Former President Trump still thinks he's going to be criminally indicted in New York…and it still hasn't happened. The grand jury considering charges against Trump was supposed to reconvene today, but everything's on hold because at the last minute it was cancelled. Trump has denied any wrongdoing. And a scare for legendary Dick Van Dyke. Wet weather in Malibu caused him to lose control of his Lexus before smashing into a gate. But at age 97 many are asking if he's too old to drive? Plus, it may not have been the first time. That's the claim being made about the Colorado dentist accused of killing his wife by poisoning her protein shakes. The mother of six died last week, but as Ann Mercogliano reports, her sister alleges he also drugged her six years ago.
