About this episode

In this podcast we discuss the second step of taking a break from a project. A break can allow the unconscious mind to problem solve, and inspirations often appear. This is known a the Eureka phenomenon and is named after Archimedes the Ancient Greek scientist who solved the problem of water displacement. He was so excited by his realisation that he jumped out of his bath and yelled Eureka (I have found it) as he ran down the street. Eureka is now known as the sudden understanding of something previously unknown, and is expressed with much excitement.
