Episode #296: Year of Bold Beginnings

As the calendar turns, the energy of the upcoming year carries a powerful invitation to begin again, intentionally, courageously, and with clarity. Numerologically, number 1 signals fresh starts, leadership, and the courage to do things differently. It’s the spark that says, this is where a new story begins. Paired with the Chinese astrological Fire Horse, this energy becomes even more dynamic - fast-moving, passionate, and impossible to ignore.  

While many mark January 1st as the reset point, the Chinese New Year often brings a deeper energetic shift. Its rhythm invites a more embodied renewal, one that asks for preparation before momentum. This is not the year to carry unnecessary baggage. Clearing clutter - physically, emotionally, and energetically - creates space for new foundations to take root.  

On a collective level, the number 1 reflects the restructuring of outdated systems and the birth of new ways of living, leading, and connecting.
