I wanted to and we talked a little bit about it but there in Chapel I open the show regarding a certain aspect of 9-11 Tom and I referenced one part of it but there's just one other wrap up on it I want to note and it is we'll do this here after we get weather and news and traffic but the refusal to acknowledge the enemy and I don't know that there are many instances in history in which you had battling factions and one side was fully aware of their oppositions perspective and motivations then the other side just either it was Did not understand the motivation of those who were attacking them or didn't care to know that the side with the less knowledge of the enemy's motivation I don't know many instances in which they come out the victor and We continue and I mean it started the day after September 11th to

Erase the realities of the motivation behind Those who carried out the terrorist attack and the reason that it's still relevant today is because There are still battles. There's still terrorist attacks and there are more Benign appearing efforts underway with all with the same goal in mind is just different branches of their quote-unquote military if you will and they're happening I mean as we speak today in the United States of America But but we just refuse to acknowledge it and that works to the favor of those who want to complete what the terrorist on September 11th wanted to do what what they were attempting to start and You know there was we forget in November of I think 2002 been Lawden sent an open letter to the American people laying out exactly what their plans were their long-term plans and The very first was to make all of us

Respect and and become muslim that it was to make Islam the supreme law of the land that was their ultimate goal and The fact that we don't recognize that today is again a weapon that is being used against us But I do know is the power of Understanding your enemy what motivates your enemy I Suspect that that is such an understood concept or That it is such an understood concept which is why even I know about it Not being a student of war theory If you know, I'm just a guy is like well, yeah, I've heard that I know that that must mean it is just it is a known It is as factual as factual can get Which makes it all the more absurd that when we fight a war against terrorists and

Against this effort which is beyond terrorism I'm gonna Talk about that here in a moment that that we refuse to understand the motivation of the enemy Or and or it's combination of refused to acknowledge and admit it Uh-uh like the day after It wasn't the day after it was within a week well was when Bush went and he was standing on the rubble After 9-11 and he made the infamous I can hear you speech if you want to call it that Which is this really great moment he's standing there with firefighters and and he was he was talking and and you know Somebody from the back yelled we can't hear you and he said why here you will hear you and soon the people who brought down these towers We'll hear all of us something along those lines and it was like this really iconic moment It was it was fantastic you couldn't have written it better and it was off the cuff which made it just a fantastic moment

But it was in that same I think it was at that same moment where he he He talked about how That you know this is not Islam He said The face of terror and this was after him he went to the Islamic Center of Washington to meet with Muslim leaders and Said the face of terror is not the true faith of Islam. This is not what Islam is all about Islam is peace These terrorists don't represent peace. They represent evil and war. This isn't this isn't Islam. This isn't Islam and I try to find these equivalents and and because people like well, it's true not all Muslims are Well, not all Japanese people not all Japanese citizens were behind or supportive of attacking Pearl Harbor But can you imagine in the week after Pearl Harbor if

FDR came out gave a speech saying hey, this is not Japan that this is Japan is a wonderful country Japan is is a country of peace and and you know just because The leadership in the military carried out this act. That's an act of hate But the country Japan is not so we need to get that out of our minds Japan is not the enemy It would have been at the very least very confusing But also for most people very angry because The fact that citizens of Japan may not necessarily Have been supportive of an attack at Pearl Harbor that really wasn't relevant when it came to our national security What was relevant was that the people who were able to make a difference were doing it in the name of Japan? It was just the the Japanese government the Japanese military

So you know, we didn't run around trying to separate those Actions from those people from the country we went to war with Japan That was the verbiage we use we're going to war with Japan. We are going to beat Japan Now Islam isn't while they have taken over a lot of countries One of the recognitions of 9-11 is that our concept of war has changed and we have shifted from a recognition that war no longer Is confined to geographic bodies of you know these defined countries that here we are at war with with a a people But the people have one thing in common and while it wasn't oh they're all from Japan or they're all from Germany or they're all from Italy They were all doing it in the name of Islam And trying to separate that and going overboard in you know to to make people

