A man enters a home with a loaded rifle and paces around the living room yelling... scaring a mom and her baby who were home alone. Cops took the man into custody, but what has the mom outraged is the fact he's back at his home which is right on her street! The intruder is charged with 2 counts of burglary and assault.   He's due in court next Tuesday. And they desperately tried to save him. That's the word from a doctor whose E-M-S team rushed to a resort in Costa Rica where a former New York Yankee star's 14-year-old son was unresponsive. He says the team unsuccessfully performed CPR for 30 minutes. Prosecutors say accused killer Bryan Kohberger disguised himself in a mask showing only his eyes.
