That's 844-844-iHeart. Take that. Yeah, so I think I was, I think I fell asleep between like five and six o'clock. Okay. Oh, oh no. Oh no, that just means you're up at midnight wide awake. Yeah, and so then when I wake up, I was, I forget what I was watching. I had something on or whatever and I was watching. I was watching the gentleman. The new series, second season of the gentleman. And... Is it with Pierce Brosnan? No, that's the other one. But they're both by Guy Richie and it's really weird because it seems like those two worlds are kind of melding. But that's we can save that for later. It's boilers. Yeah. But so I was watching the gentleman and then whatever happened, I ended up falling asleep. And then next time I wake up, it's like 11, quarter to 12. Oh no. Yeah. And then like that second time you fall asleep or try to fall asleep, it's awful. Yeah. No, that happens. And so right now, like I straight up, right now I feel like I've been drinking all night but not with any of the fun.

I got you. No, natural me wants to go to bed lately at around 6 p.m. And I have to fight it every single day because I've let myself do that. I've let myself, oh, it's I can just take a little snooze right now. Why not wake up refreshed? No, never happens. Always wake up at midnight. Always wake around 2 a.m. And then I'm just wide ass awake for the rest of the evening. And then I'm just wide ass awake for the rest of the evening. And then I'm just wide ass awake for the rest of the evening. Do you are you aware that we sleep incorrectly now in modern society, angel? When you say that, what do you mean? So there's a lot of evidence that's saying like a like human. I didn't sign a human to wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning. Well, no, not that. That's actually pretty human. Okay. We woke up with the sunrise for a long time. Right. So that's that is kind of natural. But there's a lot of evidence saying that humans doing doing the eight hours that we do. You do need to get eight hours of sleep, but humans used to do a more biphazic sleep, meaning that like in the middle ages, let's say, it was very common. You'd go to bed and then you'd wake up in the middle of the night and then you would just do some stuff.

Like whether it was like, you know, you pray or you just you kind of I don't know what you do. It's really just praying to be full honest with you. Shopping some rocks. They found some literature that's saying like, yeah, yeah, humans actually you're supposed to wake up. You're supposed to wake up in the middle of the night. That makes me feel better because then whenever it happens to me, I'm like, oh, I'm just like. Well, if you're supposed to wake up, then what's the fix for like feeling miserable? I say I've done. All right. Humanity is suffering angel. That's what you got to realize. Like there's no happiness. And there's just fleeting moments of it. There's no one that's constantly happy. I don't know. I never I've talked about this before. I never have gone to bed and woke up and been like, ah, that was a great night of sleep. Like what you see in like a movie where somebody wakes up and they y'all are like, oh, I'm ready to start my day. I wake up tired and then all day I'm tired every day of my life for decades. No, I they're there are definitely times where I can say that I had a fantastic night of rest.

I can tell you know whether whether I follow you. No, everybody has I would argue with you that you've never experienced that you just don't recollect. There's got that at some what I at least one time one time one night one place. You fell asleep, you know, and you woke up and you're like, oh, this is this is the right way to do this. No, I can honestly say never. I don't know. I don't know what it is. I'm assuming it's my spicy brain that never lets me get into an actual sleep or it could be the 42 Bud lights that I drink sometimes. Sometimes I bring my brain shut up on vacation. So you know it could it could be that I am I was talking with somebody yesterday because we were talking vacation for various reasons the other day. Yesterday we'll talk more about that later. But somebody always it was a dream a little she gets back from vacation. She's like, I'm so tired vacation so exhausting. And I'm like, yeah, vacations are the worst. The best part about vacation is planning for the vacation. The second you step out your front door to leave for vacation is work.

It's work. You guys are vacation right. See, I've never had one of the have you ever done one of those vacations where you just go somewhere like a Tahiti even but then you're dealing with planes. Have you ever gone somewhere local not a not a hassle to get there and then it's just like a wellness spot and then you just chill the whole time because I've never done that. Well, no, that's the part that's the reason I vacation is world traveling and you're on the go the whole time. That's the popularity and the increase in popularity and in particularly even this Labor Day weekend where staycations have become popular. Yeah, that's the reason being and so I understand. A little trip we did the universal that was pretty dope. Yeah, so that's what I'm saying. To staycation. I don't I understand why why people do that. But the other thing that we don't typically do is we have when people do take vacations and not until recent people haven't been given themselves enough time like people would let's say go you know out of out of state out of town and go for a week to 10 days and they when they get back to town.