Almost afraid to recognize the connection to Islam Is counterproductive and would be no different then again trying to separate out what the you know just This is an isolated incident or wow you just had some people hijacked the Japanese government so we can't go to war with Japan You know And I understand the motivation right because the motivation here is there are a lot of good Muslims and there are Muslims that don't agree with that How many good Japanese people lost their lives because we retaliated And eventually dropped a couple of atomic bombs killing off lots of innocent Japanese people that didn't do anything to us Whatsoever But we did it because we were at war with Japan and we needed to beat them We refused to look at Islam in in the same fashion now I'm not saying that you go dropping nuclear bombs on people this the challenges of dealing with people of an ideology as opposed to being within a defined country

Does make it very difficult and so when it comes to the tactics you use It is an apples and oranges situation but The apples to apples comparison is you have a small grouping of people within a defined concept be it a country itself or an ideology that are at war with us And and you know that that is the same those are apples and apples after Well after the attacks believe it was in November of 2002 I mean bin Laden he be wrote an open letter to the United States America to American citizens We forget these things And he said in the letter the first thing this was kind of letting us know by the way in case you don't understand the point here in case

You are unaware of what it is that we are doing You wrote quote the first thing we are calling you is to Islam This was their goal That this was the goal it was to turn the United States into an Islamic country This gets lost in this idea that well they just hated us and wanted to kill us The end goal wasn't just to kill us It was to break us to the point that they could control us and make an as Un is make us an Islamic nation We know this because bin Laden told us Was not a secret fully let us know in a written letter He said in the letter the religion of the unification of God of complete submission to his laws and of the discarding of all other options orders theories and religions which contradict with the religion

He sent down to his prophet Muhammad Now this is very significant because There are people In the United States today That are of the exact same religion that are openly acknowledging that that is what they are doing It's just a different form of doing it It's almost like our traditional military you have to equate it to our traditional military Because that's what we understand We've got different divisions of the military to serve different purposes. We have an air force in order to Attack to achieve goals That cover areas that the navy does not and the navy that the army does not and the army that the Marines do not And so there is this recognition of You know the goal right and all of the different ways to effectively achieve the goal and from a military component

I can see you got all you got space force now Because there's a recognition that there are new you that you have to have numerous tools in your toolbox For those who want who openly have acknowledged and told us they want to eat their goal is to turn the United States into Islamic state You have the terrorists on 9-11 But you also have here in America Emams fully saying that they're going to complete the job The This isn't anything they hold secret maim donny when Responding to a Supreme Court ruling in terms of deportations said that he Recognizes sharia law over federal law when it comes to that particular issue You now have in some areas of the country dear born michigan one of them

Loud speakers numerous fires at five times a day calls to prayer not a little speaker that just goes out a couple of blocks The entire city is blanketed. It is as if you are in iran One of the reasons that they have become successful in expanding Their footprint and getting closer to their goal of making the United States and Islamic nation is because we refuse to Recognize that the the real trigger point the real Starting gun for this was 9-11 It was an attempt to begin the process of turning the United States into an Islamic country and they utilize that you know whether they Felt that that was going to take it to completion or it was the beginning. It has become clear They've recognized other tactics are necessary Hamas

Created care the council of American Islamic relations In order to help facilitate this purpose as well It was to create an organization that would help get and expand a footprint of Islam in the United States while at the same time raising money in order to fund to Erism across overseas but masqueraded as a Charitable organization so that anyone who points out the reality of what they're doing can be accused of being Islamophobic and that they could use as cover, you know, we're just some sort of charitable organization So I mean it's happening all around us and If if those hijackers were alive today I'm sure that they would think to themselves boy did we get the wrong we're on to the deal here We had to give up our lives In order to achieve the goal of expanding Islam into the United States with the ultimate goal of creating it to an Islamic state

