About this episode
When we are faced with a crisis that requires us to make a decision we tend to only come up with 2, maybe 3 solutions. And even though we have these choices, we have a tendency to "what if" it to death.....in a negative way. Always analyzing the worst possible scenario with each solution. What if we could open the "blinders" and see that there are way more solutions and choices to our problems.....like an average of 7? We get too caught up in our heads about the problem that we don't allow ourselves to be open to solutions.....solutions that feel good! Amie and Bev's organic conversation also includes topics of:
~how we teach our kids to lie
~the importance of having a creative imagination
~yoga
May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey. Many blessings!
