About this episode
What makes a good mother? I believe we live in a time when we can have it all, the job & the family in balance but not until you’re willing to lower your expectations about what you can do.
In this podcast episode, I challenge societal expectations of motherhood, urging you to embrace your individuality and make choices that align with your values and priorities. I'm encouraging you to be more present and authentic in your parenting, and to stop beating yourself up over unrealistic expectations.
Through my experiences and insights, I'm encouraging you to recognise and release limiting beliefs and expectations, and to embrace your unique identity as a mum.
If you think you’re failing or doing a rubbish job as a mum, I invite you to take a listen to this episode.
