How We Teach Each Other Without Knowing It

About this episode

In this episode, I share how we teach one another simply by being ourselves and by noticing what naturally appears on our paths each day. We often don’t realize how our smiles, kindness, and openness quietly shape our lives and the lives of strangers passing through.
Equally, sometimes without intention and through discomfort, our resistance, concern, or anger can move through a relationship in ways that end it, rupture it, or reveal something that needed to come into view. Drawing from a recent personal experience, I explore how these moments teach us in ways that support our evolution and growth.
We’ll look at how varied paths, levels of awareness, and lived histories shape how we meet one another, and how this diversity of being creates the depth and richness of the human tapestry.
