You're listening to the Dana and Parks podcast on K. M. B. Z. Poor Dana. Is that two times now you've been on hold with the. I'm like, I'll just call the DMV real quick. The Kansas Department of Revenue in between a break. Please stand by your calls very important. Please stand by. We hope you've gone to trust and will calm. Cause your family's never going to see you again. What do you have to do with the DMV? I can't find or I don't know if the state ever released the title to a car that I own outright. I don't have it. So I think the state has it and I would like them to send it to me. But in order to do that, you have to get a hold of someone in Topeka to help facilitate. That's not going well, Scott. Like I paid off the key recently that Maya drives. Did they just mail you the title right away just right away in the mail? I think there might be a problem Dana with your perhaps your your names and the changes.
I mean, it could be that it could be that I'm just looking to figure it out. Could be that I never received it or that I received it and lost it in the move. I'm not sure. I'm going to have to drive to Topeka now. It said it takes less than 10 minutes. Why can't you go to the DMV like? Because if you do that, it's, please allow six to eight weeks. If you drive to Topeka, it's 10 minutes. I'd rather drive and get it over with. I really would. Why do they make car things so hard? It wasn't hard for me. I remember paying off the Kia. Oh, you have had so many problems before. Don't tell me that there have been other times where you're like, I had to do this. And then I had to go in and then I came back like within the last couple of years, you were, you were griping about it. It's never easy. Your title issue might have been easy, but overall, these things are never easy. Good luck. Will you be calling them at 415? I do know how it works out. So I'm going to be in Topeka for a week. I feel like if you work for the state, you're done at four.
I think they're done at four. That's why I was trying to get it in before, before. But anyway, NFL draft was over the weekend. Oh, I cried. He cried. Oh, I cry when they get the call and they're hugging their mother and they're crying. Both of our guys cried. We have a Mr. Irrelevant. His name is Red Murdoch. Great football name from the University of Buffalo. Yep. I think sometimes Scott, the Mr. Irrelevant's do far better than the ones that everybody's cheering for in the top 10. Yeah, he's the starting quarterback at San Francisco rock party. Yes, Mr. Irrelevant, Mr. Irrelevant out of Iowa State. Yep. The, it wasn't Mr. Irrelevant, but it was damn close, like four picks away. The Eagles last night selected a guy by the name of U.R. Bernard. Okay. He's from Nigeria. Man, six, five, three hundred and six pounds, six percent body fat. Wow.
He can jump 11 feet from a standing position. Oh, no. Yeah. Wow. Wow. His name is U.R. Bernard. Here's the thing about U.R. Bernard. He's never played football in his life, not one down. And he was chosen higher than Mr. Irrelevant. That is correct. He was the two hundred and fifty first pick. They're going to make him a defensive tackle. He's from Nigeria, a small town in Nigeria has never once played a down a football in his life. You had me at he can jump 11 feet from a standing position. Six percent body fat. Yeah. And by the way, he's built for Alex Gold or Cody. Who did we talk to Tuesday? We talked to Friday. We talked to Cody on Thursday, who said there was no way and quote, I would be stunned if the chiefs drafted a backup quarterback.
Did you? When that happened, I go, the sports guy said there's no way we would draft a backup quarterback. I was excited for him. He's never going to play, but you know, I didn't even see that. Oh, yeah. It was late, late on. I don't know if it was even Saturday. It might have been Sunday's got hang on. It might have been Sunday. But we watched. I always think it's the sweetest story because and then they show the coaches phone call to the young man. Gary, I'm going to have Cody call in because I asked that question on Thursday. And I and I preface it by saying this may be the dumbest question I've ever asked. And he really he said it was the dumbest question you've ever asked. The dumbest question you have ever asked in your life. We had a cue that up actually. I mean, they still need quarterbacks, you know, as a backup and for the practice squad and all of that kind of stuff. So yeah, former LSU quarterback. Yeah. If you're going to be a backup quarterback, being the backup quarterback behind Patrick
Mahomes, is there anyone better to learn from? Is still an exciting day. But he's not going to play Garrett Nussmeyer. Yes. I'm LSU goes welcome to the NFL. You're never going to play, but I'm going to I just sent Cody a text. Can you call him? Well, see what he says because I I preface it. This is the dumbest question I may have ever asked in my life. Is it possible that the chief select a quarterback to back up Patrick Mahomes? Quote, that is the dumbest question he's only 30. That is the dumbest question you have ever asked in your entire life. Huh. Well, and Nussmeyer was actually one of the top five ranked quarterbacks in this class. He just it wasn't a strong quarterback class. And he had a back problems last season. I think this is him right. Oh, he's like, I don't remember that. Is this Cody? Remember that conversation? Drew. Oh, how are we doing? Hey, Cody, how are you? Good. How are you? God, do you do you recall our conversation on Thursday when you were in Pittsburgh? I do.
