So I have a story to share which I can't believe I did this. It's one of those I can't believe I did this and the it doesn't get less embarrassing or less irksome as time passes, but I did learn an important lesson about slowing down sometimes before you take that second step. You need to slow down or maybe the second step is slowing down. It's like your mind can be going so fast and you just you have this goal you want to achieve and you work or do whatever to that you think is getting you to your goals,

1:00but really you maybe climb up that wrong ladder so to speak and you need to slow down. So this is what I did. My cousin was visiting and he was going to the store and I didn't have time to go to the store and he said to want me to get you anything and I gave him a list and as soon as I did that I was just really worried I would forget to pay him back because he might forget to ask me and so it was just you know having on my mind as soon as he gets here I need to need to pay him and so I was just going to do it like a e-transfer. So he brought the food and I said how much was it and he said the receipts in the box so I grabbed the receipt and I said what's your username and oh and I pulled one up and

2:09I said is this you because it was his name and he he said said yeah that looks like me and so I paid him and then he was like wait wait that wasn't me I didn't get anything it didn't come through that wasn't me and so I was like oh no but I still had this anxiety to get him paid right and so I he I said what's your username and he told me and he said this he he said it's my first name dash last name dash number seven and so I was like okay and so I pulled it up his first name dash last name dash number seven and I paid it and he was like it didn't come he pulled it up to compare and his is underline not that's not

3:12I fun it was underline so I had paid at this point I had paid too wrong no I hope it wasn't too much money at each one it was over sixty dollars yeah yeah so it wasn't ten bucks yeah but it wasn't a hundred right and anyway and so that I was like I don't know what to do I have no idea what to do I've never done this before anyway and then he he showed me his I ended up getting him paid so then I can stop worrying about that and I requested from the the people that I'd paid I requested a them to reimburse I said I'm so sorry made a mistake anyway one of them did oh nice that very honest kind person but the other one not yet so still waiting and I think

4:13I I can contact the company and ask them if they can help me out but anyway I thought how stupid of me I just had one thing in mind and I was not listening to logic I've just slowed down yeah makes where you're doing the right thing before you run off and do it because it can be costly and in money in time in whatever just slow down well yes I and I made that not a money mistake in that way although I did another thing but anyways if you're sending I just find even like replying to a text or an email that it's really easy to accidentally send it to the wrong person I don't know yeah yeah and I did that on Saturday and I was just like exactly the same thing whenever I'm in a hurry and you you you just do it quickly and you don't you know usually

5:17I I often send it to draft that I'll go back and send it later just to make sure I've got everything correct yeah yeah fortunately you know that wasn't really a big deal it's just sort of embarrassing when you said the wrong thing yeah yeah yeah I've had a few of those from my sisters on text some kind of random thing about I'm making dinner I'm thinking my sister who lives in you know five hour drive away she's making me dinner it's kind of funny you know it was an accident oh yeah this is so easy and our especially in our electronic world it is because there's no pause unless you pause you have to pause yes slow down breathe what you do is instantaneous and it's done and you can't take it back for sure for sure I think we

6:21can all use that reminder and have a story to tell on it when I hope you get your money back and if you don't somehow don't wish you probably will hold it as going to somebody who really needs it yeah so I thought that yeah yeah yeah and and I actually am saving more money because like that night I was gonna go pick up dinner and then I thought no no if I don't get dinner that's half of the money that I wasted yes and I've had that a few times wait if I don't spend that yeah and recouping my losses so there's always lessons to be learned from whatever mistake yeah that's right it's always a good proof frame what can you learn from this and how can you shift it to a better find some silver lining in it yep yeah and we would again love to hear
