About this episode
Have you experienced a discomfort in your body when you are facing a fear? For example, do you develop a scratchy voice or soar throat when you are preparing a presentation for a group of people; or maybe you get nauseated just thinking about speaking in front of people. The body and subconscious mind work together to allow the fear-based limiting beliefs to surface so that we can change them - like shifting anxiety to excitement. The stories we tell ourselves can amplify the limiting beliefs that we have been hanging onto or the stories can generate new programming within our minds and bodies. Amie & Bev have a conversation about this and other topics of:
~deciding to live life for yourself
~listening to your body for changes to be made
~allowing Spirit to guide you in making changes
~using foods to fuel the body
May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey. Many blessings!