They're only giving themselves like a day to get ready to go back to work. Yes, I have to have a buffer day. Yeah, you need a buffer weekend. Yeah, not just you. I'm just saying in general if you could if you could swing it if you're getting back home try to get back home and give yourself a couple days. Give you that Saturday and Sunday, you know, yeah, I'm curious like when when it's Angel and Ryan in the morning. The show is a lot more interactive Angel and I like to read the texting service in YouTube with though in your thoughts and your talk back. So leave those I'm curious. Hey, do you wake up refreshed listeners and be what is like your morning routine to get your head going dump it. There's no weeks of refreshed we wake up bad and tired every. I famously talked about on the show I have to wake up an hour early. This is Ryan Holmes's morning routine alarm goes off at 4 30 and then I wake up. I don't hit the snooze button at all because I've learned that that makes things worse. That's worse. And then I just stand up I get out of my bed quietly to not wake up in my wife.

And then I just go into another room and I just stare at a wall for like oh, wow, it looks like like a plurborist situation. We're like I'm just standing there like if you were to walk in on me doing this or I'm just like standing just trying to like boot up my system. Just get things going. It's very weird and I do that for about 20 minutes. I could understand that. It just mine so in that regard so I don't mind. I don't need the quiet. I do need the kind of like you know the slow like the slow ramp up. I had to get different kind of lights in the house because every light that I had in the place I stay at I live in like every light was bright. Yes. So I had to switch that up and kind of go ambient lighting in the morning as my morning progresses. If there was a way to take. I don't know if these lights exist but to have like accent lighting so I could take a by showers in the dark.

I would still do that. Okay. Yeah. But I will but so. But there is like a couple things that I do listen to that help me get get my morning going. Okay. And not necessarily music. There's a couple podcasts a couple things that I like to listen to that get me you know start like getting the motor running. Okay. That's so funny to say that. So like I used to listen to the news every morning before I start this show. No. And it would put me in the worst. Yeah. Every single time. No, no, no, I've started I did this I started this a few years ago but I find I try to look for either like it's got to be light. And it's got it for me. Let's put this right. I look for stuff that's light stuff that's I find funny humorous. And that's why I need my wife's algorithm. Okay. My wife happy person. Like she's happy. Go lucky and I'll see her because I'm waking up. I'm watching the news. I'm angry at the world.

I don't like it. You know, I don't like it. You know, my wife is watching. I'll see her sitting there on on on social media. And I was talking yesterday how that it's all like doom scrolling. Horrableness. Well, that's my algorithm apparently because my wife it's happy puppy and cat videos. And she just sits there and smiles as you watch cat videos and dog videos. And I'm like, that's what I need to do. I need to I need to I need to wake up in my day. I'm going to be working on dog TV and just smile. You know what I mean? Like there has to be something about that because I can't start my day with the negativity. I don't I don't need to I don't need to know about Lindsey Clancy right at like 4.45 in the morning. You got to give your give your wife your your phone for a day and let her. I'll never do that. What are you insane? That's an insane thing to say. You're crazy. But we're going to be hanging out. It's Angel and Ryan in the morning. We're doing this all day long. Russ is out. What's he doing? Don't worry about it. Shut up. Okay. But we're here. The boys are here. It is Angelin Ryan in the morning as Russ is out for the day he will be back tomorrow. What's he doing? Don't worry about it, my job is in this weirdo. We were talking morning routines during the last segment.

And people are texting in and leaving what they do in our YouTube channel. You can join our YouTube and our TikToks all day long. Kristi says, my daily routine, I wake up at 4.45 to an alarm. Work out two mile run, drink hot lemon water with apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Go to work and listen to The Monsters. That is a lot of work. Just saying that sentence out loud is a lot of work. I would love to be a workout person in the morning. I have tried it a couple of times. It makes my day ridiculously harder. Have you ever tried working out before the show, Angel? No. No. I go to a 24 hour gym. I specifically got this 24 hour gym. I'm like, I'll go before I go to the show. I'll be ready to go. And I've done it exactly twice. I'm impressed with the people that can do that. I don't like my sleep pattern is such that I can wake up at, you know, to be able to pull that off.