I think you said that she's going to draft a quarterback. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. That's the thing I've ever asked. I said, I'm going to ask you probably the stupidest question I've ever asked anybody in my life. Do you foresee the chiefs drafting a quarterback in the draft? Just because Patrick Mahomes is not getting any younger coming off an ACL injury. And you said, and I quote, Scott, that is the stupidest thing you have ever said. They did take one of the seven, didn't they? Well, hang on, I'm going, I'm going through their draft picks here. I'm on sewer, delaying. We got Peter Woods. Look at that round seven, pick number 249 in a trade with Pittsburgh. And the chiefs draft Garrett Nussmeyer quarterback, LSU. Yeah, yeah, you know what's funny about this is I stand by my statement and that they're not taking them to like, I don't know, future one day takeover from a homes.
They're just drafting because they're sick of paying an expensive back of protection and helping maybe this couple of years, I guess. Would you be happy if your name was called? Yes, you're going to the NFL, but he's never going to play. He is never going to play. You know, and I'm sure you're going to don't. One year ago, like if you looked up a Todd McShay, he's one of the biggest mock draft guys there are, one year ago to the day after he's like two soon, 2026 mock draft where he pretends to know what's going to happen in a year from now in the mock. He had Garrett Nussmeyer is the number one overall pick. So I imagine he's not real, but also he's a seventh round pick. He wasn't going to start anywhere. Like unless you're Brock Purdy and three quarterbacks get hurt in front of you. If you're a seventh round pick, you're going to start. You know, you're lucky to make a roster. I think the worst thing that ever happened for Chris Oledokin is he got on the field. They realized he was no good and they needed a different quarterback. Okay, well, if that's an apology we accept. Not really.
It's one of those apologies where I don't feel bad for what I said. I stand by it and I'll never back down. What about this kid? We were just talking about this a minute ago out of Nigeria that the Eagles picked, I think it was four from the from the Mr. O'Rellivan who has never played a down-of-football in his life. He said he said five parts. Say it again. I said I'm fascinated by him. He's 65, 306 pounds, 6% body fat can jump 11 feet from a standing position. How does that even happen? I don't have any idea. So like what's weird about this year's draft is there's a player named Diego Pavia who was a Heisman finalist. He went undrafted. This guy who's never played a single down-of-football gets drafted. Did you guys look at the photos of him? It's one thing to say he can jump 11 feet. Look at the workout photos. It looks like he's jumping like it looks like he's defying gravity. So somebody's probably just like we got to teach this guy to what?
Push someone hard. I guess we'll figure it out. Right. I don't know if it'll ever work out. But I draft him over a lot of other guys because athleticism plays no matter the sport. Sure. You know it's like the old adage of like oh he played college basketball. Now he's playing football. Sure. How does he look at the rest? But Cody how does he even end up on somebody's radar? They did a so they have an international workout thing. And the way that this works out is you can have roster exemptions for players who are like from foreign countries. You can have like two a year. And you can hold them there for a whole year or two. And so they do these international workouts from players who might be coming from not the US college football system. So it was him and another guy from Africa who were like a part of that workout and a few other guys from a few different countries. And so they do these like showcases and they're such freak athletes. It made news a couple of months ago or a month ago when that the guy who got drafted by the Eagles was doing like they do a relative athletic score it's called a razz score right where it's like hey you compared to anybody who's ever taken these tests that we give and he was a 10 meaning he was one of the most athletic or
9.9 feet or something you know like out of 10. He's essentially the best kind of athlete ever being measured at his position. Because 300 pounds that's a defensive end. It's not supposed to be able to jump 11 feet in the air whatever. Does he have any rugby background? No not like the Louise Reece Zannett kid I guess it was in Kansas City for a little bit. But that's how he was on the roster for a little bit with Kansas City. Oh my god he is a he is he does not miss Jim Day. He's a beast. Yeah. Yeah I mean why not give it a shot though I mean I don't see a harm in it. You know this works it's like anything else it's any other job if you show a proficiency that they think they can just like mold you into something to take a shot. And Cody I mean let's say he doesn't work out. All you did was burn us a late seventh round pick. Yeah it's like by the I know the chiefs are better than most teams at finding starters or finding valuable players out of the seventh round. But for the most part those are guys that when the 53 man roster is made they're a maybe to be on the roster right.
