he clearly had hidden. You have ten separate family members all claiming that these reps had confessed to them. Yeah, this is not what it seems. We can't tell you what really happened, but what you're being told officially occurred by the Obama administration is not what happened. How could all ten of these family members decide that they wanted to just make up this lie for whatever reason just to make the administration look better? Yeah, I suppose they could have.

31:28Now to me, that's more of a stretch for a conspiracy theory than what may have been an attempt to shut up the slain Border Patrol agent. But aside from all of that, even if this wasn't more than it seems, the fact that this was an operation ordered by the Obama administration, though we never found out exactly who. And that a veteran who was serving his country as a Border Patrol agent lost his life due to one of these firearms that the administration was allowing to be smuggled around. That's that's bad enough. And Eric Holder never held accountable. Barack Obama never forced to answer for this by a media that still to this claim to this day claims that that was an administration scandal free.

32:40Well, I guess it depends on your definition of scandal. And if secretly ordering an operation that you would deny only to later be revealed that you did know about it, resulted directly in the murder of an American citizen. If that's not a scandal to you, then yeah, I guess the media would continue to report that this is an scandal. You know, it's just another racist cop. I mean, this is what they sign up for, right? This is what we're told every time a police officer loses his or her life while defending Americans defending the border, defending safety in our country. We're told by the left. 33:41The police are telling us to go to the side and go respond for five Mexican fillers. Find the Springfields on the white hole. Can we talk for a moment about how dumb that commercial that just aired is? I'm sure this isn't the sort of thing I'm supposed to observe, but for crying out loud. The left has gotten so lazy about trying to sell their policy ideas that they're just straight up making these ludicrous claims. We know if you support a free lunch program, then kids won't be abused anymore. If you support these welfare programs, these social programs that suddenly parents that have the emotional instability and lack of discipline and lack of love in their heart to beat their own kids, suddenly they won't do that anymore. Do you know that's why people beat their kids? You know, when you hear about these horrific, awful gut-wrenching stories about children who have gone through abuse.

34:48Oh, it's not because there's something evil or wrong with their parents, not that they're emotionally disturbed or cold-hearted. It's just because there aren't enough social programs for them. That's all. It's because they have to figure out how to pay for their kids lunch instead of the taxpayers doing it. That's why they beat their kids. Not to mention the the stereo typing of lower-class people in this country as if, you know, middle class or upper-class people, there's no no child abuse there. It's only poor people. And of course they can't help it. You know, just like that Clancy lady, emotions, emotions is what drove her to kill her kids. She's not responsible. There's no more people beat their kids because there aren't enough handouts for them. Nobody's fault except you as a taxpayer because you won't pay more taxes in order to alleviate this horrific burden on these parents that are forced to kill or beat their own children. But thank goodness it doesn't plague the upper class. So I tell that to the men and those brothers. I mean, it is such a depraved, pathetic, gross argument that paints everything with the left.

36:00Black people aren't smart enough to vote. Women don't have enough control over their hormones to not kill their kids. Parents who beat their children, I mean, it's just because they don't have enough money to make ends meet. And so they can't help themselves. It's poor people that are problem. Now, before, because I know the common question, well, why do you wear those commercials? It's obligatory. These are called barters. Some of you have heard this before, but I just mentioned it. That, you know, the shows that we air throughout the day and some of the different programs we use and so forth. You know, we don't pay for them. We quote, pay for them by plain ads of their advertisers and they get paid more based off of the number of stations. It's on and that. That's how all that works. That's nothing that we have control over other than we could just agree not to air any of the programs. And then it would just be, I guess, this show and the dead air for the rest of the day. It actually forced them to be by threatening to shut down FFLs that question and or reported such transactions. Yeah, and that's accurate.

37:12There were a lot of local gun shops that had their federal firearms license, you know, threatened if they revealed this illegal drug or weapons running into these Mexican drug cartels by the Obama administration. And it's amazing how some of this stuff really stays clear in my mind. And I remember an interview prior to the exposure of this by Hillary Clinton. And I want to say it was in her capacity of a secretary of state arguing that this is one of the reasons that we needed stricter gun control laws in our country was because these drug cartels that the the the drug running was made possible because of these local fire arm shop owners in America that were trying to get the gun control laws.

38:15And to sneak past the regulations and they were attempting to sell or they were successfully selling firearms all for a profit to these drug cartels and and how those are responsible for the murders of countless people. And there were many people at the time that noted that this was something that was that you had some of these people speaking out they were risking perhaps their lives, but definitely their license on social media. They weren't getting news coverage. But they weren't talking about how they they were being threatened that was the Obama administration telling them you have to sell this stuff to them and you have to keep your mouth shut. Otherwise, we will punish you. And it you know, it was chatter on the internet. It seemed at the time as okay, sure. But it would turn out to be actually absolutely true. The Obama administration was threatening these gun store owners that if they blew the whistle on the administration for forcing them to illegally sell firearms to drug cartels.

39:26And it was that instance of relayed this numerous times on this show and into people and conversations. It was that fast and furious instance in which I recognized that with our government in particular, well, I may not necessarily believe every conspiracy theory. I don't know that it's plausible for me to deny that it's at least possible. Because that instance showed how depraved our government at least under certain authority had become during the Obama years. And we talk about Brian Terry losing his life defending our country as a border patrol agent because of Obama's operation. But how many kids? How many other innocent people south of the border? I guess the Obama administration didn't care so much about potential immigrants at that time. Did they?

40:29And one of the reasons believed behind the entire operation was to demonize gun shop owners in this country so that public sentiment would turn towards shutting them down. And again, would not surprise me in the least.
