Killer Mom Trial: More Fiery Testimony Expected Today, Forensic Psychiatrist Back On Stand

Week five of the Lindsay Clancy trial begins today after an explosive day of cross examination with the prosecution’s first rebuttal witness, Dr. Avram Mack.  Dr. Mack will be back on the stand this morning after maintaining Clancy had the capacity to understand right from wrong when she strangled her three young children. Clancy’s defense attorney went on to discredit Dr. Mack, questioning his knowledge of Lindsay, his experience treating pregnant and postpartum women and much of what he testified to moments earlier. We’re expecting several more rebuttal witnesses today, with closing arguments coming as soon as Tuesday or Wednesday.