But 25 down years down the road. There's just running for office and getting elected It's all Yeah, we can tell ourselves till we're blue in the face. It's a religion of peace We can tell ourselves until we're blue in the face or recognize the reality that not all Muslim support that but that doesn't Deliver us from the realities of what's going on and it doesn't suddenly Array from existence the people who are actively in a number of different ways moving forward In making Islam a larger and larger presence in this country with the ultimate stated goal of turning Into an Islamic country and one of the weapons that they have is the inability of Americans to really believe it could ever happen Well, if you could go back to 1975 1976. I ran they would have said the exact same thing

Because I ran in the 70s didn't look much different than the United States did And the Islamist came in co-opted The left-wing activists in Iran just like they are here in the United States and eventually were a complete you know able to take it over Afghanistan's another example That was a western style country Again, you can find photos of women on beaches and wearing shorts and and it looked like the campus of Berkeley If you had told them What they were going to look like Just a few years down the road with the Islamist fully acknowledging what they wanted to do They would have said the same thing that will never happen here the same thing that's being said here in the United States of America And unfortunately there's an entire political party that is working in conjunction with them Perhaps naively but nonetheless so Oprah Winfrey she's got a podcast a new podcast This is just jacked up. I'm telling you

jacked up a Room so is a podcast not the more intimate one-on-one she's got a audience of people It's a room full of women and The podcast was titled the Lindsey Clancy case understanding postpartum psychosis This was in Massachusetts taped a couple of these podcasts and had Psychiatrists on doctors on obstetricians on and one of the guests was doctor Camila Phillips a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist Complaining That when black women killed their children they don't get the same level of support that white women do To The applause of the audience This is how sick and twisted this death cult mentality has become

I mean if you are going to turn it to a racial thing You'd like to think for the sake of humanity the position would be man white chicks are crazy You'll never see black chicks you'll never see people in the black community That are so crazy that they had people come out and support Black women who kill their own kids no, no, that's not the take from the race angle for the left the the race angle on the left is It's unfair and racist that when black moms kill their kids they don't become celebrities like white chicks do She said in the podcast quote I want us talking about black women I want us to have the same passion for people who don't look like Lindsey who don't have the same access her education Her melanin her privilege. They're women of color sitting around this country in prison for the same thing We've never heard of I just want to remind us to have the pink shirts and the energy for them as well to which the audience started to cheer these are women

There is some I'm listen people throw around the term evil quite this is evil There is a demonic evil that is spreading like a cancer And it's nothing new In terms of humanity there always have been people that are evil and a lot of people that become Just obsessed with this ability to murder a segment of the population that is not them You know, I point oftentimes to socialist Germany, but that's because it's just a very stark example that everyone recognizes occurred You had the people like oh, well, there's a category people over there We have dominion over them. We have the right. We are righteous. We are virtuous in our recognition that We have the right to kill them. I may not want to do it myself, but but this category of people over here at go Germans We just have the right to do that Maybe not when it comes to murder, but here in the United States there was a period of time in which well as the Democrats argued that we have the right to own people

And and that's just that that's the way it is and they celebrated that they thought it was virtuous They fought and died gave their lives For their belief that they have ownership over other human beings abortion same thing and now we have gone so far the political party That used to lie and claim that they did not support abortion up until birth are now openly celebrating Mothers who kill their children up to the age of at least nine at this point with Clancy And They say that they don't celebrate they do celebrate this is celebration And the depraved evil nature of someone like Oprah Winfrey to have Experts sit around say to an audience of women that it is wrong Morally wrong that when black women kill their kids there aren't people wearing themed t-shirts

There aren't people wearing ribbons showing their support and celebration for the the mother who killed her own children And that's just that that that is the perspective and that you know, I'm sorry Oprah Winfrey's a horrible human being Now I know she had really cultivated and I maybe at one point she wasn't this I do I believe it's demonic It's probably a normal person great person You know utilized the free market system in our Clearly not racist culture and society to become this multi-millionaire maybe even a billionaire. I don't know I mean could virtually doing things she want to to turn herself into someone that is Is evil If that's not evil Please tell me what is Because if we aren't recognizing this perspective as a perspective of evil

