Could Tiger Woods go to jail?

The sheriff isn't mincing words saying the golf grate will not be given any special treatment

after he was arrested for flipping his car allegedly under the influence.

So will Tiger end up behind bars?

Less Trent has the latest.

Tiger Woods is facing an uphill battle to stay out of jail,

following his latest arrest.

Attorney David Ehrenberg prosecuted woods after a previous car crash in 2017.

And warns Florida authorities are cracking down on DUI.

He's in a county that's known for really being tough on DUI.

The 50-year-old golf superstar overturned his SUV Friday after clipping a power-cleaning truck

near his $50 million home on Jupiter Island.

He willingly took a breathalyzer test and passed.

But then he refused to give a urine sample.

It is a secondary remiss demeanor if you refuse to submit to a urine analysis.

It's a low-level crime, but it's still a crime.

It's also punishable by 60 days in jail.

Could he get jail time for it?

Well, in Martin County, it's always a possibility.

Here's what happened back in 2017.

He was simply asked to recite the ABCs.

He was hopelessly confused by the instructions.

Despite evidence he had taken drugs, the DUI charges were reduced to reckless driving.

We were all optimistic that this was a new chapter for him.

And so, yeah, unfortunately, this happened.

Many wonder why Tiger doesn't simply pirate show fur.

After all, he can certainly afford it.

A pub's report says the reason that Tiger insists on driving himself is that he's so private

he doesn't want anyone to know where he is.

Woods looked glum as he was driven home after spending eight hours

getting processed and posing for his mug shot in the county jail.

I think people were very worried about Tiger Woods.

We all just want him to be okay.

Tiger has taken pain medication following a series of injuries and surgery,

including that 2021 crash in which he nearly had to have a leg amputated.

They slow down your breathing.

They also slow down your thinking and your motor skills,

which essentially creates a highly inebriated drunk-like effect.

People magazine quoted a source close to him as saying

Tiger is frustrated and depressed.

Tiger has yet to look in the mirror and say

you're 50 years old and need to act like it.

Vanessa Trump, former wife of Donald Trump Jr.

has been dating Tiger for over a year

and is said to be furious over his latest escapade.

And according to one report,

the Secret Service has banned Tiger from driving Vanessa's children,

including President Trump's granddaughter Kai.

Tiger Woods' next court hearing for the crash is scheduled for mid-April.

It appears she didn't want to be locked up.

When cops handcuffed this woman and put her in the back of a cruiser,

they should have rolled up the windows.

This woman is under arrest for an alleged parole violation,

but she's got other plans.

As cops place her inside the police cruiser,

you won't believe what happens next.

She pops her head out and glances around the parking lot

in Muskegon Heights, Michigan.

Then this contorting her body through the half-open window,

the cuffed captive slithers out of the squad car.

Daily receipt.

Stun passers-by can't believe it.

Talk about the great escape.

This is wild.

The police chief tells us that woman is still on the run.

It was a sweet moment. A man down on one knee,

proposing to a teacher in front of her class,

but that joyous moment, a faded memory.

As Allison Hall reports,

that teacher is now accused of sexually assaulting one of her students.

It was a fairytale marriage proposal.

A middle school teacher is surprised in her classroom.

When her sweetheart goes down on Bended Knee and asks her to marry him,

showing off that engagement ring on her ring finger.

This is the happy couple on their wedding day.

The teacher had a glowing professional reputation.

She was twice nominated as Teacher of the Year,

one student calling her My Hero.

But now the teacher with a fairytale romance is at the center of a scandal.

She's been charged with sexually assaulting in middle school student.

Who told cops he and the teacher had multiple sexual encounters in the teacher's vehicle,

and in her classroom in New Jersey in 2021.

She's also accused of sending the boy multiple nude photographs of herself.

She denies the allegations and she's gone up

before it's an aggressive defense.

I spoke to the teacher's attorney Rocco Sipperone.

There's this photo of her husband proposing to her in her classroom.

What does her husband feel about all of this?

I can tell you he's supportive.

She's got an extended family that's local that's very supportive.

These are just flabbergasting allegations that just came up.

And people should not rush the judgment.

Authority say the inappropriate relationship happened five years ago,

but the student just recently reported it.

Ashley Fisler, who no longer teaches,

is facing multiple charges including six counts of first degree sexual assault of a minor.

Talk about March madness in a buzzer-beater moment in the last second of the game.

Yukon sank a three beating Duke putting Yukon in the final four.

The player who scored that shot now being hailed a hero

and making it even more insane, he's a freshman.

What a moment.

It's the ultimate buzzer-beater in the final seconds of Duke versus Yukon.

And it's certain to go down as one of the greatest shots of all time.

Fans watching at home couldn't believe it.

The announcers were left stunned into silence.

So who's the instant hero?

He's a freshman. His name is Braylon Mullins.

