About this episode
There's so much for us to think about - the past, the future, deciding what's for dinner, what to put in the kids' lunch, the presentation, work, relationships, money, health.....the list could go on and on. We also think about the situations that took place yesterday or years ago and replay the event over and over. If they were negative experiences, then thinking about them will cause stress in the body because there may still be anger, shame, guilt, resentment or fear that you are hanging onto and even though it's not actually happening the body responds to what you are thinking about. Same thing happens when conjuring up those worrisome thoughts about the future. Diminishing those thoughts gives the mind more opportunity to tune into the intuitive guidance that is readily available. Amie and Bev have a conversation about this and more:
~we're all psychics
~meditating with kids
~thinking vs feeling
May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey. Many blessings!