Basically, I would be waking up at 3.30 to go to the gym or to run. Yeah, I don't have that gear yet. Yeah. And a good night routines also very important too. You're right. But A shout out to all my stair bears out there. All of them that just that have texted in or in YouTube that just say, yeah, right. So just wake up and stare with I'll turn on the TV. I'm not even looking at it. I'm not watching at it. I'm a staring. See, I don't turn the TV on. I used to do that and I would stare at a TV, not watch it. But it would have found it to be less helpful. Yeah, I don't look at any screens. All right. So like, I'll put my phone down. Let's say I'll try to put my phone down for an hour or so before I fall asleep that way. And then obviously I look at my phone in the morning because it's my alarm clock, but that's it. And then I don't look at any other screens until I get here. Like I don't turn the TV on. I don't turn any of that stuff. Yeah.

Some surrounded by screens. I mean, like I was looking at a thing like it was someone just asking medical professionals and they said, Hey, guys, doctors, nurses, what are secret things that'll get you that we're not aware of? Like you got you got to look out for it. And like the top answer was actually sleep. You got to sleep. Yeah. Not getting sleep is one of the worst things you can do to yourself by far. And I imagine that most people aren't getting that full sleep, aren't getting fully refreshed or burning that candle at both ends. And guys, I hate to tell you this. That is super bad, not only for your mental health, but for your physical. There's a lot of there's all these steps. I find sleep studies fascinating. And they're finding out right now that like what your body is doing when you're asleep, your brain is actually kind of getting a brain douche is the best way to explain this. I know it sounds crazy. But what they found was your cells are letting out all of this fluid, this like build up of like, and you know, the daily gunk.

Let's call it. And that night you get a brain douche and it's kind of clearing out those chemicals from those cells. And that helps you in the long run. It slows things down like Alzheimer's dementia, like getting sleep does a lot of things. It heart disease. We've learned about it. You don't sleep. Guess what? Your heart hates you. And the last year or two, we've also learned that or it's starting to come out that because we remember when you used to be told that you can catch up lost sleep. That's not true. There's some stories, some stories, science, and yeah, that you can actually catch up on it. Yeah, I did. Look, I got stair bears and I got people that are always hired out there. And then there's a couple people like the Christie. Then there's another guy in the texting service for four, ten. This guy wakes up. Then they burn one at four, twenty. And then at four, four, eight, they leave for the gym. Yet they say they haven't felt rested in years, no matter the sleep or the diet. It's crazy. My night routine is actually pretty interesting because I used to it used to be this.

It used to be like, I turn on the office. I mean, I've seen the office thousands of times at this point. Right. Every episode I've seen at least 50 times, hands down. But I learned that like blue light, which is light from like screen light is super bad for you because your brain is a monkey brain. You got you got that you got that caveman brain light. So when it sees blue light, your brain goes, oh, that's daylight. Yeah. It's not bedtime. So I actually have glasses that I wear that I put on their red glasses and they block out a all the blue light. And then I have a setting on my TV that turns all my screens red. Like so I'm watching the office, which I try not to, but I end up doing it anyways. It's all red. And my wife, my wife, I got you do like their faces like everything's like a red tent. There's absolutely as little blue light as I can possibly get. It looks like a strip club in my room because red lights going on everywhere.

I'm wearing red glasses and that honestly has helped quite a bit because there's people in the in the in the Texas services. Oh, I watch Mike and Molly every night or I watch such and such to go to sleep. That's keeping you awake. I know you think your brains turn enough. The biggest thing I found, you know what makes me sleepy and it's bad. Left handed reading. Oh, no, well, yeah, reading is fundamental reading will put me to sleep. But I think I've created a Pavlovian dog situation, which is now if I read in my daily life, because I always just read when I go to bed. And it's I'm not talking. I'm not reading, you know, the tale of two cities. I'm reading Invincible, the comic book, you know what I mean? I got it. I mean, however you get into that, whatever the lane is that we do need to read more in general. Period. So it works 100% I get sleepy. I wake up so many times with a book on me like an old man and it's nice. But now if I read during the day, my brain goes, oh, you're reading. It must be sleepy time. And it's impossible. I got you. Yeah.