I don't know what I mean in their twisted minds Donald Trump is evil I mean that's how backwards they are but if you just in terms of humanity and and You know having any sort of grounding in reality if we're in a society where this is not only not considered evil But it is an applause point Hey, this is a bad bad bad we're just becoming one of those biblical style group of people that are just filled with with with evil You're not I'm not but it's very very clear That there's a significant segment of population and for whatever reason right now And I don't know if it's true representation of what's going on We're simply because they are more likely to expose themselves on social media It seems like it's white women now this case a lot of black women. So just women in general You guys are really taking the cake right now when it comes to this stuff

I wanted to make just one other comment nades You know the whole Lindsey Clancy thing as it was going on I just really didn't talk about it much. I've been more interested in the reaction to it that to me is More significant than the action itself. It's the societal reaction to it And some of these people it does show the ability to live in a bubble The the her attorney Has come out blasting people who are dogging on her husband and claiming that her husband it's a Her attorney not just in the courtroom, but out in public now He's giving interviews like you guys are crazy Like you're just nuts Quiddit Now what conspiracy the these People that believe that she didn't do it are how they're going to weave that into their conspiracy. I don't know

But there's been a back and forth between her attorney Reddington and George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley who many of you know we play is he's a Democrat But he is one that makes headlines because he Quite often separates from his party over their unconstitutional position on things and he's Clearly a constitutionalist first and a Democrat second I know how can you be both of those things at the same time And he had expressed some criticism At the attorney for going out and blasting on the the the lone juror and the Yeah, there's been this real back and forth Reddington is is blasting Turley and You know they once challenging the other two of debate and so forth

But what Turley's position here and I I agree with him That lawyers have an ethical obligation not to inflame public anger against jurors with whom you disagree that part of our system our judicial system is based on the concept of objective jurors And this is part of the reason they have I don't know the screening process whatever Sure, there's a legal term for it which they ask your certain questions They try to get jurors out that they feel are not going to be able to Have or or given honest assessment um You know whether it is because they are already aware of the case and have their own perspective or maybe they were in a similar situation They were a victim of something that is you know Whatever the defendant is accused of and so conflict of interest oftentimes change of jurors' dictions will occur Because the people within the particular jurisdiction

You know, it's believed that there just aren't any people within that area because of the high profile nature of the case and because of People's emotional engagement in it. You're not going to be able to find an unbiased juror What is happening and this is very I think worrisome with this case in particular not just with the attorney But the media getting these jurors out there who were part of the 11 to trash on the lone juror Because first off if you notice The media has created this narrative the narrative is not what a brave individual This is what's great about our system that you do have to win over everyone in order to You know come up with some sort of Finality and and a judgment or You know a 12 angry men style Coverage in which this individual did the hard thing that's not there their narrative

It's very clear is that this guy didn't know what he was doing He was some sort of pain in the butt that was violating his oath as a juror and he's wrong and he's bad That it is clear that they have determined in their minds. That's what happened. So that's how they're going to present it But think about the implications this has for every single case in the country The The environment has been changed to where it is now Apparently acceptable that if you are on a jury And you are a juror who whether you're a one-lone holdout or maybe you're one of the small you're in the minority and things drag out and it's a high profile case and Everyone's watching and you know That you have seen what happens to holdouts in the past You know you think back to there was that one case and there was that one guy and man the media trotted out everyone to trash on him

The the attorney trashed on him you you know that the guy had to go into hiding which may very well happen with this guy He had all sorts of death threats. You don't think that's going to have an impact on what some jurors may do when it comes to the decisions they make The problem is this isn't just isolated to a particular case or a particular kind of case because this is signaling to everyone who may be a juror in the future That if that if you don't go along with what is quote popular You will be crucified You will have you will go from a normal everyday human being Goes to work has a job maybe has a family Who was simply doing what it was you were required to do by law and that is show up for jury duty get selected show up for the case And then you you know you think of to yourself and then if I'm in the minority of this this decision and it's going on and there's all it's got

I mean How is that not going to put pressure on a juror to maybe steer away what he or she feels is right because he's fearful or she's fearful I'm sure there's an argument well freedom of the press and and jurors they have every right to go out and speak Is this really now if you're ever accused of something? Is this the sort of judicial environment that you want mob rule jurors fearing if they don't choose correctly based off of whatever public sentiment is at the time their lives could be in peril No one benefits from that And it should come as no surprise, but it's very worrisome that the media is facilitating all of this But it's just no sense of like I said that while freedom of the press this is what we do is there no morality anymore I mean is that just gone?

