I messed up.

That's what an air traffic controller was recorded saying after a plane collided with

the fire truck on the runway, killing the pilot and co-pilot.

Now some of the passengers are sharing video from the scene.

Stephen Fabian has the details.

After seeing dramatic new video, moments after the collision at LaGuardia Airport.

The crush cop pit knows down on the tarmac.

Suddenly the plane tilts up, the center of gravity shifting as the passengers escape.

I was so grateful to be alive because I realized just how bad it was.

The video was shot by passenger Jack Cabot, a college student on his way home from spring

break in Canada.

Soon as the plane touched down, it hit the brakes really hard.

And then you felt just a really loud bang and all of a sudden everything was out of

control.

You can still see the bruise on his face where he banged his head and on the sleeve of

his jacket, a blood state.

Can you tell us what kind of injuries you saw?

A lot of people had a lot of pain when they got out of the plane.

A lot of people had bloody noses.

The collision between a fire truck and an air Canada express jet from Montreal completely

shut down one of the busiest airports in the nation.

And finally reopened after about 15 hours as investigators try to figure out how could

this happen.

Footage from a security camera shows the moment of impact.

You can see the truck with its lights flashing heading for disaster.

And you can hear the terrible accident unfolding in real time on air traffic control recordings.

The fire truck crew asks for and is granted permission to cross runway 4.

The controller instantly realizes his mistake.

But it's too late.

The plane slams into the truck.

You have to think of this like the force you would see in a T-bone collision that you

would see on the highway.

In another recording, the air traffic controller is heard saying he messed up.

The pilot and co-pilot were killed.

Two young pilots left their homes expecting to return to their families and they will

not.

A flight attendant was ejected from the plane, landing on the tarmac, still strapped to

work jump seat.

Rebecca LaCory was sitting at the emergency exit.

I was waiting for guidance from like flight crew but that didn't happen because they were

in the front of the plane and as you know the front of the plane was extremely damaged.

One of the passengers screamed to me like please open the exit door and I was like

of course.

41 passengers were taken to the hospital with injuries and today nine remain hospitalized.

This was the first fatal accident at New York's LaGuardia airport since 1992.

The fire truck was on the tarmac responding to a report of a suspicious odor on a different

plane.

Now to a nail-biting rescue, a complete stranger jumping into the ocean fully clothed

to save a six-year-old girl and her dad swept away by a rip current.

He leapt into action when he saw them struggling to stay afloat.

Now they are speaking to Jim Maray in an exclusive interview.

A father races into the ocean to save his little girl who's caught in a rip current.

He reaches the child but now dads in trouble.

The six-year-old clings to him and they're both swept away, trapped in the strong current.

Suddenly a hero appears.

He's fully clothed and has just jumped into the ocean to save the dad and daughter.

He reaches the struggling duo just in time.

Hero uses all of his might to swim them to safety.

You can hear the little girl shrieking and terror.

When they reach the sharp jetty, the hero carefully lifts the little girl as others come

to help.

Then he checks on dad.

Dad's exhausted but thankfully he and his little girl are both alive.

So what led up to this near catastrophe?

The dad says his daughter Coco had been playing along the water's edge when she stepped

into a hole and the strong current sucked her out into the ocean.

Dad Chris Greene is a high school principal in Oceanside California who courageously swam

out as fast as he could.

The moment he saw his daughter's head bobbing in the water.

With as far away as she was and already being in the water like that, I honestly thought

I wasn't going to make it but I had to try.

I already felt exhausted like I could tell I was just depleted.

The water's just pulling us apart.

One of us could have been lost and more likely both of us because I wasn't going to let

her go.

It was then that the hero came to the rescue.

Here he is today, 28 year old Lucas Tau who just happens to be a college surf coach.

I looked down and I saw a little girl struggling to get air and stay above water.

Did you think oh my gosh if I don't do something this little girl could die?

Yes, 100%.

I knew it was a matter of seconds between life or death.

He worked to calm them down.

Hey I'm here, I'm going to help you don't panic.

The thankful dad recorded this video message for us to play for Lucas.

Lucas man, thank you, thank you.

We are so grateful.

You know I love you like a brother.

It definitely hits my heart.

It just makes me feel that much more grateful and appreciative that I was on that jetty

in that moment.

The witness who shot the video says this proves how quickly the ocean can change.

Who is she?

That's the question about a woman who can be seen in the just released Justin Timberlake

police body cam video from his DWI arrest.

As less Trent reports, she was doing her best to get him off the hook, even mentioning his

hit songs.

We're learning more about Justin Timberlake's DUI bust, including the identity of the mystery

woman who asked cops to let the pop star go.

The just released video starts with Timberlake being pulled over in a rental car in Sag Harbor,

New York.

He's following the mystery woman and her husband who are in another car up ahead.

What are you doing?

I'm on a road tour, I'm Justin Timberlake, what's your name?

Justin Timberlake.

You are Justin Timberlake?

Yeah.

Officer gives Timberlake a series of field sobriety tests.

Then the moment where you see Timberlake's arrest, that's when the woman tries to convince

cops to release the star.

She seems incredulous.

Then she reminds the arresting officers just to Timberlake is referencing his biggest

hits.

So who is she?

She's been identified as SD Stanley, a fashionista who styled Timberlake's wife Jessica

Beale on their wedding day.

Police headquarters, Timberlake expresses shock at what's happening.

Then it's into a cell.

We asked lawyer Rachel Kugel who specializes in DUI cases to review the video.

My first impression was certainly not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

She was polite, calm, cooperative throughout.

There's eight hours of body cam video from Timberlake's arrest cops released only 26 minutes.

It's the ultimate party anthem, Pink Pony Club by Grammy winner Chapel Rome.

But as popular as her music is, she's been called out for being difficult on the red carpet.

This time she's being accused of making an 11 year old girl cry.

Now Rome is responding saying she does not hate children.

Her song is a smash hit, Pink Pony Club.

Now Grammy winning sensation Chapel Rome is apologizing following accusations that her

security guard bullied an 11 year old fan to tears.

And it turns out the girl is actor Jude Law's daughter Ada.

This photo was taken just before the incident.

It happened over the weekend at a hotel in Brazil where Chapel Rome was having breakfast.

Jude Law's daughter walked by the singer's table just to see if it was, in fact, the famed

singer.

A few minutes later, a beefy security guard approached Ada and her mother at their table, allegedly

accusing the girl of being disrespectful and harassment.

I'm just going to tell my half of the story.

After a firestorm of social media condemnation, Rome posted this video claiming the guard

wasn't part of her security team.

I did not ask the security guard to go up and talk to this mother and child.

I did not, they did not come up to me.

Jude Law's ex-wife, Catherine Harding, posted her own video about the incident and appears

to contradict Chapel Rome's claim that it was not her security.

100% this security guard was not a security guard of the hotel.

The singer is now in full damage control.

I do not hate children.

You may have seen videos from a week ago, a meteor shower falling to the earth.

Now it's happened again.

And one of the space rocks went right through this woman's roof.

It's a fireball streaking across the Texas sky caught on a doorbell camera.

The meteor flashed across the baseball field almost unnoticed.