I'm just trying to get through it. Just trying to get through life. Shout out to all you awake people. Okay. Good for you. You don't know the gift you have been given by being able to just wake up and go. My wife can do that. My wife can fall asleep in an instant and she wakes up for fresh. I know that I'll live longer as long as I have my wife in my life because my wife wakes up. She's not grumpy like me. I'm angry. I'm angry man in the morning. But she'll get up and then she'll like pack me a lunch and like have a great day at work. And I'm like, I'm going to live longer because I don't need it till like 10. Okay. Yeah. So like it's it'll pack up like that. But I have a problem with my householder now. Is it dogs? No, it's not the dogs. It's you. Yesterday I go to the mailbox because what I'm really doing is spying on the neighbors. That's that's what I go to the mailbox for. I've never if I've ever gone to the mailbox, it's never like I need to get the mail. It's always like I heard a weird noise.

What's that about? And so I like do a slow walk to the mailbox, but like fully scanning around. Like whether I heard like you're scared you so you're skating the perimeter. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And I think that happened to be somebody down the road and they just were laying on their horn. Either in a driveway or the street, right? And I'm like, I grew up in a bad neighborhood. It's the neighborhood we live in now. It's actually nicer than we used to live in. Oh, I could tell. There were maybe there was a time where it was a hectic. Yeah. Oh, it's bad. It was bad. I saw a man stab another man across the street when I was eight. It's folks. Yeah. It was crazy. It was two, it was two gay lovers and they were in a lover's quarrel. And so like I'm hyper sensitive because of this kind of things. So the one guy is trying to run over his boyfriend in the driveway. This is the old story. This isn't yesterday. No, no, no, but I'm just setting the background for like what happened.

Why I'm like this? Guys trying to run over his boyfriend with a truck. The boyfriend's trying to run into the front door. The guy's taking the truck and slamming it into the house. Holy hell, dude. And he's backing up reversing. The guy can't get in the house. He's now blocked the door with the truck. Me, my stepdad and my mom are all outside across the street watching this happen. Go down. You guys all sharing one cigarette? Yes. I've eight years old. He's smoking a cigarette and watching this go down. Boy, you're going to be this guy gets out of the truck with a knife. Start stabbing his boyfriend. Boy, friend sees us standing outside watching all of this. Runs to us for help. My mom goes get in the house. You go right now as a bloody game in is running towards our house. We're already on the phone with the police, right? And this is, you know, this is 90s. So long cord on a regular phone, right? No cell phone.

Just long cord. I have to go hide under the bed. Well, whatever's happening happens. I miss the rest of it, but I hear the noises. The commotion, everything. The commotion, everything. I'm hypersensitive to this kind of stuff because this kind of stuff, that's like one of like 12 stories, to be honest with you. So whenever I hear a noise in the neighborhood, I like to walk around. Or sometimes, you know, smoke a little cigarette. But control the perimeter. But if you see me outside my house with a cigarette, I'm not actually smoking it. I'm just doing it so it looks like I have a reason to be there. But I go to the mailbox. You know, I check everything's fine. I go to the mailbox. There's a letter addressed to my wife from the Department of the Treasury. And I'm like, oh no, because my first thought is like, what taxes did we not pay? No, because I want to come from the IRS. What, yeah, Department of the Treasury is a good one. Turns out, right? So I, she's getting dinner ready. I bring back in this letter and I'm like, hey, honey, you got to, you know, the letter from the Department of the Treasury.

She's like, oh, I don't know what that is. That's crazy. And I was like, do you want me to open it? I said, yeah, go ahead, open it. And I open this thing up. And there's a check from the government for $3,000. And I'm like, you got a letter the other day. And I'm like, what? She's like, what is this? Turns out, my wife went to the art institute. Oh, yeah. Which was a scam of a school. It was sued out of existence for the most part. And a lot of friends got caught up in that. Yeah. And I actually been suing them for a while. And finally, like this loudest class actually went, we forgot about this. I mean, we've been going through this art institute thing for like six, seven years. Right. So all of a sudden, a check shows up. That's found money. Well, that's her found money. No, but I opened the letter. Again. I think she would have tossed the check. I think she would. Here's what I'm going to say. I think my wife would have tossed the check. You're all you're taking huge leaps and bounds.