Is there no sense of decency? Is there no recognition of The need for a judicial system that allows for people on a jury to do what they think is best without fear of repercussions I guess there's none of that exist in the media They're creating a massively dangerous environment For anyone who is hoping to get a a Real true sense of justice if ever they end up in court former chief of staff at O CME NYC The author of what the dead know learning about life as a New York City death investigator And I just thought this was really interesting It's an opinion piece in the New York post. I'm a New York City death investigator still fighting this sickening lie of 9-11's quote-jumpers

Now when I saw the headline I thought huh this is intriguing I was working for New York City's office of chief medical examiner when the unthinkable happened on September 11th 2001 As a death investigator I would usually go to an apartment or the street to investigate homicide a suicide or an accidental death Now it was my job to work the pile That is to cover Recover and catalog the shattered human remains found in the burning smoking rubble of the world trade center I had been at the O CME for nine years and had seen all manner of death nothing Could have prepared me for the enormity of this tragedy After some months my boss chief medical examiner dr. Charles Hirsch called a meeting even in the mall of death There must be meetings He wanted to brief the city department of buildings in the newly formed 9-11 memorial committee About which artifacts would be held for future exhibition Nothing that might contain the dust of human remains could be released

It was a moment of tension in the medical examiner's conference room as all of us did our best Not to dwell on what these artifacts represented in the everyday lives of the dead It wasn't just what was in front of us It was the loop of news videos that had been imprinted on all of our minds Over those terrible months the worst of them Arguably were those documenting the people falling out of the buildings highest windows some 100 stories up It was impossible to emotionally detached from those lonely tragedies to stop the thoughts of What those victims may have felt in their last moments as dr. Hirsch spoke about those who died in the impact zone Where the planes hit someone in the group made a reference to quote the jumpers the suicides My boss Was always calm and dignified But at that moment I saw the strain on his face as he tried to maintain his composure his anger was palpable He put his hands flat on the table in front of him and said never use those words never

They were pushed out he explained by flames and smoke Men and women were standing on the sills of the world trade center hoping for a miracle rescue Struggling for air just to survive they were clinging to the window frames straining towards the sky to draw breath Some would lose their grip Some were forced to let go The terminology matters deeply because the medical examiner determines the matter of death by strict protocols Suicide refers to death at the hands of one's self with intent to die homicide defined as death at the hands of another It is a fact the terrorists push these people to their death murdering them There was no evidence of suicide among the 753 people who lost their lives at the world trade center that day Every one of the estimated 200 people who came down from the windows was pushed by forces beyond their control That's why every single death certificate of those who died on 9 11 reads homicide

It matters to because some families of the murder murdered it here to religious traditions that teach that suicide is an unforgivable sin We've seen heartbreaking cases of family members denouncing law lost loved ones when confronted with the possibility that they intentionally jumped And yet the national september 11th museum post a sign outside a room where images of the falling people are displayed referring To a referencing quote those who jumped With the help of curators and directors there. I have sought to change that notice The museum signage committee is declined saying no one else seems to be bothered by it I'm bothered like dr. Hirsch those words made me angry and sad and hurt To call those people jumpers Fails to capture the anguish they experienced and their lack of choice It doesn't honor them. It blames the victims rather than the terrorists Call them those who fell from the windows or those who are pushed out by force beyond their control

Whatever we choose let us use the right words Different angle one that I know I had never really even thought of in terms of recognizing the significance of verbiage But I thought it was pretty important Springfields talk 101 I'm Nick re