Maybe maybe they're on the practice squad maybe they go play for another team. So like the idea of taking a chance on somebody who had they played college football is such a good athlete I imagine they would be pretty decent at it. I again it's just like he has 11 inch hands and the broad jump by the way of 1010 which is marked as 14 inches more than any other defensive tackle at this year's combine. Like you just got to think that that guy's a better athlete than most of the guys who are great athletes in the NFL. Oh period. So I can't you just be better like can't you just be better because you can like I know there's hand placement and skill that makes you better at those things but sometimes you can just be stronger faster than somebody. But he has never put on a football helmet in his life. No, no it's crazy. I can't explain it other than it feels like it normally happens with basketball players because they're I think basketball players are the best athletes in the world. It feels like it happens more with them. Basketball players get pushed into other sports because they're like oh they're so good
or occasionally they try to do track stars right. Not to quote the you know not to joke about the plot of cool runnings but the same up you know oh you're super fast. I bet I could probably teach you to catch a football so run and I'll show you the rest. All right Cody well you're wrong but we appreciate the apology. You have a good day. Oh problem. Garrett Nussmeyer. Garrett Nussmeyer. quarterback Ellis. By the way I want you to repeat what you said to me about his 11 foot jump please because I just I wanted to see it. I wanted to look him up. He can jump 11 feet from a standing position. Oh my God. I just looked it up. I thought how was that even possible? She thought you were president Cody. How is that even humanly possible that he can jump 11 feet? She said to me off the issues I thought you met in the air. I thought he met up. Yeah like 11 feet into the air. Yeah no. No Dan like they're calling it the long jump.
He can jump from here. Like I could jump from here to that wall. The broad jump. It's a broad jump. You said vertical. I did not. Yes you did and I thought there is no way. Did the word vertical ever come out of my mouth. I do not believe the word vertical came out of your mouth. That would be a foot above a basketball. That's why I was like how is it when you said it to Cody? I never said how is that even possible? I said from a standing position. He is quite an athlete. He's not that good. 9.35. He's up on the roof again. Somebody get him down. He's got a 39 inch vertical jump. Okay that's three and a half feet. You said 11. From a standing position. No. They all start from a standing position for everything. You said jump from a standing position. You stand and you jump up. You
The Prevulage Police Department posted this over the weekend. Am I talked about this? I want to say a couple of years ago, but I don't think it's caught on in the way that law enforcement or its creators would like. And this is what the police department writes. Have you ever been in an emergency? And realized you have no idea where you are. By the park or I just passed a blue house. Isn't always enough when seconds count and you're talking to a dispatcher, right? They write we would like to introduce you to the what three words app. A tool that helps us find you faster even when you're off the grid. Now I will give them props for this. This app does work when you don't have cell service. And I don't know how but it does. The creators of what three words divided the entire world into 10 feet squares. 10 by 10 by 10 by 10. Yeah, we've talked about this. Each one has a unique combination of three totally random words. So wherever you're listening right now, wherever you are,
unless you're driving, your three words are changing. Every 10 feet is a different three word combination. So that if you're out hiking and you're lost, this is where this is a good idea to download the app. You're going on a hike, download the app, right? Okay. Standard GPS consumes times be broad. They write these three words give us your exact 10 foot square. It removes the guesswork for our dispatchers and officers, allowing us to get resources to you much quicker. And the app works even without a data connection. Oh, here we go. How's that possible? The app works even without a data connection as long as you have some GPS signal. So you open the free app. It's called what the number three words, what the number three words. So if you're traveling abroad, Scott, like, I wish I had thought about this for my daughters, when they were traveling abroad, download this app. Because where are you? I'm in Paris. I don't know.