I don't know. You're totally taking huge leaps and bounds. I know. Again, that's her found money. You being just what's a inquiring mind in your intrusive thoughts getting the best of you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You're the one that was like, wait a minute. I want to know what this is about. Didn't have your name on it. It has my last name on it. Welcome to Welcome to being married. Again. It's your, it's got, it's got your lady's, your lady's name on there and, and it's, that's her found money. And you'd, I'd run, Ryan, just this year, earlier this year, we had this discussion and argument because you had found money in a gambling app. Yeah. But, you know, but I had to spend it on the house again. So I kind of like, I'm so mad about that. I'm still going to mad she made me say, that's a, a y'all invested, you guys investment.

Okay. Well, you know what? The house needs for us for an investment, PlayStation five, angel. That's all I want. Is it too much to ask my wife who found money? She found money for a PS5. I don't, I don't think that's, I, I, I'm not, I'm not sure I'm the right person to ask. I'm, I'm going to concede that part. I, because, yeah, I, I, like, I get that it's her money, whatever she, it was money she actually paid to the school. It's, I know she got back or whatever. So it is her money, but it is also found money. And I don't think, I mean, like, I just gave her a beautiful anniversary. It took her to Universal Halloween horny. What? You back to the man. No, it doesn't matter how it happened. Okay. I still have the benefit of being a local celebrity. So I'm looking at that check and like, I'm spending it in my head and this nerd goes, oh, I'm going to put that into my retirement. I'm like, see again, again, what you just started the conversation, you're going to live

longer because you have her in your life. You're going to enjoy these things you want you even said you want your algorithm to be more like her. Mm hmm. Again, her dropping that into the retirement fund is a better thing for you guys. Yeah, no, I know. I'm aware. Like, I get that I'm being like insane about this. And yes, it's her money, but like in a situation like that, it's kind of hard to explain. I don't know. I think only if you're in a, if you're in a married or like a long term relationship, can you. But any money that shows up, like that found money from the gambling, I had to, you know, I put it to the house for the electrical wiring. Like, it's the whole thing. Well, I mean, because that was how can we say that was different circumstances because like you had to do the wiring or the house is going to burn down. Sure. And that's, and that's investment. That's y'all. But isn't there something to be said for like, okay, Ryan, you were responsible with your found money. Here's some crazy found money we didn't know about.

Thank you for letting the house not burn down. Here's a PS5. Oh, so you, because you did the responsible thing with your found money. You want her to do the irresponsible thing. Yes. Sometimes you got to be a little bit irresponsible. See, that's the problem. My wife with her 850 credit score and her like 401Ks and all this stuff. She never, she's never been Willie Nilly in her life. That's a good thing, Ryan. I understand. Yeah. But like, you, like, you got to counter the one thing I do know, let's say this, you both can't Willie Nilly at the same time. Okay, that leads me to my next part. I'm curious about this.

And Angel and Ryan in the morning will be right back in USA dot com. We all know we are one of four. You want the best you got the best you're listening to Angel and Ryan in the morning. Motion's the morning. Russ is out today. He'll be back tomorrow. Sometimes people got stuff to do stop asking about it. Before we went to break, I was talking about I was curious to see how our listeners kind of line up. Where are you? Are you polar opposites? Are you a samese all day? I know a couple of samese couples where they're like the same person and then get, they get through life. For me, I don't need another me. I've had other me's. I have dated spicy brained late people, crazy nonsense. You know what I mean? It's just not for me.

My relationship happens to work where me and my wife are very much opposites in the important parts. And one of those important parts is financially. I've worked very hard to get my credit score above seven. I think I'm at seven 47 right now, right? Then took a long time to get there. I ruined my credit at 18 years old. I got a Dell laptop from a Kia, the ultimate mall. I was signing up for, I was my 18th birthday. I didn't know what I was signing up for. They gave me, we all did a version of that. For me, it was a Visa credit card on campus. Yeah, it's predatory. It's bad. And it took me decades to get my credit back. It's crazy how much that actually affected my life, but I didn't understand it. My wife, on the other hand, she's always worked in banks. Before she, she's graphic design now. But before that, she always worked at like a fair winds or a chase or whatever. And so she's always worked in finance. So she's always had very good credit and has been very good with money. And that is so good.

