About this episode
Sometimes you may feel like you just don't want to people anymore. There's too much controversy. The conversations are filled with hate and anger. There's so much judgement and criticism. Being a hermit may feel really good right now. Then there are times when you may feel sad or down right depressed and you shutdown, closing off to the outside world. Or maybe you are making a shift within yourself, giving more attention to what feels good to you and in doing so, you choose to isolate from the those that you were hanging around. Being a hermit can be good thing in some situations and it could also be a bad thing. Amie and Bev have a conversation about this and more:
~self inquiry
~writing about your struggles
~craniosacral experience
~setting intentions
~integrity
~5 year plan
May this conversation be beneficial to your life journey. Many blessings!