Or if you're in a Airbnb, what's your address? Not sure. Would you care to guess how many words are in the English language? How many? One million. Okay. So there's enough for 10 by 10. Well, and you can use them in different arrangements. So I tried this during a break. I looked up what three words. I typed in our address. And you want to know what the three words, this is for the building. It's going to be a different three words if I move over there. Do you know what I'm saying? Yeah, bird mile walk. Oldest spaces spider. And where exactly is that at the building? Where I am standing right here. Oh, now if she were to jump 11 feet. Well, it's in 10 foot squares. It would change. Again, hiking or on a beach, this is very helpful.
Well, then maybe the newsroom is manual jabs neck. Right because we looked this up a while ago to figure out what the words are. But my point in bringing this up again is the police departments are still trying to get everyone to adopt this. If you don't have the app, the dispatcher is not going to, what are they going to talk me through it when I've been in a car wreck. All right, you need to go to the app store. I'm sorry, I'm bleeding. You need to download this app. Sorry, there's no cell service. I'm at the bottom of a creek. You know what I mean? It's a great idea in theory, but I don't think it's caught on no one's doing it. My look, I'd get the one dispatcher that had no idea what the hell I was talking about. I'd be like, diaper, television, Cheeto. Like this woman's had a stroke. She's saying weird words that make no sense. Was it, was it, was it Christmas Friday? I actually thought this was a good grievance. Somebody pointed out R E the, you know, severe weather that we've had. Meteorologist saying on i35 near mile marker,
23, yeah, nobody knows where that is. The dispatchers do. The dispatchers do. But if I'm watching TV from home, and you're telling me that, you know, it's, uh, there's some flooding at i35 in mile marker 23, I don't know where that is. So I got stuck on the highway during the tornado thing on last Sunday, yesterday and had to pull off safely on the, uh, bonersprings, Udora exit. I think it was. There's an old K tag area that used to be a K tag place. And now it's just gravel road by bonerspring. Udora and bonersprings aren't anywhere near. Because one of those exits, I don't remember. So I pull over, I stop, um, storm. I, when I looked to my left, I could see clouds trying to drop down sirens. Were you on i7? Yep. I was on i70 sirens were blaring like crazy. But if I had been listening to the channel 9 app, and they had said severe weather is coming. You're right at, you know, right at mile marker, whatever.
That would be helpful to me. That really would. Be sure. Because in that moment, you're like, okay, do I sit? Which way is it coming? Do I need to haul? You know what and go east? Do I need to turn around and haul and go west? I, I didn't know. And I think using city markers is, is fantastic. I remember we were watching. This was not last night, but the storm prior. And we were watching channel 9. And Neville, Neville Miller was on. And he said, I'm detecting rotation just south of Bonner Springs. We were in the living room. And uh, I looked at T and I go, um, we're south of Bonner Springs. Yeah. Just south of Bonner Springs. I said, let's get to the basement. That helps not, you know, we're, and I'm not saying, Neville did this, but you were seeing rotation on case seven at mile marker 12. That, that does nothing. But if you're driving, it does. Well, and on i70, they actually have it every two tenths of a mile.
So that makes it a lot better, right? Fair point, fair point. That's that you're getting it narrowed down there. I'm downloading the app now. And I'm going to go during the break. I'm going to walk like 10 feet. And I'm going to see what happens. Because in real time, it will tell you your three words. You can do it in Chinese. Croatian. I mean, they've done this well all over the world. This will work. 913-586-777-8-586-779-8. Here on Damon Parks. A 33 year old man has died after being gored by a bull at a festival in Spain. I had a wife and a baby on the way. Why do people do that? I'm not joking. I just don't understand why what is the thing. It occurred on Friday. Cattlebreeder Santiago San Roman was attacked by the bull at the San Marcos festival in a southern Spanish town.
The bull charged at Roman at seven o'clock local time. Gored him multiple times, leaving him with wounds to his groin, chest, and abdomen. He was rushed to the hospital. But died about an hour later. And I'm hoping they did not kill the bull. I don't know. I'm surprised they're still doing that. I know it's the hundreds of years old. But it's become a touristy thing. Right? Let's go do the deal. Well, so there's an official running of the bulls. I was just kidding. In Pamplona, right? That's right. And it runs for a week in July every day. Okay. From July 7th through the 14th, but they have other runnings of the bulls leading up to it. And in other cities in Spain, yeah, that is correct. The Johnson County Sheriff's Office is actually looking for the owner right now of a wandering bull. That was just located in Olathe.