And with that three pointer, he knocked off number one C Duke to lead his team to the final four.

It's still full of emotions.

I mean, I can't even explain it myself.

It's crazy that that all happened yesterday.

Check out the joyous reaction to the victory from the Yukon women's team.

They were watching the game from their hotel,

important to the hallway to celebrate.

And look, it's actor Bill Murray celebrating Yukon's win with his son Luke,

who's an assistant coach on the team.

Now both Yukon men's and women's teams have reached the final four.

Meanwhile, TV personality Charles Barkley is courting controversy

after going off script during March Madness coverage.

I want to be very careful with my words right now.

OK, Barkley's comments came after a taped piece aired about a Yukon player

and his family who came to the USA from Ukraine.

I love that kid and his family.

But the ways some of these other immigrants are getting treated in our country right now.

There's a travesty and a disgrace.

Immigrants built this country and we should admire them and respect them.

after correctly picking the first 48 winners on the women's side,

a one in 282 trillion chance.

Well, nothing good lasts forever.

Now that Notre Dame has beaten Vanderbilt, his bracket is also busted.

It sounded like it would be a lot of fun for Barbie fans.

A chance to immerse yourself in Barbie's world, stepping into a life-size

dreamhouse roller rink and glam bar, all pink, of course.

But fans who went said it was a major disappointment,

even calling it the worst event ever.

It was advertised as the ultimate Barbie fan event.

And Barbie fanatics expected to step into the real-life world of Barbie, just like the movie.

But this is what attendees encountered when they walked into Barbie Dream Fest,

an empty convention center with sparse decorations.

I was shocked.

The Barbie Dream Fest was horrible,

like bad.

adults and kids alike was just a cardboard cutout.

It's crazy.

It's reminding many of the Phil 2017 Fire Festival in the Bahamas.

When concert goers expected luxury villas and gourmet food.

Instead, they found disaster relief tents and cheese sandwiches in Styrofoam boxes.

Megan Victoria was hoping to give out her Barbie inspired sunglasses at the event,

but they didn't arrive.

I feel extremely ripped off.

I feel very taken advantage of.

I don't think Barbie would approve.

Mattel confirmed the Barbie name was licensed by the event organizers who say they are

issuing full refunds to everyone who purchased tickets.

He gets so close.

One guy had on a bike had to hop onto the curb to get away.

Now the guy driving the BMW has been arrested.

And what cops say is a brazen case of road rage.

It's car versus cyclists and it's open war.

Watch has the BMW honks and dangerously tails the cyclist,

who's riding in the designated bike lane.

The cyclist, fearing he'll be hit, jumps his bike onto the sidewalk

in Newport Beach, California.

Then, the BMW races towards another cyclist,

who's also in the bike lane.

Someone in the BMW throws a water bottle and flips him off.

Cyclist Luke Fetzer says the trouble started

when the BMW driver first swirved at them at an intersection.

We see somebody jumping up on the sidewalk.

That's your friend.

That's my friend.

You know, this car is six inches away from him.

The safest place is on the sidewalk.

He hit his rear wheel and would have crashed.

Probably would have slid under the car.

We got ran over.

The cyclists say it gets worse.

They say a few intersections down.

The BMW driver, guyed out of his car, made threats

and attempted to tackle them off their bikes.

And he allegedly had help.

He was in a posse about four cars.

They all stopped pulled over.

They got into the middle of the road.

They put their arms out and they were yelling

that they were going to kill us.

Luke, a six-time national championship racer says,

after the BMW first swirved at him,

he sprayed his water bottle at the car.

But he says that action

didn't warrant the BMW driver's dangerous maneuvers.

Afterwards, he says the BMW driver tracked him down

on social media and sent him this message.

Yeah, challenge me to a fight.

And you're laughing, but this guy was serious.

He was dead serious.

Police arrested the driver of that BMW on charges

of assault with a deadly weapon.

His vehicle was reportedly confiscated as evidence.

What happened to Leanne Rhymes?

This video of her screaming and almost in tears is going viral.

Now we know more about what she was doing.

Why is Leanne Rhymes in so much pain?

The 43-year-old singer is undergoing a controversial procedure

to relieve tension.

Leanne suffers from TMJ or Temporum and Dibbular joint

and saw it help from a trauma healer

who's performed a technique known as a deep jaw release.

We showed the video to dentist Michael Galisio

who says the painful procedure really can help.

Deep jaw release is just like an intense stretching of the muscle tissue.

In a way, it's like if you had a Charlie horse

and you really wanted to work it out,

so to speak, and like really kind of intensely

like grab the muscle tissue or kind of massage the muscle tissue.

It's an incredibly painful procedure.

After the treatment, Leanne says she did feel relief.

For my life, better be over it.

My intent was to positively highlight the plates.

I went there to promote the restaurant

I'm like, no way.

and lots of people have the same reaction.

I'll say about 50% of it is the comments are hate.
