1:02You are welcome in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I want to share something very important in this episode. This is the voice of a poster prince Victor Mathew. I provide solutions to relationship and ministerial problem. I'll be talking about why good men feel in marriage. Okay, that is what I'll be talking about. Why good men feel in marriage is very important. My brother sometimes you see a man can be a good person and still be a poor leader. He can love his wife and still feel to cultivate her. He can provide money and still feel to provide direction. He can protect his family physically and still feel to protect the spiritual atmosphere of his home. So good intentions are not enough when the assignment requires preparation. So the question is not am I a good man? No that's not a question to access. I rather access of am I functioning according to the purpose for which God made me? That's the right questions to ask.

2:03You see your calling determine the kind of responsibility you must develop. A man who understands his purpose begins to understand what kind of environment his family needs. You see leadership begins with direction. If you are constantly changing your values goals and conventions, the woman beside you will struggle to know how to align with you. So how can she help build what you have never defined? How can she? How can she support evasion? You have never articulated. My brother, how? I've been talked about that. There is what to call cultivation. A man wants a woman with potential but have no capacity to cultivate it. The criticiser, our weaknesses, we thought even creating an environment for growth. They see what she could become but refuse to participate in the process.

3:07So my brother, are you cultivating what God has placed beside you or you are merely evaluating it? What are you really doing? Another thing I need to bring to you notice is the protection requires the assignment. You must know what should enter your home and what must be outside it. My brother, on healthy influence, friends, the destructive ideologies on necessary conflict and spiritual compromise can slowly weaken the family. What are you allowing into your environment that your future children may eventually inherit in a negative sense? What? What? Let's discuss about the next thing I have on my list here.

4:11Provision requires maturity. You cannot build a stable family on constant financial responsibility. You see, a provider does not necessarily have to be wealthy but it must be willing to develop capacity. So are you learning, working, saving, planning and building financial intelligence or are you waiting for circumstances to change? Why refusing to change yourself? Are you? The next thing I want you to put into consideration is that the priestly assignment or dimension of you is very important. The priestly dimension is where many men have become passive. They told you prayer is for men, fast enough prayer is for ladies, I mean to say, no, you cannot delegate your spiritual responsibility entirely to the woman. You can't.

5:12You can't. Can you lead your home in prayer? Can you description? Can you recognize when your family needs spiritual direction? Can you hear the Holy Spirit and obey God even when obedience costs you something? Can you? Now consider this. What if some of the relationship problems you keep blaming on the woman are actually exposing the gaps in your leadership? What if her resistance is something revealing a lack of clarity? What if her frustration is exposing inconsistency? What if? This does not mean every problem is the most important. It means the mature leadership examines itself before accusing others. Beloved. A suitable helper functions best where there is clarity of assignment and healthy leadership.

6:19This is not slavery. Domination of suppression. This is divine order. The woman was not created to complete, compete at all with the month assignment. Nor was the man created to compete with the woman expression of her capacity. No, it was not. In Christ, both was lain. The man and the woman was lain. How their distinct strength can serve God's purpose together? My brother. Do not wait until marriage to discover your assignment. That was the new carnival. That was the new carnival. Beauty of now. Develop your character, strengthen your spiritual life.

7:20End communication. Develop financial wisdom. Develop it. Understand your calling, learn to lead yourself before attempting to lead your relationship or the household. It's very important. You must come to learn to a street. So are you a leader? A few, a few allowed God to lead you. It's God actively leading you. When was the last time you gave the chance for the oldest breed to cultivate the potential on the inside of you? Because all you have is not all there is to have. All you know is not all there is to know. All you've become is not all there is to become. There is more room. When was the last time you gave God room to cultivate the best in you? When was the last time you depend on the oldest breed for protection? When was the last time you trust the sufficiency of God as a source of provision?

8:25When was the last time you respected the leadership over you, your mentor or your father in the Lord? When was the last time? You can give what you don't have.