Bull was found roaming near 151st Street and evening star road. An animal control deputy is currently working to find the bulls owner. It is unknown how the bull got loose or where it came from and then this sentence. They also just spoke to this on Facebook. I know what you're about to say. Proof of ownership is required to claim the animal. How do I prove that I own that please? Please don't show up at the Sheriff's Department. Be like, hey, you got my cow. We're going to need proof that this could you describe the bullman? Good talk. Okay. Store here. What does four years and 125 grand in student loans get you? 500 knows a 21-year-old who finished top of his class with a digital media degree has gone viral after sending out 500 job applications and not getting a single offer.
Ooh. He blames AI. Yes. And stingy bosses and worries. If I can't even get a job, what are kids with lower grades going to do for work? Okay. Is it possible he's applying to the wrong places? Possible. Is it possible that his mission statement is rife with errors? Probably unlikely. There's got to be a reason. If you're applying at 500 places and it's a big no, there's got to be a reason. Colleague Sharif, 21 years of age, earned a degree in digital media tech from Kingston University just outside of London. He began applying for relevant roles, what he calls relevant roles after he graduated in 2025. But despite submitting 500 applications, he's had less than 20 job interviews and has yet to land a job. He graduated a year ago. Okay. When you talk about AI and the job search thing, and we air some of those ads on our station too,
that, you know, the zip recruiter type places, do those, is that all computerized? Is it, when he says he's sent out 500, those are not 500 sheets of paper where he went in and dropped off an application. This is, I don't even think it's how it works. It's all on a computer. And to get an interview, Scott. It's still about networking. I talked to my kids about this all the time. You have to stand out. And if he got in front of someone, if he was able to physically get in front of someone, 20 job interviews, and that's a little over 20 still not great, his chances would be way higher. But maybe he interviews poorly. Maybe Jason, how old are you? I am 33. You're 33. But I'm a non-traditional student and I'm actually studying digital media right now, and I'm almost done. So this is a bit concerning. Yeah, you might have made a bad decision there soon. No, you are going to be fine. It's, I'm telling you, it is getting out in front of someone and it, and let me give you an example.
My daughter was wait listed at one of her top choices for graduate school. Well, I'll just say it was Northwestern. It was a very, very prestigious school. Very hard to get into. Yep. She was wait listed in Northwestern. What does that mean? Meaning we only have 30 slots. Those 30 have been filled, but you're probably 31 on the list. So yes, if someone drops or decides to go to Yale, we will call you. You're on the wait list. So it's not a no, but it's not a yes either. Let me tell you the reason she was wait listed. And I wanted so bad for somebody to, I mean, I don't know. Anyway, no, no, no, but now she's going to this great university in Connecticut. The number her number one top choice she ended up in. Let me tell you why the Northwestern round of interviews, hours and hours of interviews. Did she go up for this via zoom? Oh, really? And I said to her, no, no, no, no, we will fly you to Chicago.
Yeah, they don't allow it. The entire thing is on an impersonal. It's a huge group of zoom with a bunch of kids in it. Then it narrows down to like 10 kids. And she got all the way to the end. And the man on the other end of the zoom after the one on one for two hours said, I wish I was there in person to shake your hand and offer you a spot. She got wait listed. We fly her to Connecticut for a full day of interview. Boom, she's in. It is you cannot figure out what someone is about. What they are like, your mannerisms are important. Your, you know, in certain fields, especially, like think bedside manner stuff. Sure. You have to do that in person. Think media. And I'm sure vegetarians of people apply at Northwestern at these programs. But I think it's an incredible disservice to say if we don't want anyone coming here. It wasn't even like do you have the means to come here, which I also said further divides the haves and the haves not.
How many people can just hop on a plane fly in Chicago? So I'm going to ask a really dumb question. But the last time I did, the chiefs did draft a quarterback. Yeah. I have been at this radio station for 30 years. I don't even know what it's like to apply for a job today. I do know in 1996, it was all about the physical resume, yeah, the cassette tape you go in and I sit down with somebody. Exactly. And I remember when I got my job here, or a job here at KMBC in 1996, Shonda was so smart. Because I was working at KLWN in Lawrence. And she said, just ask for an informational interview. Yeah. And I go just to get to know you. I go, what the hell is an informational interview? And she goes, they don't have a job. You just go in and you just get in front of somebody. And you just tell them, hey, if a job ever comes open, I'd like to be considered.
