About this episode
If we create positive associations with movement - we will struggle less with guilt and that feeling of obligation. Build positive mindsets around movemetn. It’s not a punishment, it’s a form of self care, nourishment, and grounding. It’s a free way to connect with yourself in a way that can genuinely improve your longevity and day to day mental and physical health. It doesn’t have to be intense, you don’t always have to go so hard, as long as you’re doing something to show your body you care for it as much as it cares for you, don’t worry about the rest. Start small, don’t pressure yourself if you don’t want to, and remember that a little is better than nothing - as long as it feels good to you.
