Episode #37 Who Needs To Change...THEM or me?
About this episode
It would be so wonderful if THEY would change to make it better and easier for you. Wouldn't that just be awesome?! This thought process is making the implication that "I'm better than the other person" or "I'm ok and their not" or "they're wrong and I'm right". What, we as adults, don't give any attention to is that we all have a perspective about situations based on our history which is rooted to our childhood and that's how we show up in our life. People can only respond or react in a way that is a reflection of their information, knowledge and skills that they have at that time. If we don't know better, we can't do better. Amie & Bev have a conversation on how we can have an interaction with someone else from the mindset of curiosity. And, as always, there's wisdom shared on other topics as well.