And I did it. The news director of the time is a guy with a name of Dale Forbes. And I interviewed, I didn't interview with him. There was no job to be had. He sat down with me. We talked and guess what? The next time a job came open. You had a call? I was the first call he made. It's because you physically went and I'm telling you it. And I worry that in today's job market, it's all gone to the computer. And so their eyes are glossing over hundreds of pieces of paper that, by the way, aren't even real. The resume is not even real anymore. You're everyone's using chat GPT for that. And do you even get in front of somebody? No. I wonder in just for the gatekeeping entry level, how many people get in front of somebody and the percentage is going to be so low. So how do you even apply for a job? I know I know I sound old. It's networking. It's who you know or who you know that knows. Or do you know someone there that can push that sheet of chat,
bodied paper up to the top of the list? Are there even, again, I know I sound old. Are there even resumes anymore? Yes. But they're digital. Yes. Not on paper. And they all have that awful flowery language like, you know, when you talk about your experience, I can't even the business speak crap that you see in corporate America. Remember when we were kids, you had to have a cover letter from your resume? I don't think we'd do that anymore. Well, I can speak to this a bit because I'm kind of applying to some jobs. Yeah. So I mean, another common way of... Are you a high-driven motivator? Oh well. They do have questions like that. What you'll have is you'll have like an application or a profile, I should say, like indeed or some website like that. And then you can apply for a job in 10 seconds. If you already have your resume there. Right. But you got to take that extra time and put a cover letter in there. You know, if you... I believe 500 applications were sent out, you know, but did they actually have a cover letter? Did they have any good references? That I think is still... And your cover letter has to grab them. And we just went through this.
And I did not help any of them with their graduate school stuff. There's two of them going through it. I just said, when you are writing, you have to remember the person on the other end, reading that has read 400 of these and all of the kids are outstanding. They're going to give you one minute. They're going to give you one minute. You cannot start out with when I look back at my days at the University of Kansas. They don't have time for that. I learned so much. I go, it has got to be pull me in with something because this is the 78th one of these I've read. And all of you are equally outstanding in the classroom. 913-586-779-8586-779-8 here on Damon Parks. So we're talking about this story, this 21-year-old out of England. I graduated at the top of his class with a degree in digital media. $125,000 in student loans sends out 500 resumes. Gets 500 knows. Or doesn't hear back. And the reason you didn't hear back is because all of that is now automated. It's like when someone sends a suppressed release, Scott. I've got a new book coming out. Delete. Yeah, the hiring managers aren't even seeing those 500 when he presses the button send this. They're not even seeing it. What if you're missing out on the best employee you could possibly have? You are, you absolutely are. But in the sake of convenience, I'm just going to take the easy route and go with number 14. But yeah, but I'd hate to be a hiring manager. John on line one. John, hello.
Hey, how's it going guys? It's going well. Thanks. Good. So I was just in a similar situation. Put out over, filled out over 100 applications, sent out resumes, sent out cover letters. And I got a total of three Zoom interviews out of all that. I hate the Zoom interview. Oh, I hated them. Absolutely hated them. The job I actually ended up with, I did not apply for it. And I did not interview for a friend of mine introduced me to a friend of his, and he hired me out of the spot. I'm telling you, John, that's in most cases how it works. It just, it just is. It's been all that time. The near resume and cover letters together is just a waste of time now that we've got to know people. Is it a physical cover letter or is it a digital one? Oh, it's all digital. No one takes physical copies of anything anymore. Oh, okay. I remember years ago when I hired Sam Stevie,
he was my last ever hire as a manager here, and I'm not a manager anymore for obvious reasons. I went downstairs. Sam Stevie was an intern in the promotions department. Yeah. And I got to know him a little bit, but not a lot. And we had an immediate opening that we had to fill. And I remember it's not what you know, it's who you know. And I remember walking down to the promotions department. He was down there. And I said, you want to be an intern for the rest of your life or do you want to be on the air? And he was, I want to be on the air. I said, you start tomorrow at two o'clock. Come on. Yep. Yeah. That's exactly how he's been trying to get away from us ever since. That's not a lie. That is not a lie. I, you know, I feel sorry for the guy. 500 applications and, and, and zero, well, 20 interviews, zero jobs. And then, of course, John with 100 applications. And the job he ends up with is the very job that he didn't apply for.
You know, it is who you know. And I can't even imagine being a recent college graduate today, having to go out and navigate that. Well, well, all right, quick break.
