About this episode
There are tasks that we associate negativity toward and then we don't want to do the tasks even though we know that it would be beneficial to do them.
For example, exercise. YUCK! Telling yourself that you HAVE to exercise seems like "hard work" and this usually pertains to not enough time and/or money.
You have to make time to exercise when you're already too exhausted from all the stuff you already do; and you need the money for a gym or class membership.
It's very easy to talk yourself out of doing it. What if you changed the word from exercise to "body movement"? This would encompass so many other ways to help with the physiological changes that you desire without making it seem so hard.
Amie and Bev have a conversation about this and more:
~SIP of the Divine by Suzanne Giesemann
~don't be an "askhole"
~Clean Up, Clean Up song
~feel the feels
~feeling obligated
~scheduling your time
May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey. Many blessings!
