Episode #116: Mistakes Aren't Mistakes

About this episode

Defining your actions as a mistake is saying that you were "wrong". By this definition it also affirms your "I'm not good enough" story/stories. If you look back on the choices and decisions that you made could you see that many of them were based on the information and knowledge that you had at that time? In order for you to be and do better then you have to learn something new about yourself. And sometimes those "mistakes" were needed in order to implement something new - for example, creating a new policy, posting a road sign, adding disclaimer, providing better instructions. From this perspective you can lean into the idea that the "mistake" happened for a reason and contributed to changes for the better to be made. Amie and Bev's conversation is about this and more:
~apologizing
~supporting others in their grief
~constant evolution
~the power of "Thank You"
~synchronicities
~be good at receiving

May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey. Many blessings!
