Fit Dads: Create a List of Core Values with Your Family
About this episode
Don't live a life of apathy. Sit down with your family and create a list of core values most important to your crew.
Some people just wander through life. Teach your kids to live a life of purpose and let others know what your family is about.
Barker family core value number 5 is "We Stay Physically Capable." This doesn't necessarily mean we do a structured workout each day but that we prioritize being active, riding bikes, and being outdoors over netflix and screentime.
Don't miss this episode and make time to do this with your family.
Dads, if you need guidance with workouts check out a free 7-day trial to one of my workout plans: https://www.benbarkerfitness.com/