Like, I love it. It's actually the first time I've ever dated somebody when we were starting dating. That was fiscally responsible. Well, that's one of the things that people are texting in in the sense of, hey, my wife from my husband and I have different, let's say, sensibilities, but let's say core values were the same. And I think that's typically how most relationships, I again, I'm probably the worst person to be saying this, but how most healthy relationships work. I had a fundamental level. There's like your core value system. Yeah. And you usually want somebody that aligns with, but then the other things can be, you know, complimentary or opposite of one another. For sure, because like my wife's life before me was boring. I'm just going to say it. She told me like, she just didn't have a spicy life. You know what I mean? Like, just kind of regular existence. And that's fine. Nothing wrong with that. I've asked her like, did you and your exes like even laugh really? Were you joking?

And she's like, no, he would like quote movies sometimes and think he was funny. I was like, that sounds awful. So that's what I bring to the table, right? This person that text is, is my wife has an 850 credit score. She pays every bill on time. I have a 500 credit score. And I always pay my bills a little bit late and on the red line. So we're vastly different. And I got to tell you, if I hit my credit score for my wife when we've got together 10 years ago, I didn't hide it. I just never brought it up. You know what I mean? But I would ask her like, I find little ways to like figure out like where she was at. You asked a little tester questions. But if I think of my wife, would have known, I don't think she would have like ran away. But I think it would, you have to like look out for that because you, Mr. 550 credit score, you can fix it. There are things that you can do. There's credit repair places that you can go. You can fight transactions on your credit score. I mean, like I spent a, it's not a decent amount of money. Hiring a credit service in those with various results.

Yeah, be careful of those. Do your research. Let's do that. Do your research, but you could also like get credit cards. Like I had a credit card that I had to pay money to like let's say this credit card was like a security card, security card. That's exactly what it is. I put a thousand dollars in it and then I could use that credit card and it would add to my credit score. Things like that to different years. Things like you can actually if you're paying rent, a lot of times you can get the rent put on your credit score. If you're paying rent on time, now if you're not paying your rent on time, do not do this. But there's like a lot of little tricks and like there's a safety net. Like it feels good. Like there's something like as somebody who had bad credit in his whole life to have good credit feels good. Sometimes I open up the experience app just to look at the number and I'm like, well, I can that goes to or adds to let's say health of a relationship. Well, you know, when we have got right-trendly comment, one of the biggest things that people, you know, one of the biggest stressors in any relationship and this is just going from

right-trendly and him coming in here for years is finances. So that again, if your core values are the same in that regard and finances isn't one of the issues, then you can have a relationship where you're laughing. Then you can have a relationship where one of you guys is, you know, a little bit, you know, Willie Nilly or that kind of thing because that's one less stressor on the table. You know, that's, I mean, finances kill relationships. Oh, 100%. Kill them. Finances kill human beings, period. Yeah. I mean, there's there's single people that are drowning in that and that's a world, you know? Yeah. And this is the best, worst time to live in, right? Like I do, I do fully believe that like AI will definitely crush us. It's a horrible thing that's going to ruin everything. But not right now, not today. Today, you actually have access to the most powerful tool in humanity's ever had and that's the, that is the AI's out there. Whichever one you want to use, I promote none of them. But you can, you can go to, you can go to one of those and be like, Hey, here's where

I'm at. And be honest with it. And it will write out a plan for you that you could follow step by step to fix a lot of this stuff. I wish I would have had this. Like I, you know, when I was doing this, it was just Google searches and hopefully font and I did get scammed a couple of times by those credit services. No, no, in regards to those, absolutely. Cause what they do in my opinion allegedly, some companies, what they do is the legwork of if you're really interested in kind of resetting or rehabbing your credit, it's stuff that you can do. It is all stuff you can do. But a lot of it like, they were like, Hey, we're just going to go and contest everything that's on here. And some of it stuck. Some of it actually worked. Most of it came back and it was like, No, no, no, you owe this money. And it's like, okay, but there's a lot that you can do. Interesting. A lot of texts coming in. I like this text. This one makes sense to me. And this person said, um, ADHD, I'm also 40 years old.

And I'm just now for the very first time dating someone who is exactly like me. And I love it so much more than dating a neurotypical person. And I got a groove here. My wife also is ADHD. And now I never worry about being late. I just, we just both annoy people. It's awesome. We're going to be hanging out. We're doing all the regular stuff that we're doing.
