Ep #108 - Menopause, Teens and Total Mayhem with Jo Weatherall

About this episode

In this week’s episode, I’m joined by Jo Weatherall for a really honest, reassuring conversation about the particular chaos of navigating perimenopause whilst raising teenagers — when, quite frankly, everyone’s hormones can feel all over the place.

Together, we talk about why this stage of life can feel so intense, how Jo’s own journey led her from self-defence and confidence work into supporting women through menopause, and the small but powerful things that can help you feel more grounded, calm and in control.

We also chat about self-awareness, journalling, planning ahead, and why understanding your own patterns can make such a big difference when life feels like total mayhem.

Most importantly, this episode is a reminder that this season won’t last forever — and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
